Over Priced Towing! And the audacity to be rude when you have questions about retrieving your property. Also they pick & choose who they want to tow. If you have procedure and protocol follow the rules for everyone! Oxford Realty Should be ashamed of themselves for hiring this company, your local township/police doesn't even charge $450 for a tow in the Somerset New Brunswick Area. That's someones car payment for GOD Sake. HandyCap illegal parking starts at a $250 fine. You guys are a disgrace & Ripoff!
NON-RESPONSIVE. I followed my property managements instructions for having someone removed from your parking spot. This man does not answer the phone and you are left without anywhere to park. Totally unacceptable.

Towing a car from another city to steal more money for miles is sad especially 14-mile drive from Somerset to Perth Amboy, you'll need approximately 0.47 gallons of gas, which could cost around $1.38 just to pay over $400 n more to get your car back
I locked my keys in my car. I called several places they had the wrong tools for my type of vehicle. I called AAA their next availability was almost 3 hours. I’ll call AT Towing, “He said I will be there in 10 minutes, don’t worry about anything. Just make sure you are inside of a safe place, the next time he called me it was literally five minutes later and my car door was already open by the time I went outside, ( I was standing by the door waiting!) no harm no scratches no dents no broken window and the price wasn’t even bad! Now that’s what I call GREAT SERVICE!!!
I have always been an advocate for speaking about my experience with companies . I can say this is one of the best companies I have worked with , towing wise and also car body shop fixing wise . My car was involved in a an accident and they worked quickly and my car was completed in a matter of 4-5 business days . They kept me updated with everything sent pictures and let me know how much my total was up front . If I needed more work done they let me know . I want to say Adele is GREAT , he communicates great even on his off days he takes calls and his prices are reasonable he isn’t trying to just pocket money he cares about his customers and is very honest and open about whatever I needed done on my car . I’ve used this company’s towing services after being involved in an accident a couple of times and even had them repair the damages. I’ve also had my regular oil changes done there. I found their prices to be fair and the work was done in a timely manner. Adel has always been very professional and communicative.
