I had a very bad experience with this company. On Monday, I visited their dealership and looked at two cars. I decided to leave a $2,000 deposit for one vehicle. The very next day, I changed my plans after reading reviews and called them to put the deal on hold. The following day, I called again and told them that I wanted to cancel the deal completely. I officially canceled the agreement because I read bad reviews about them and decided I did not want to deal with such a company.
The salesperson, Eddie, who handled my paperwork, told me that it was not a problem. He even asked for my address and promised to mail me a check with my deposit back. I waited for a week, but no check arrived. I kept calling, but Eddie never answered my calls. Every time, someone else picked up and told me Eddie would call me back — but he never did.
After two weeks, I went to their office and spoke with the boss. He told me that they do not return deposits. Basically, they kept my $2,000 for nothing — no car, no service, no effort on their side.
This company is dishonest and unprofessional. They promised to return my money but never did. Be very careful before doing any business with them.

Terrible experience! I left a $2,000 deposit and canceled the deal the next 2 day. The salesman (Eddie) promised to send my money back by check — but he disappeared and never answered my calls. After two weeks, the boss told me they simply don’t return deposits. They basically stole my $2,000 for nothing no car, no service, no effort on their side. Dishonest and unprofessional — stay away from this place!
What rude people work here. They are polite and courteous only as long as you are a potential customer. But once you’ve paid for the car, they immediately change.
The worst experience in my entire life that I have had buying a car from a so-called dealer is this one.
They sent me home with 30-day temporary plates on 8/18/25, waiting for the New York State registration, which never arrived. It happens that when I look for answers, they yell at me and tell us to just wait, when the car is parked and we are losing customers from our small family business. A month after I made the purchase, this dealer with irresponsible people registered the truck in the State of New York 3 days before the temporary plates they had given me expired. This is not my first time buying a car.
See for yourselves, but I don’t recommend dealing with them.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE.
These people are scam artists I bought a truck on 8/4 and it’s now 9/9 and out of warranty and the motor is locked up not to mention they sent me home with a temporary plate that expired and they have no idea when I will be receiving my actual plate they do bad business they sell junk trucks that they get running with bubble gum and duct tape to make run just enough to leave you with a 45k paper weight. I am going to get the bbb involved I’m just a small business owner trying to make my own path and these people set me back tremendously

Traded in a car and they took almost 2 months to pay off my old car. Whenever you call, nobody had answers for you. I had to make a payment because of how long they took to payoff the car, and until this day, they have not returned the money. I should have read the reviews before.
Do not leave a deposit especially cash because they’re gonna jerk you around and try to mail it to you. I gave them cash only a few days ago would be $300 and now they’re telling me that they’re gonna send me a check in the mail that’s ridiculous.u know what u can keep that 300 uu people are crooks and shady to talk to someone like that because i wrote a review which is the truth i hope u go out off business

Cut to the chase, they sold me a 2007 international Dt466 roll back flatbed tow truck 18 months ago, I’m very satisfied with it ,from the sales staff to their repair facility, it has been a delight to have this truck, 40,000 miles later low maintenance,this company sold me a used truck in very good condition,I was compelled to write this review after towing vehicles from Gloucester county nj to Wayne county pa. Everything worked on the truck.The world needs to know.

I was helped by a young lady named Dana and I was very impressed with her knowledge on trucks and she even knew about The dumping business. This was my first year going to business on my own and I wasn't sure what would be a good truck for a self-starter and she led me through all the different steps of running my business and I thought it was kind of funny because I thought I just went there to buy a truck I didn't know I went there to get a lesson on business she was awesome and gave me a great deal... actually the whole team rocked!!!
BEWARE!! I should have listened to the reviews. Scam! They sell you a broke down pos and dress it up. They polish and paint every part of the truck so you don’t notice it’s lipstick on a pig. This entire process has been a nightmare. The financing they estimate is half what it actually is, you won’t know until you actually get the paperwork , if trucks older than 10 yr old, it’s closer to 20% even though I have 740 credit, it’s BS story after BS story ! I put down 10k deposit, it was 3 weeks after to get financing, then I got financing so the truck is fully paid for, then they took another 6 weeks to get me the truck. So for 2 months I was paying monthly with no truck and a ton of excuses. Every week they promised me I would have the truck later that week and then early next week, but the truck was not ready, they were rigging it up just to get it off the lot. Once I finally get the truck, it has not driven for more than 10 minutes without breaking down. Theres a new problem every time ! I took it to my own mechanic, he said this is a disaster, It’s a Frankenstein mobile, they put a bunch of junk parts together just enough to get it running out of the lot. They have a very good scam going here. I will tell you what it is. You can get a 30 day or even a 90 day warranty. It does not matter because if you buy a dump truck, you will not be able to use it until you get the decal, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get the decal to even use your truck to dump. So by the time you realize they sold you Frankenstein, it’s too late. It is out of their warranty, but furthermore, their warranty does not mean anything anyway. They have no manager, They have no owner, they just BS you. I’m working on a lawsuit as we speak

Truck are all covered with the black paint so you wont be able to see the rust and the parts falling off. the will charge a fee of $2500 as if the will make the truck road ready and worries free... WHAT A SCAM .......

We just got a F550 Mason Dump Truck, Diesel for my Company and I have to say they are very polite professional and do what ever has to be done to get you approved, I will definitely be recommending this dealership to all my Friends who own a business.
TL:DR - Great service, accountability, respect, and good communication.
They had a bucket truck, I called to look at it and was told it was still available. I showed up met with Dana, let her know what I was there for, what my deal breakers were, and we looked it over checked all the functions, did a short test drive, all checked out good. Dana was straight with me, no upselling, no harassment for this that or the third. Made a deal, Jon closed and said if I had any issues within 3 days, they were his responsibility. Drove it 6 hours home, had a transmission issue and found a hydraulic leak on the boom/bucket when I started using it for more than the 2 min operations check. Called sales and told Dana what was going on, Jon told me to try a couple of things to verify what kind of issues I was having for their service shop to have some info. Used the truck for work for 2 weeks, called back told them things were getting worse, Jon had a guy pick up my truck, fixed it, and is working on getting it dropped off to me now that it's done. Honored everything he said he would and has stuck to my requested timeline thus far. I don't like over the top service, politeness, boot-licking sales tactics. They did not show any of that, and gave me appropriate courtesy and returned the same. It's great when you can just have a conversation and not have to deal with people that just want the sale and don't follow through with what they said.
Sabrina was a great person to work with. All of the staff were really great. I definitely would recommend to everyone about the dealership they are very great help to get what you are looking for. Definitely will revisit for my next investment.
SCAM AlERT don’t wast your money and time like I did they sold me a truck without let me see the truck! Said the truck will be serviced all through! But they charge me over 1500 for that and from the day 1 at they parking lot the truck was leaking my driveway has oil everywhere and I can’t park at customer driveways!Took to the shop they also own 5 times that they never the fix the issue,dump body is rotted and more problems still going with this truck they just painted all over!
