I have always gone to open road bmw for my I4 and the service has never disappointed. I have dealt with Gina at the service center multiple times and she is a gem to deal with. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Service is also efficient and effective. Price is what you would expect to pay for a BMW.

I purchased my BMW X7 in November 2025, and as of February 2026, I still have not received my registration. My temporary tags expired on December 27, 2025. According to the DMV, temporary tags cannot be reissued once they expire. Despite this, my salesperson advised me to “just get new ones,” which is not legally possible.
Since the purchase, I have called and left voicemails for management at least five separate times, all of which are documented in my call log. I have not received a single return call. After speaking with the front desk for assistance, my salesperson, Anthony, sent a text message stating that the registration had not yet come in and that he was checking on it. Weeks later, I was informed that I needed to go to the DMV to obtain an odometer reading. This required taking time away from work and arranging care for my children. I complied promptly.
It has now been several additional weeks with no resolution and no proactive communication. I have continued to request updates and, once again, have received no response from management.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The lack of follow-up, accountability, and communication is unacceptable. Once the sale was completed, the level of customer service appears to have ceased. I have retained documentation of all calls and text messages regarding this matter.Feb 11, 2026 -
Alissandra was fantastic!! I just purchased my first BMW, an X3 M40i, and couldn’t be happier with the experience. She was polite, extremely knowledgeable, and very straightforward with no games. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she made the entire process easy and stress-free. She always answered my texts and calls, which made me feel confident in my decision. Luke was also a huge help, taking the time to explain the technical features of the car and even answering additional questions over the phone after my purchase. Overall, everyone I worked with was professional, attentive, and genuinely kind. Such a smooth and positive experience.

I can confidently say that Adeir is hands down the best dealer I’ve ever worked with. From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. He helped me get into a BMW M3 Competition at a good deal — better than any other dealer I spoke with — and was completely transparent throughout the entire process.
What truly separates Adeir from everyone else is his character and understanding. After I explained my previous situation with another dealer, he didn’t pressure me at all and didn’t even ask for a deposit. Despite that, he still held the car for me, which showed a level of trust and professionalism you rarely see in this industry. That alone speaks volumes about who he is and how he treats his customers.
Communication was clear, honest, and consistent. Every question I had was answered, every concern was addressed, and there were no surprises — just straightforward, respectful service. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what buying a car should feel like.

I had an amazing, completely unstressful car-buying experience at Open Road BMW. Our salesperson,
Alissandra, was sincere, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. She truly made the process enjoyable and worked closely with us to find the
perfect car for my mother. She made sure all of my mother’s preferences were met, including the exact color combination she wanted, and helped us work out a great deal.
Juan, our BMW Genius, was also fantastic. He walked us through the car step by step and thoroughly explained all of the features and functions. Even though there’s definitely a learning curve with everything the car offers, Juan took his time, helped set up many preferences, and even created shortcuts to make things easier for my mother.

Found my dream truck and they were located about a hour and half drive out . I got to work with Molly an amazing sales rep. She made the whole process easy for me and I didn’t have to deal with much when I finally made it in . Just sign the papers and go . We were able to negotiate and make a deal over the phone . I had an excellent experience at BMW of Edison, thanks to Mike the Genius — truly a genius. I was having a few issues with my X7 and he took the time to walk me through everything, explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense, and make sure nothing was overlooked. He, along with the rest of the staff, were patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Adeir, my salesperson, was super helpful from start to finish. He took the time to show me the car in detail and worked with his manager, Jamal, to get me a great deal. They were both extremely attentive, professional, and genuinely kind throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. I’m beyond happy with my beautiful BMW X5 especially in my preferred color combination. Also can’t forget Luke for having my car ready and making the delivery seamless! My husband and I went to test drive the x3, x5 and x7, our Genius specialist, Rodrigo really helped us envision our day to day lives in each car that we test drove. He talked about performance, longevity and comfort. He was honest and shared his opinions on each car, and explained the trim and cut. He was very knowledgeable, humble and kind.
He answered all of our questions, he's awesome and we loved working with him.
Mathias our salesman, was another Gem. He was honest, to the point and direct with his offer. No games and no gimmicks. He patiently answered all of our questions and helped us navigate our trade in. I had an amazing experience working with Rodrigo, the genius. From start to finish, he was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely passionate about BMWs. He took the time to explain every feature of the vehicle in a way that was easy to understand, answered all my questions without rushing, and made sure I felt completely confident before leaving.

Buying a car has always felt like entering a boxing ring (lol) Never knowing who you will be dealing with and how or what the tone will look like when negotiating a purchase. My mother and I walked into the showroom and Rebecca immediately approached us with a welcoming energy. She listened, aligned, and gave many options to what I was looking for. We test drove 2 vehicles and left feeling zero pressure. I texted with Rebecca over the next couple of days as we narrowed down some options and she even sent through offer quotes based on what I was leaning towards. The transparency alone made me feel confident in purchasing a vehicle from BMW Edison! Long story short, the day I arrived to buy the car I had THOUGHT I wanted, I found out it had just been sold. Rebecca saw my disappointment but didn’t let it discourage her. She worked the next couple of hours with us locating the car I ACTUALLY wanted. They had someone go get it from another bmw location that was not close by and I was able to drive it home that night. She went above and beyond and her team supported her throughout the difficult process which makes them stand out as a dealership. They also made sure all the paperwork was ready to be signed so I only spent a total of maybe 10min in the finance office. It was a long day for all of us but the result totally made up for that! If the car I purchased had already been at the dealerships lot, I am confident the process would have been extremely quick which also means they respect your time. Great experience at Open Road BMW. We dropped the car off for an oil change at 7:30 am and Alex, our advisor said it would be ready around 4 PM. I mentioned we had a wake to go to so he made note for the car to be ready by 1 PM. That is certainly going above and beyond! I also really like the video of the Mechanic doing a check on the car that is sent to me. My vehicle Is six years old, but has very low mileage. I realize there are certain services that are suggested to be done for a normal six-year-old car. I appreciate the fact that Alex did not push any of these services on us, knowing the car has super low mileage. All in all, a really good experience! Thank you!

I was there to pick up my daughter's BMW that was in for a tire/rim change - I didn't expect to be treated with kind effort - let's just say I have Old Skool comments from decades ago in my head, when I was searching for my own BMW to lease - but from the moment I walked in, to the moment I drove out of the Service bay, I was treated as if I had the fanciest car there. I've never stepped inside a dealership that felt like Santa's Workshop on Christmas Eve, and that's how I felt, in awe, and also confused. But the service staff brought my anxiety down, almost held my hand, and I appreciate that.

My day began at a different dealership, where a lack of professionalism discouraged me from making any purchase. Subsequently, I visited BMW of Edison primarily to browse. Due to my previous negative experience, I approached the sales process with some hesitation. However, upon arrival, I was approached by Robert, who exhibited a high level of professionalism and demonstrated excellent salesmanship. We spent approximately three hours collaboratively selecting an appropriate vehicle and discussing payment options. I appreciate his dedication; despite possibly testing his patience, he performed exceptionally well. I can confirm that I viewed eight or nine vehicles, as I continued to tell Robert that these are cute. However, my five series ended up being gorgeous.
