Absolutely worst dealership to buy a tow truck from they push the tow trucks out quick to sell and do not check over the trucks. When you’re buying a new piece of equipment, you want that equipment to run without a headache. I bought my first truck from them in 2024 Later that night, while doing my first tow with it, I am loading up a car in the hydraulic line rips wide open Due to it being ran on the driveshaft and the driveshaft cut it open. Fast forward a few months the bed stopped working due to the wiring being loose to the solenoid for the PTO. With nothing good about this truck, I still gave them the benefit of the doubt because they are the closest dealership to me and bought another truck from them After purchasing the second truck with the first snowstorm, me trying to use the four-wheel-drive. The four-wheel-drive completely doesn’t work and threw a check engine code The second it was turned on. Now fast forward, two weeks the check engine still on the truck doesn’t know what gear it’s in and a whole lot of problems. None of the bolts on the bed are tighten down all the plastic on the truck is loose. It is built completely horrible now let’s fast forward another few weeks none of the rear lights work at all moral of the story. Do not buy a truck from them. I will never buy another truck from them and they do not check their trucks before you buy it. The truck is just slapped together. Nothing is tightened and nothing is looked over.

As a business owner, finding the time can be difficult, but Mike worked around my schedule and made the entire process fast and easy. If your looking for a dealer that will change the deal on you after you drive 4.5 hours and send you home angry then heres your place! I recently bought a new truck here and experienced worse customer service then a midnight trip to McDonald’s. After deciding to purchase elsewhere because of getting attitude from Erin because she had a long week at a Baltimore truck show, they had Randy call me to save the deal. I should have went with my gut and went elsewhere but was able to get a good deal and couldn’t find a red truck elsewhere so I went with it. Per Erin the truck would come detailed and have nice chrome center caps that were not pictured as they were put on after detailing and they would throw in the wireless winch remote. When Randy asked what he had to do to earn my business I said take my offer of $132,500 which wasn’t a bad offer for an expensive truck that we started at a price of $135k. Once we agreed on price we discussed financing he gave me a rate nearly twice of what my local bank was so I decided to go with my bank but Randy had quite an attitude and lied saying he said I had to finance with him for my offer which is not true. After a match of ring around the rosy and hearing how he’s there to make money and my financing rate was too low pretty much bitter and mad because I did my homework and shopped for the best deal I could which I think anybody would do when spending a large amount on a truck they decided to match my local banks rate and we agreed to pick the truck up at the end of the week. We go to pick up the truck and it wasn’t detailed but weren’t sweating that because it’s winter and gonna get dirty anyhow but asked where the center caps and wireless winch remote were and got Randys nasty attitude again. We ended up getting the center caps but he took the $1600 winch remote off the table without telling me because we haggled on price. No hand shake or thank you for your business here just lies and a cold bitter send off because heaven for bid you try to get the best deal you can.
Whoever I was dealing with during this entire process exemplified customer service. I can’t say the same for Greico Ford in Massachusetts. Thank you so much fixing my truck. You guys save the Motor Company a lot of bad publicity.
Overall it was a great experience. Jenna who was the sales representative didn’t pressure us. She was knowledgeable on the car features and spent as much time as we needed going over them before we drove off the lot. I would recommend All American for anyone looking for a Subaru.

Worst company, don't ever use this tow company they lock empty, sympathy and don't care about their clients. Been waiting for a tow since 9am they arrived 6:30 pm when the dealership closed. And is very rude about it. Closed your door to the public. BAD STAFFING, BAD COMPANY.

Terrible experience. Came in to buy a truck and they wasted mine and my bosses time. We towed our 2020 ford that was having a fuel problem because they offered to take it on trade then played games when it came to making a offer. Had they just been honest with us and let us know the low ball offer they made we would have just come with a certified bank check and picked up the truck we were supposed to purchase.Very disrespectful sales staff.
This service department is a joke they shouldn’t be able to do work for jerr dan. They had my truck for a month for a simple fix. They ordered the wrong parts never checked them when they came in, blamed jerr dan for everything. They didn’t fix anything else i told them was wrong. You would think a brand new truck that i purchased from them wouldn’t break down in 2 months smh. Then to keep my truck for a month and not even fix everything correctly is bad business.
If you need work/fleet vehicles call here first and ask for Erin!!!! I have purchased 2 commercial tow trucks from Erin C. at All American and must say they have been the best company I have dealt with. I run a fleet of roughly 30 vehicles in Seattle Wa. and she will be my first and only call for new trucks. Anyone looking to buy new vehicles in the last 2 years know the challenges faced and Erin is completely transparent with info and timelines. She communicates every step of the way saving your time to try and keep tabs on what is happening with your build/order. I'm not sure how they do it but their wait times are months faster than anyone else building work trucks right now. I could not be happier, Thank You Erin and team at All American!!!
Highly recommend this dealership. Erin was great through the entire purchase. They worked with me to get me picked up at airport and brought to dealership where they had the 2022 kenworth cleaned up, fueled up and ready to go. Will definitely do business with them again. Definitely a 5 star experience.
My honest rating would be zero stars if that was a option. We drove 4 1/2 hours to buy a 2021 tow truck. When we arrived we were very surprised that the “new” tow truck had several scraps, rust and bent metal on the back bed of the truck. Randy from the dealership went over the several imperfections on the truck and told us he could mail several pieces that were damaged and we could have them put on with the comment “ it’s a work truck” If we are buying a new truck there shouldn’t be any damages to be repaired. He was very unprofessional and very rude he didn’t seem to care anything about customer satisfaction or service. I can honestly say that doing business with someone like Randy cost the dealership over 90,000. I would not recommend you waste your time or money with a company that has zero appreciation for customers. Hopefully, someone with higher authority will review this and offer professional training to their staff for future customers.
Working with Rachel worked out very well. Had some initial communication issues, but after we talked and understood the issues we were good to go. Brought my truck in for " wont start " issue. Had it sorted out fairly quickly. Not sure what happened with a review from earlier. I had a place holder with just the stars but their ended up being a comment that wasn't nice. I want to make sure that didn't stay for whatever reason. They were very helpful if not a bit expensive for what was done. hope to bring my truck back for a bit more work later.
When ever i need a jerr dan part or even a ford part I call dominick in ford/jerr dan parts and he always helps me if he does not have it he will do his best to get it for me always a pleasure to do business with him very profesional and knowledgeable.
Just bought a F550 wrecker from this place. Hands down 1 of the friendliest places and salesman JT was great. No hassle, no forcing a truck on you. JT is very knowledgable of the business being a tow guy himself. I definitely would recommend this place for your next wrecker or rollback. Will be back for another 1 for sure !!
