Quoted $630 plus $250 diagnostic fee to fix a problem I fixed with a $6 tool I bought on Amazon and no mechanical experience!!
The mechanics at this dealership are amateurs at best. They will choose the most expensive solution to a problem if they find it at all. You are better off going to a local mechanic that has a head on their shoulders and not these scam artists.
Tuesday, February 10, 2026 I brought my 2020 F150 into an All American Ford in Old Bridge to diagnose a problem I was having with my truck. The truck was not accepting fuel as it was pouring back out of the filler neck. I assumed since there was recently a heavy snow storm that the vent valve might be blocked or broken.Additinally, I also wanted another ongoing issue to be looked at. The truck has always made a knocking sound coming from underneath that never goes away. I brought it there before but I was told it was normal. However, it's been getting louder. Since I had an extended warranty I was hoping that the service would be covered. The extended warranty has a $100 deductible.
After dropping off the truck I was contacted a day later with a diagnosis. There was nothing wrong with the vent valve. A piece of plastic described as a bottle cap was found in the fuel neck blocking the gas from getting in. The “technician” claimed that the fuel neck had to be completely removed to get this bottle cap out as there was no other way.
The knocking sound I was concerned about was brushed off as it has been in the past as a “Spark Knock” and a known issue that is nothing to worry about.
I was quoted a price of $630 plus tax in addition to a $250 diagnostic fee to fix the issue with the fuel since it was caused by a foreign object and not a defect. Even though I brought the truck in for more than just the fuel problem the dealership wouldn't honor the $100 diagnostic fee.I declined the service as the price was exorbitant and took my truck home. I'm glad I did.
I already owned an endoscope camera which I put down the fuel next to see the problem myself. Upon doing this it was very obvious that this was not a bottle cap but a small piece of plastic bag that got in there somehow.
I ordered a $5.99 tool on amazon, put it down the fuel neck and grabbed the piece of plastic on the first try. Pulled it straight out with no issues. No removal of the fuel neck, The whole job took me 30 seconds. The tool I used is called a flexible grabber and is a common tool that most mechanics own.
It appears the mechanics first instinct was to choose the most invasive and expensive way possible to fix this problem which clearly didn't call for it. Something tells me that All American Ford would have charged me $630 to remove the fuel neck but not actually do the work as it was not necessary. I suspect the mechanic would have done exactly what I did and remove the plastic with the grabber. Either that or the mechanics at this dealership are really this bad and stupid.Feb 18, 2026 -
We had an excellent experience. The staff were friendly, professional & genuinely helpful. They took the time to answer all our questions, explain my options clearly. The entire process was smooth & efficient, from test driving to financing. Highly recommend this dealership. We bought a 2026 Ford Explorer Active. Great car!!

So today I brought home my fourth lease from All American Ford. This is my third time dealing with the sales manager, Gennaro, and my first time dealing with Marc, the salesman. They worked with me to help me find the truck that I wanted. I have to say they made my experience seamless and enjoyable. Go see them if you're in the market for a Ford. I doesn’t get much better!!

I brought my 2017 Taurus SHO here for timing chain and cam phaser work that was covered under warranty. Shortly after the repair, the vehicle set timing-related check engine codes. I requested that the dealership inspect and verify their own timing work under warranty, and that request was refused.
Instead, I was told there were “oil pressure concerns,” but no actual oil pressure PSI numbers were ever provided to me. I also never received a low oil pressure warning or light. Based on this information, I was told the engine needed to be replaced.
At that point, I lost confidence in the service department and had the engine replaced at another shop at significant personal expense.
What made this situation especially frustrating is that the original engine showed strong, even compression across all cylinders (approximately 190–200 psi). Looking back, I believe this situation could have been avoided if more thorough diagnostics and verification of the original timing work had been performed.
I’m leaving this review so other customers can make an informed decision. I expected a warranty repair to include proper follow-up and accountability, and unfortunately that was not my experience. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend exercising extreme caution when bringing a vehicle here for service.Feb 04, 2026 -

Peter was a fabulous salesman. He helped upgrade me from a 2019 Ford F150 into a 2025 Ford F150. He also helped my wife a week ago with early training in a vehicle and got her into a new Ford Explorer. Peter is very easy-going. He is very knowledgeable and is able to answer all questions. If not, he will find out the answer for you. It was a great experience working with Peter and with All American Ford of Old bridge.

