1. INTIMIDATING TRUCK DRIVER AFTER I SAID WANT TO RECORD THE UNLOADING PROCESS AND FOR SURE THEY SCRAPED MY CAR AT THE END. The truck driver kept saying get off me when I tried to record and tried to get a business card from him, like I reminded him of his childhood trauma. 2. SENT VEDIO PROOF TO THE COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM TO THE INSURANCE AND GOT A CALL SAYING THEY NEVER RECEIVED AND TOLD ME I CAN DIRECTLY SEND TO THIS PHONE. I DID AS TOLD AND NEVER GOT A REPLY.

At least I know its not just me. I wish I could give negative stars I wanted to read the reviews before I even wrote mine. THe great part I can say about them is at least they are consistently a horrendous towing company. DONT USE THEM! I will go one every platform and repeat this so if people have an option, they know not to use them. Long story short, I went through my car shield and the called them for road side assistance. It was the hottest day of over 100 degrees so when my car broke down from over heating obviously I couldnt keep it running (they werent getting to us for an hour). He came a little past that but I gave some leeway for that. Luckily I have a wrangler that has two panels on the front that takes about 1 minute and a half tops top take on and off. Since we (me and a minor) had to wait long I kept the panels off until he (tow truck got there). Found shade and luckily the panels being off helped us stay cool. He arrived with a car already on the flatbed which meant he was going to pull my car 10-20 miles. But that wasnt even the real issue. After he arrived I asked him to let me put the paneles on (a minute and a half tops). He rudly said, "You can put the panels on the top and do whatever you want, but if you do Im not waiting and I will leave you." I had things in my car that I wasnt removing just for the tow that I wanted to secure. Plus wasnt sure if it would rain later. Since he said he wasnt taking it directly to my shop I asked again can I secure it and he gave me another rude and snarky answer. I was so hot an tired I almost let him take it like that but when I told him I have an issue with what he said and I was going to report it, he got upset. He considered that being rude (never raised my voice or cursed) and he told me to find another tow company and left us stranded. I had to wait for over another hour in the hot sun because of his rudeness. Ive never seen someone act that unprofessional when operating as a business. Even when I called up (just like the other reviews said) they guy at the desk was rude! You can tell he doesn't care. I can go into detail but I just want you to understand the general consensus of this company. If they towed my car they would probaly go over every bump and pothole they could. They are a trash company and obviously the owner doesnt care because he enables this behavior. DONT USE THEM! DONT USE THEM! Some of you all wont see this till its too. late. But if you read this first, read other reviews and they say some of the same things. This is if you have a choice, of course. I have a video but I cant seem to add it. :(

As of 8-1-2025 there is a 10k reward being offered if someone can locate, report, my vehicle to the authorities in Edison, NJ and/or just return it back to the dealer, and/or contact noll brothers, to pick it up. Scott, (nighttime) dispatch need to be up trained & retooled on customer service or go work at the zoo. Customer service is “everything) it will make or break your brand. I’m just leaving the police station, had to report my car, stolen so hurt‼‼‼ noll brothers, was hired through central dispatch, sent a tow truck with no attached tag, the now my vehicle, is gone. Scott, the rudest guy ever; says I don’t know what you’re talking about? Call back in the morning… no understanding, compassion or sympathy. He brushed me off the phone & my voice fell on deaf ears. We will get to the bottom of this high price heist…. God, will see fit of this. Year to date as of 7-29-25 owner, management has yet to reach out or say anything to me. Sorry, you experience this Mamm (crickets) we don’t know this feeling until it knock on your own door. (Keep living)

Waited an hour and a half to be towed. Guy pulls up asks me if I have a ride because he doesn't have room in his truck for me. He says nothing else and leaves me out there. So cold and angry. Idk what his problem was but learn to fake it.

Stuck up owner yelled in my face and put his hands up in my face after I paid for my vehicle to get released they couldn’t wait until AAA came or at least took it out the yard they purposely blocked my vehicle in nor wanted to give me my keys. There’s no sense of sympathy they don’t care and the tall guy in the picture deserves a raise he was so nice.

The tow truck driver, Juan, was extremely helpful. He called with updates and also took photos of the tire to help us find a replacement. He was very responsive.

The guy whos working the front desk shouldnt be working there. Hes so rude and look at me like Im stupid. If your insurance company appointed this towing company, cancel it immediately. They even wrote something on my windshield using a permanent marker that was so hard to remove. Stay away!

Rudest company I've worked with. Unfortunately they were appointed by insurance company and whomever works the front desk should find employment anywhere but customer service. The phone was hung up before I could even finish speaking.

