I want to personally recognize Christian in the service department. I don’t live nearby but was in the area so I brought in my 2023 Bronco Sport for routine maintenance Thursday. They found the leaking water pump and shocks upon inspection. I called every dealer in Central Jersey and in Bucks County PA where I live to see if they could do the repair. All American was the only dealership that had the parts in stock and as Christian promised, it was completed right away at no cost to me. He is very transparent, caring and courteous to his customers like myself. Also your service department’s prices for routine maintenance was $100 cheaper than dealers down by me. Christian provided a professional and no honest experience to me in servicing my vehicle. I will now only use All American for my service. When the lease is up on my Bronco Sport, I will be doing business with All American for my next Ford. Not only is the dealership huge, but the staff is warm and caring as well.

I along with my family walked in at 4:30 pm on a Saturday to check out a used expedition that was up for sale. Joey as always was amazing and acknowledged my appointment. He went above and beyond accommodating my family, asked if we needed anything, water etc.. however, when we were talking numbers the sales manager walked in and was extremely rude. I understand we did not agree on the numbers; that does not mean we sever a relationship. We could have shaken our hands and walked away for no deals. This is the 2nd time I have walked in to this dealership and at this point Joey is aware that I am interested in buying a car. This time, I intended on making a deal happen. The rudeness of the sales manager in front of my family, makes me want to take my business elsewhere - with the statement such as “come back when you are serious about making a deal”, in a rather sarcastic tone. I am right here ready to make a deal rather than brushing us off and pushing us to walk away. There were no negotiations or anything - just straight up “good luck” (Sarcastically). I would have given this review 1 star, however I would like to acknowledge Joey’s service- I am giving this 2 stars. This is my first experience with Ford as a brand let alone All American Ford dealership experience.

Commuted from Staten Island due to availability of appointments, set it up a week prior. Was the second car at the service gate at 7:30am. I leave my car there with service advisor mike who didn’t seem too welcoming at all. I wait 4 HOURS. I come back wondering what was going on for an update at 11am. Mike told me the car wasn’t even brought in yet. I said give me my keys and left.
Whats the point of an appointment if you’re just going to have my car collect dust for four hours?
Unbelievable service, mike wasn’t the happiest individual either. Not coming back
UPDATE: Renae gave me a call back and addressed my concerns, she offered to take care of my vehicle, give a loaner in a timely fashion. All complementary: furthermore, the service advisor mike was GREAT. I take back what I said, it was an early morning and everyone was tired. Vinny the tow truck driver whom picked, dropped off my vehicle showed care and courtesy.

I enjoyed a very nice and professional purchasing experience with Eddie and the team. The experience was seamless, efficient and easy to navigate. No hassles at all.
The only hiccup was post purchase. When I arrived home with the vehicle, I noticed that the vehicle was not detailed or prepped well. There was an abundance of dirt and pollen in the seams on the trunk gate , rear lights and rear bumper. Very careless of the vehicle prep team so hopefully this review will provide the appropriate guidance to follow up

I just bought a 06 F150. I need a spark plugs to be changed not an easy one to change spark plugs so I send it to all American. Can’t take no chances with small little mechanic shop you know but I didn’t regret it at all. they did what I told him I needed And they told me how they were gonna do it me being an X Mechanic, I was reassured I actually felt real comfortable with them. From start to finish Jamie Thalor and the whole All American team made me feel like the most important customer in the house! I found a perfect fit for replacing my 8 Year old Edge SEL with the ideal 2024 Edge ST Line!! We struck a deal that worked for my circumstances and included a reasonable extended warranty!! This makes the 13th car I have purchased at All American and its predecessor! I have always been treated this way and have gotten excellent value with each purchase since 1992! I also had a great service experience to get a recall done! It was efficiently completed as promised! All American is my only source for cars having felt how poorly others treat their clients!!
My sales person Donna was unbelievable!! She was very informative and never pushy. I unfortunately had to leave for a couple hours and come back to finish the deal but had my kids with me the second visit. She was fantastic with my boys and kept them entertained, showed them around and even got them popcorn while I was off signing the paperwork. The entire sales staff from top to bottom were great. My wife and her family have only bought Fords and only from this dealer. This was my first Ford purchase but they have made a repeat customer of me now too.
I had an amazing experience at All American Ford, especially with my sales person, Donna Nocerino! I was in a pretty bad predicament. I was very stressed out due to my car breaking down. He is so knowledgeable and speaks on a personal level not the typical sales pitch person! But still making it that he is professional! I cannot thank him enough!
