I had the best experience buying a new sedan with Nigels’ help in Edison . I asked him for 2 different options and he narrowed down everything and made the process seamless , wonderful and easy . He was extremely knowledgeable, kind , not pushy and understood exactly what I was looking for making the process completely stress free ! If you go to bmw in Edison ask for him and JC! JC gave me a tutorial and showed me how to use my new vehicle and connected my app for me so I didn’t have to do much besides drive away in my new car. Both men were super kind and friendly so Really it was such a good experience car shopping with those two .

I recently decided to buy a new BMW and, as a long-time customer of New Country BMW in Connecticut—where I had purchased my X5 in 2012 and serviced it for over 13 years—I naturally expected to get the best deal from them. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Despite my loyalty, the price they offered was simply too high, and I felt no genuine effort to keep my business.
Through an online search, I ended up connecting with Joshua Harris at Open Road BMW in Edison, NJ. At first, I was skeptical—Joshua seemed too good to be true. He was incredibly responsive, offered a significantly better price right from the start, and was proactive in a way I hadn’t experienced with any of the three CT dealers I spoke to. I even wondered if it was some kind of scam.
We scheduled a Zoom call to put my mind at ease, and after speaking with him, I knew I was dealing with a true professional.
Soon after we agreed on the car, I had to travel to India. Joshua stayed in touch throughout—by text and email—always courteous, prompt, and patient, despite the time zone difference. He never made me feel like I was asking too many questions or bothering him.
The car delivery was delayed due to tariff-related issues, but what stood out was Joshua’s integrity: he never once used the delay as an excuse to increase the price or change the terms. We completed all the paperwork remotely to lock in the best interest rate, and everything was seamless.
When I finally met Joshua in person, it honestly felt like meeting someone I had known for a long time. The entire process—from inquiry to delivery—was smooth, transparent, and built on trust.
The best way to summarize it: when I shared Joshua’s offer with BMW dealers in Connecticut, they told me they couldn’t match it and warned me I was probably being scammed.

I was deciding whether or not to acquire a BMW 430 Coupe, so after a trip to Costco, I went to Open Road. I met with Adeir Ali, discussed what I was interested in, and took a test drive. Adeir was very professional and worked to get what I wanted at a fair price. I am always a difficult customer when considering a very large purchase. I was in contact with several dealerships and vehicle brokers. I took my best offer back to Open Road, and they were able to beat it (slightly) and I we closed the deal.