Would leave zero stars if I could, illegally towed my vehicle from my shop parking lot then clubbed me for $700 to get it back then towed it to my house only to drop the truck off the trailer after I explicitly said it did not have brakes (hence why it was at the shop) and to go slow. But that was ignored and I was dropped like a rock causing me to jump the curb and nearly hit a tree.The driver was rude and disrespectful just an all around bad experience would call anyone else for a tow.

Our new car got a flat on 287 the tow trunk driver called. Us right away confirmed our location and arrived quickly he was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable! I’m horrible with names (sorry)but I think it was Jason “J” we are very grateful for his help! Thank you for your military service too!

My car’s starter died in a parking garage. This is the only company i found that had a truck that could fit inside a 6’11” ceiling. It was a nail biter for sure, but no issues. The technician was very friendly as was the dispatcher. They definitely weren’t the cheapest. But they did the job professionally and i was glad to work with them.

Kenny was extremely helpful and considerate with regards to my tow. He showed me a great level of professionalism and was able to help me out at 5:00 AM with my flat tire on the side of the highway. Kenny was able to put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with him having my car brought back to the dealership. I would highly recommend Noll Brothers Towing to anyone in need and want to say thank you so much, Kenny!!

My car completely died on the highway on a Friday night. The towing service I called connected me to Noll Brothers. The dispatcher there was friendly and helpful and quoted a more than reasonable price. It took a little longer than estimated but considering the time of night, was still pretty fast. Charles showed up and let me warm up in the cab right away for which I was thankful because I had been sitting in an unheated car in below freezing temps. Charles was great!! Super personable and very patient with me. He got my car hooked up quickly, dropped me off somewhere I could wait for my ride in warmth, and even helped me grab my purse and other things I had forgotten in the car. The next day I stopped by to grab some more things from my car and everyone I saw was nice. Due to some confusion on my part about the initial number I called, this is a different shop than I originally thought I had called but my experience so far has me hopeful the mechanic part is equally helpful. I'll update my review after the final resolution.

Horrible, ill-mannered kid towing my car! As soon as he arrived, he had a sassy attitude, almost hit my car with the chain, and gave an annoying attitude when I asked him to inform the dealer about my car. But thankful someone came to help

This is a terrible company, I don't recommend it to anyone!!! The driver is incompetent and rude. When I called and wanted to ask how many minutes my car would arrive, he said, "If you have something important, call 911 and hit it." So now a person doesn't have the right to call and find out where their car is? Never contact this company!!!

Kenny was extremely helpful and kind in regards to my tow. He showed me a great level of professionalism and shared some knowledgeable information about the make of my car. I appreciated him and my car dealership Open Road BMW Edison for their assistance in my situation. My insurance company sent a tow who was less helpful and couldn’t even tow my car; that says a whole lot. Kenny was able to put my mind at ease and made me feel comfortable with him having my car brought back to the dealership, 50 miles away. Thank you so much, KENNY!

If I could leave a negative review every single day for the rest of my life, I would. This agency is, without a doubt, the absolute worst of the worst. I was assigned to this unreliable tow company by insurance company, and from the very beginning, it was a complete disaster. There were clear instructions given about the specific time the car was supposed to be picked up, but of course, they didn’t show up. No courtesy call, no updates—just a no-show. I had to call them to check in, and the guy on the phone casually said they’d be there in 60 minutes. Mind you, this was already after waiting 90 minutes beyond the originally scheduled time! I waited again, giving them the benefit of the doubt, only to call back 45 minutes later. This time, they said they’d be there in another 30 minutes. At this point, my patience was wearing thin. But just when I thought it couldn’t get worse, it did. Right around the time they promised to arrive, I received a call from a completely different tow company, informing me that they were 30 minutes away! I’ve never dealt with such blatant disregard for people’s time and needs. They don’t just lack professionalism; they seem completely incompetent, and their communication is nonexistent. This kind of service is beyond frustrating—it's a complete failure on every level. I wouldn't trust this agency with anything, and I highly advise others to steer clear if they value their time and sanity. Avoid using them as all cost. Owner to this business- you r lucky that I cannot use profanity.