I come from a background of BMW M cars and have always serviced my car at BMW dealers and this dealership felt just like that if not better in some aspects . Coming here and speaking with Devon my service rep he was super professional and very eager to help from the start he noticed my battery on the car was low and had it replaced under warranty that was not even one of the reasons the car was there but it was good to know that good dealerships who take pride in their name pay attention to detail unlike my experience with other ford dealers that are much closer to me but driving 30mins to this location is so worth it. they have a great team and i am supper happy that my car is now back and 100% better then the condition i dropped it off in and addressed all concerns that i had. I went to All American 2 days ago and met Donna who helped me lease a new bronco. the process was absolutely seamless to say the least! Donna is lovely, by the end of the process she felt like family. I was able to voice my concerns with her and she walked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable before taking the next step. She even called me two days after to check in with me and make sure everything was going well. I would highly recommend working with her and with this dealership in general!! They genuinely care about the service they provide you and it shows!

Dropped our ford F250 truck off for service.
After paying $2000 in repairs my passenger power mirror stopped working whatever no big deal….. i mentioned this to the service team they said my motor stopped working….. Weird coincidence was working perfectly fine. You can hear the mirror is jammed on something.
Karen mentioned her Valet guy might have pulled the mirror out manually by mistake and said to bring the truck over.
Upon arrival this rude stuck up service manager came out and she told me it’s my problem lol. She literally said don’t come here anymore lol. What?
I wasn’t even asking for a new mirror just help fix the problem.
Been going here for years I just recently paid $4000 on two sets of trucks for new tires and alignments.
We have a F750, F550, 2 F250s and a F150. Ford Fleet!
We love coming here for routine maintenance and they treated us great!

The whole team was incredibly helpful. They facilitated my lease buyout even though the original lease was acquired through a different dealership. They also didn’t waste my time trying to convince me to trade in for a different lease or buy a new car. Everyone was straightforward, friendly, and made a stressful process really easy. I had an amazing experience leasing my 2025 Ford Bronco from All-American Ford. Marc was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. Not only am I thrilled with the car, but the customer service exceeded every expectation. Marc took me on a test drive, helped me set up my auto insurance, downloaded the Ford app with me for the remote start and lock features, and walked me through all the controls. He showed me how to connect Apple CarPlay, switch to four-wheel drive, locate the hazards, and use every button on the steering wheel. I left with all my questions answered and complete confidence in my new Bronco.
From now on, I will only be purchasing and leasing vehicles from All-American Ford. A big shout out to the incredible owner, Chris, who is humble, kind, and genuinely helpful. My experience started about seven months ago, ordering one of a limited edition Shelby GT 350s. For the majority of the time I worked with one of the general managers, Joe Pedi , He was wonderful to work with having never met him or the dealership before he was on top of the build process the whole time. As earlier stated never working or buying from this dealership before he made me feel comfortable and like I was part of the all-American family. Then when I came to pick the car up, I work with Marc who went over the whole car with me and get me at the door quickly. Of course, let’s not forget about Tommy in finance. Who had everything ready for me so again I was able to get out of there super quick which is we all know doesn’t happen in the Carr industry thank you guys.

We visited All American Ford early yesterday morning to get the oil changed on our 2020 Ford Edge, along with the batteries in the two key fobs that needed to be replaced. Our service writer Karen convinced me that we needed four new tires and a wheel alignment. With tax and my military discount, we were going to be out the door around $1300. Since all of this was going to take a lot longer than the original oil change, I asked for a loaner, and they managed to provide one. It was a cute Ford escape. After a few hours, Karen called and we headed back, straighten out the paperwork, switched our packages from the Escape to our Edge, and got ready to go home. That was when I noticed it. The four brand new Pirelli tires were FILTHY. The tires looked like someone was driving around off road, or at least in some back alley. How hard would it have been to take a rag and wipe the tires with some tire shine, the stuff they use at the car washes. Or just wipe off the dirt. It's attention to detail. The entire process took longer than we had anticipated, and we were already running late, so we just left.
On the other hand, we've been using All American since before it was All American, since 1994. We bought this vehicle from this dealership. This one misstep, will probably not prevent me from returning.Nov 23, 2025 -

Had a great experience at All American Ford in Old Bridge. Marc in sales took great care of us and got us a solid deal on a certified pre-owned 2022 Explorer XLT. He really knows the Explorer inside and out and answered all of our questions.
I originally came in to look at a different used vehicle, but Marc noticed a few things he wanted the service team to check before selling it. When the technicians found issues, he told me right away and refused to sell me a car that wasn’t up to their standards. That kind of honesty and attention to detail built a lot of trust, something I haven’t experienced at other dealerships I’ve been to. And that is exactly why I came back the next week to buy an Explorer from him. This was my first time buying from a Ford dealership, and it set a new bar for how the process should feel.
It was also a pleasure working with the finance manager, which is saying something since most people usually dread that part. He was fast and efficient, yet nothing was rushed and all the details were clearly explained.
