I wish I had photos or video to share but who thinks of that when your car is broken down on the GSP and you have two kids under 7 ( one special needs) in the car!! We were in our way to a New Year's family gathering when our Outback decided to stall halfway there. Anyway... after our insurance roadside assistance couldn't send anyone authorized to be on the GSP we call #GSP and got linked to All Car Towing & Recovery and like a Scarlet knight with a flatbed tow truck (it's a Jersey thing IYKYK) here comes Vinny with a clean cab (not smelling of smoke or greasy food) and calming smile. Given the circumstances I don't think I was ever happier to see a tow truck guy in my life!! Took the family safely to the nearest train station from where we broke down to get back to NY, then took my 'baby' Outback to the shop in South Amboy, THEN made sure I got to the nearest station from there to get home. Even though AAA took care of everything cost wise for the tow- Vinny had everyone feeling calm and safe. A wonderful human being and so relieved he showed up to help. Will get the car repaired there and hopefully have another 5 star review to add
Gill was the best hands down! Ensured a safe & calming environment and has great compassion for what he does! He was quick to the spot, nice and super helpful all around. 10/10 recommend !
Gill was awesome. He made feel safe and calmed me down during the whole time. My car is very very expensive as well as modified. He helped make sure everything went as smooth as possible. I was having a lot of anxiety due to what was happening and he showed he truly cares about his job and the people he helps along the way. There is no one else I’d recommend more to get the job done.
Would give 0 stars if I could.. expensive towing and doesn’t inform you on where car is! Have to pay in one location and go to another to get it smh.. doesn’t even take card if over $1k!!!!!!!! 0/10
Kevin really helped me out a when my car's engine block broke. It was honestly great service considering the timing of my car reaking down at the PNC. He was there within 5 minutes

Total loss of my time. Waited 2 hours for a competant employee to open a gate so I could retrieve my belongings which takes 10 minutes. If it wasnt sweltering hott maybe 2 stars. Called at 1:46PM home by 5:30PM.
I felt compelled to come on here and write a review about how pleased I am with the staff here. Our car was completely totaled, and when we showed up to collect our belongings, we hadn't realized they were just closing for the holiday weekend. Ann at the front desk said she'd stay and help us so we wouldn't have to wait 3 more days. As I completed the paperwork, she had a heartfelt conversation with my son who had been in the near-death accident. She was incredibly comforting and kind. There was a driver outside at the time who also offered his kind words and compassion, having seen the car and my son. They may not ever fully know the impact of their words and kindness today, but after an incredibly difficult night with the horrific accident, their level of compassion helped my son gain some much needed positive perspective and gratitude. Staying open for us allowed him the closure he needed. Taking the time to talk with him as they did was just an added bonus because they didn't have to say anything. When you go through something this difficult, these are truly who you want on your side to make it easier. As a mom, I am so incredibly grateful for how much you all helped my son. Thank you!!!

This morning in the Woodbridge area, I had a very concerning encounter with one of your drivers (license plate XNZ11). The individual was driving in a manner that was not only rude but also dangerously aggressive. The driver attempted to cut ahead of everyone, showing no regard for traffic flow or basic road safety, and came alarmingly close to hitting my vehicle.
This type of reckless behavior is completely unacceptable, especially from someone representing a towing company, which should prioritize safety and professionalism. I strongly urge the company to review this incident and ensure this driver is held accountable before someone gets seriously hurt.

My car was towed due to an accident. While at the yard they moved it with their forklift and broke the transmission oil pan along with the valve body. Plastic covers were damaged among other things. Very careless handling of vehicle. I did not notice this until the car was at the body shop.
I had to call for a tow truck tonight after my mom’s car broke down on Route 9. AAA was taking way too long to respond, with an estimated wait of 90 minutes. Thankfully, I found All Car Towing & Recovery, and I'm so glad I did. The person who answered the phone wasn’t was fine and assured me they would arrive in 30 minutes. To my surprise, they showed up even sooner! The driver was absolutely amazing—friendly, professional, and really helpful. He answered all my questions and made the entire process so easy. He took the car directly to our mechanic without us needing to follow him, and even texted me once he had dropped it off. I’m very grateful for such quick, reliable service. Excellent service. They got to me in less than 20 minutes when Triple A had me waiting over 3 hours. Got the job done in minutes. I would definitely count on this company in case of an emergency again. I also want to add the drivers were extremely courteous and professional.
I am deeply disappointed by the service provided by this company. They seemed very nice at the beginning when they towed my car however when it came to replacing my tire they gave me an absurdly overpriced quote. And when I called to inquire about putting on my spare tire myself to avoid further fees, the person on the line responded with outright hostility, yelling at me to remove my car from their property and promptly hanging up. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. I caution anyone considering their services to steer clear, as they exhibit absurd prices, horrible customer service, and are very unreasonable.
I called many tow services that could not tow me. Everyone was backed up. I spoke to Denny and was told he would be there is 45 minutes. He came quicker than that and I thought was very nice and personable. He was great! I didn't even have to follow him to the place they towed my Ford Escape to. I would HIGHLY recommend them just on my experience with the one tow that I had. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
I got hit by another vehicle. My car needed to be towed. They took my car to the South Amboy location. When I went to do a quick look over, I told them that the insurance wanted to total it. They were very professional and told me to ask if the car could be sent to the local collision repair place instead of the salvage yard for assessment. Long story short, my insurance said yes, saved me over a week of waiting, and my awesome car wasn’t totaled. Thank you for all of your help. Your advice was invaluable.
