We ordered a door for a car, went there to pick it up… they demanded we had to pay upfront to receive the door which was damaged (did not want to negotiate on a damaged part) and at last after 30 minutes they said it was sold!
Called twice every time a different price went personally was disrespected by the old man idk why first was 100 then 250 went personally and have to Take it out my self which is not a problem he told me 350 for that price I could of gotten it new then he goes I prefer to crush the car than to sell to your kind
I’ve never in my life been somewhere that has had this type of awful customer service. Asked the old man for the name of the place cuz I got recommended by phone number, he tells me “do yourself a favor and look up the number on google” then hangs up. Wow!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Complete rip off place. Drove almost an hour for a fender which was priced high to begin with. Dug it out from wherever it was buried and it was broken. Guy wouldn’t discount and said take it or leave it, they’re paying a lot for cars. Meanwhile this fender looks like it’s been sitting in their yard since Clinton was in office. Would never do business here again.
Up from Florida visiting family in NJ...engine goes up in my car. I have been looking for one for about a month and a half. The mechanic who has my car...his wife found this place saying they have it, and I needed to put a deposit on it for them to pull it. I took public transportation from Egg Harbor City to East Brunswick...over 4 hours by bus/train/light rail and walking...I get there finally and they say they don't know if they have it, and they knew I was coming..I was like you just told me on the phone the night before that you had it, so how do you not know now. While I was waiting...I read reviews online stating the same thing. Over 20 mins later they still didn't come back to me so I left.

I spoke with a guy about if they have ford transit van he told me to repit 4 times because he speaks Spanish and on the end he put the phone down! No responsible people
Absolutely shambolic business model. They’ll tell you a different price over the phone and try to mug you with exorbitant pricing when you are on site.
Very rude, disrespectful and unprofessional would seriously never recommend this place to anyone, they will tell you over the phone that they have the part when they do not and then lie and tell you to pay in advance and come back because they have to “pull” the part, this place is a blatant scam and to top it off they are extremely disrespectful to their potential customers. BEWARE
Called and he said he had a few rims of the one I wanted in stock. Went there and wouldn't let me look for them in the yard so i can see the condition before buying. All he does is show me a stock photo of them. The counter guy needs to be fired or this place needs to be shut down! Horrible service!
Thinks he's selling gold. On numerous occasions they'd quote one price over the phone which is already on the high side. But when you're there in person its much higher. Almost double everyone else in a 30 mile radius. Even if he's the only one with a rare part, you're better off getting it shipped from out of state. This review is not based on one experience, but over 5 years of doing business with them and junk yards all over the tri-state area.
Unreasonable price, if you ask if can do better, he hangs up you. Wanted 30.00 more per rim then I just paid for two from somewhere else. He can keep em!!
Spoke to someone about a front diff on a car , they said they had it, sold the job called them back, they told be it was 500 $$more , ask to talk to a manger. they said all them are out on tows, this place is a joke. called back and now they don't have the parts. I would recommend never doing an business with this corp
Zero Stars. Called in for a part they said they have it I have to go and pay 250 cash first for them to remove. It is an hour ride to go there I asked can they start removing it I am on my way and the answer was NO. Next day I called again now they were not sure if they have it finally after 4-5 phone calls they said they found it and again to be removed it has to be paid in full cash at first. I said I will be there with 250 cash and the price was $500 now. Not only they have no good business ethics they are surely careless about their customers. What a jerk they are!! I will never call again.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I saw the bad reviews before going here but thought I’d still give it a shot due to them being the only place in proximity that had my car part. But the bad reviews were spot on, no exaggeration at all. I felt attitude and an unwanted vibe upon entering the store. Then the owner made me leave the shop to go find an ATM since they “only took cash”. (12 minute commute total) Then once I came back I had to wait over 5 minutes by myself in the lobby for them to attend to me. Will never come back.
I read the dozens of 1-star reviews, and didn't know what to expect. But, they had the rare part I needed, so I went. Fernando had the part waiting for me. The price was reasonable. I bought it, took it home, and discovered it wouldn't work. After a quick phone call, we agreed that I could ship it back in exchange for some other parts I had been looking at. I did, and today my parts showed up as promised. I gave them respect and they gave it right back. Old school.