Just got towed from South amboy all the way to clifton, the driver was Adam, and he is honestly the best tow truck driver i encountered my life. Professional, quick, and goes above and beyond to help me out even to push the car where I wanted. Awesome company and im glad I had someone like him to help me out!

we got this disgraceful, towing company dispatched to us after our Insurance contacted them. From the get-go, the tow driver was rude as ever. completely disrespectful, even the people at the auto shop were wondering what's wrong with him. He kept treating us like we were incompetent, and we don't know anything about the car. After Feeling very unsafe talking to the driver, We decided to contact the main line So they can contact him and tell him that we need to drop off the car at a different location that is closer. We realised their truck is too big and it won't be able to fit in our apartment Complex parking lot. The dispatcher never told the tow truck driver, so he was literally waiting in the middle of the road for 10 minutes. We contacted the dispatcher and told him that we don't feel that the person who is driving The tow truck is safe and we need him To tell him the new address. That's how disgusting his personality was. The guy acted like I was crazy, but after reading reviews clearly this is an ongoing problem. I guess the tow truck driver got his feelings, hurt, and decided not to use the button that puts our car in neutral. We have a video of how disgracefully he placed the truck, our wheels spinning everywhere And there's definitely damage to the truck. The people at the shop showed him our trucks button that allows the car to go in neutral when the gear is not able to function. do not use this company! I doubt they background check any of the drivers. He was definitely on something!

Not only did he give me a ride to the repair shop to get my car fixed, but he even took the time to show me how to work the battery charger, and provided some great recommendations on what brands to buy. This truck that was ahead of me on Rt 27 and Oak tree road intersection. The driver in the truck started cursing at me for no reason while looking at the back mirror throughout the stop. Is this how you treat your neighbors NBT? Your business and bigoted drivers are NOT welcome here.

my car got stuck due to some electrical problems, and I called my insurance who then dispatched NBT towing, which’ is somewhere in Edison NJ. The guy who came for the towing first asked me where I was going and said that he could take the car to their shop for repair. However, as soon as I said that I needed it to be dropped off at my own address or the dealership… He’s attitude completely changed. I then proceeded to ask him a few questions, to which I was met with zero response. When I approached him to ask if it was okay that I ride with him or that I could take an Uber home, he answered rudely saying that “his front seat was full with stuff.” However, after the car finally got onto the truck, he did let me sit inside and dropped me off. But as soon as I got out and he was starting to descend the car, he harshly and again rudely told me to “stay back and not touching anything” and spoke to me like a child. I listened to him and just stood on my sidewalk, but overall the experience with him was very unpleasant. Despite the fact this towing company was dispatched by my insurance, I don’t think I will call these people again. Although this is just a towing business, there still is a customers service aspect of it as well and to be spoken to rudely and treated like I had zero clue about what was going on was unacceptable.

Charles was amazing! I just knew I’d be waiting forever before help arrived. Well, not tonight. Charles arrived within the half hour of the expected wait time with a pleasant professional demeanor. I received two photos of my parked vehicle once it was towed to the dealer for servicing which put me at ease. Thank you Charles!

Tonight I had such a rough night with my car constantly stopping and breaking down every 1-2 miles. Needless to say, I was BEYOND frustrated. I obviously was in need of a tow truck so after safely getting to a parking lot FINALLY, I found out that the tow truck driver was going to come out asap. While waiting, I received a phone call from the driver and his name is Charles. Charles was very friendly and very helpful and even sounded concerned for me when asked what had happened. I could tell he just sounded so genuine and sincere which honestly put me right at ease knowing someone who sounded like that was coming to help me. Charles arrived within 15-20 min like he said he would and talk about working fast?! By the time I got out of the store that I was waiting in to go greet him, he was almost done! (My hubby had ran out to give him my key fob already.) As soon as Charles got to me, he did what he had to do in a matter of minutes.. MINUTES GUYS!! Absolutely incredible everyone!! If there is anyone that I could recommend to all of you, it would most definitely be Charles from Noll Brothers Towing!! Charles, you are awesome and thank you for all of your help tonight!!

Charles got to me in less than 5 minutes! He was very kind and would not leave me on the side of the road as I waited for my husband who showed up shortly after. Charles gave us some suggestions on what the issue could be since my car started up when he got in it after it stalled on the highway. He was knowledgeable, kind and made me feel safe. Great job!!

Very rude phone receptionist and they doesn’t I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration regarding my recent experience with your company. On 10/11/23, I had the unfortunate need to contact your establishment for assistance, and the service I received was far from satisfactory. I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention, in the hope that they can be addressed and improved upon for the benefit of other customers. Firstly, the initial point of contact with your company was marred by an encounter with a receptionist who displayed a level of rudeness that was both surprising and completely unacceptable. When I called to request information and assistance, I was met with a dismissive and unhelpful attitude. The receptionist was not only impolite but also seemed disinterested in my concerns. This is not the kind of treatment one expects when reaching out for help, and it left me feeling undervalued as a customer. Furthermore, the poor service extended beyond the receptionist. When I finally did manage to receive assistance, it was clear that the level of professionalism and efficiency I had hoped for was sorely lacking.