Zero stars, do yourself a favor and never waist your time at this place. They will tell you they have anything you want over the phone, you get there, there is zero organization and then they make you wait for hours on end, don’t even take any information from you and either not have what you need or bring you the worst quality part there could possibly be. DO NOT EVER WAIST YOUR TIME HERE!
Don't expect any customer service or even basic respect from these guys. Guy ordered me to bring in my own tire from my car and didn't offer to help me bring it in when I expressed that it would be heavy for me. Then his staff snickered at me and cracked jokes about the tire being "too heavy," openly insulting me, the customer. Charged me extra to put the tire on the car different than the price he gave me on the phone. After his man put on my tire I brought him the hubcap and he made a crack straight to my face saying "Sure the hubcap isn't too heavy for you." Owner and whole staff are VERY disrespectful and you'd get better customer service from a group of trained chimpanzees. Avoid.
Saw the reviews didn't think too much of them, showed up was greeted by a very drunk man,. Could not understand what he was talking about as he was drinking a beer. I came in for a part that was $12 online he wanted to charge me 35 soon as I heard that I had to leave. The first picture says beware of owner yep you should be. Do yourself a favor and don't even go there. One of the five star comments sounds exactly like the guy that I spoke to in there LOL and don't get this place confused with Oasis right next door those people were very friendly very professional to showed me exactly where I needed to go
Absolutely horrible service. The guy was very sarcastic about everything. Had just an all around bad feeling about the place and the guy who “helped me” He was rude when discussing prices. I would have definitely taken the extra hour of driving just to not deal with this guy again. The guy who actually brought me the part was a nice guy tho.
They shouldn't own a business if they don't have any patients or ability to work with customers... Not even worth giving a call, they'll probably just hang up on you anyway. Absolute disgrace of a business.
Waste of time and ridiculously overpriced. They wanted to charge me more for used parts than what I can get them for brand new OEM from the dealership. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else, this place is a ripoff.
My experience is awesome, Fernando and Perry are fair and will not steer you in the wrong direction. They are real people and they have been so very helpful to me . I've known them for over 20years and I highly recommend them.
They lied about a part i brought from Them twice. The guy lied said the part worked but it did not work. do not trust those people they lie straight to your face.
Beware of the parts they sell you and be knowledgeable of the parts or these guys will rip you off with a smile. Ran into an issue during a break and rotor change while at the shop next door to Ginacola. They swore that the spindle was going to fit in a GTI and guaranteed it was ok. 5pm at night no breaks and needed to get my car done ASAP. Long story short the spindle was slightly bent and not only did Ginacola sell the part like that the shop next door Oasis towings mechanic went along with their lanlord ( ginacola) and installed a damaged spindle. Following day brand new rotor destroyed along with other damage due to the part Ginacola sold.
Took my car to my mechanic and he couldn't believe that 1 the mechanic didnt catch the damaged spindle and 2 wasnt suprised at all with Ginacola selling bad parts , with his no refund policy.
This guy and his family are the biggest crooks out there. Nasty to all customers and just arrogant. One day their scamming ways will be their down fall..
Don't even waste time going there, for your parts they are not helpful! They will keep you waiting for parts that is not even exist , 2 acres land and they have the parts for you they come back in the front to say parts is broken. It was a long drive going there , wasted my time . Even told them get my parts ready so, can pick it up . People are terrible!!!
These guys are so unprofessional, not even for a junk-yard type of job. whoever I spoke to instead of helping me out was trying to make fun of me thinking I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't even know why I called. These guys provide parts for professional auto shops, I've seen their type of work and service.These guys are a joke, and I'm sure many other shops agree with me.
If I could give this place a negative star, I would. The owner is extremely rude. I went there to get a rear bumper for 2004 Chrysler Sebring convertible. I wanted to see the part before I purchase it. The owner pulled up pictures from the computer. His monitor wasn't showing right color or details. So I was like, can I go see it in person? He was like "we don't show the product to the customer." I end up not buying it. I would never go back to that place again. 0 out of 10 won't recommend.
Avoid this place at all costs. Needed a idler pulley for a 2003 Pontiac, tried to charge me $50 which is 3 times more than the part costs new!!! The owner told me that he didn't care how much it cost at the store, the minimum charge for any part in his yard on a Saturday is $50.
