The office work here is very slow. It took me over an hour to get my car from them. They do not move very quickly. That’s not even the worse part. I was in accident and they towed my car. When I got in it I noticed that they stole all my change that I had but only the silver. The left the penny’s. Don’t trust anything with these people they steal things from your car. If you can remove all items that have value l even change. I should have had a report written up about THEIF. But I am not sure how much was there maybe 10 dollars and that’s not a charge and it is also his word against mine.

Driver that came for the vehicle was great. Whoever handles the phone calls to the main office is rude as hell. Acted like I was bothering him when I asked about my vehicle and their hours. Then hung up immediately after saying the hours. Don't be mad you have to do your job.... I get the feeling I'll be waiting for an hour or two when i get to the yard just to take my things out of the truck. Original Review 2 stars, maybe I'll update after giong to the office.
Arrived in 30 minutes as advertised! Very clean and professional. Milton even helped push the car into a spot at my mechanic and offered me a ride home. No one wants to need a tow, but if you do I would suggest B&L. Thanks Milton!

I highly recommend B & L Towing. I have been dealing with them for over 10 years for all of my towing needs with the fleet of vehicles that we have. They have always showed up very quick when we have trucks that break down and need towing and they are always fairly priced! Highly recommend!
If I could give zero stars I would. These people are thieves and extortionists. After my car was towed off the highway I was taken to this place against my will. The tow truck driver couldn’t speak English and couldn’t tell me where he was taking my car after the crash. I didn’t know the rules in NJ about your car having to go to an Impound lot for a highway crash. After we got there I was rudely told to leave the premises. They kicked me out in the rain! So they kept my car over night. They charged me $580 for the tow and holding my car hostage over night, when I could have had it towed immediately by another available tow truck. I wasn’t able to take out my valuables and of course something went missing when I went there the next day. When I told the “manager” Tim something when missing from my car he said my guys wouldn’t do that and walked away!!! NEVER CALL THESE PEOPLE TO FOR ANYTHING…
I will be reporting this to the police.
Wife had a flat tire on Garden State Parkway 9:00 pm on 8/12 right over the Driscoll Bridge. Very dangerous area. Tow was dispatched and they got to my wife right away, sooner then we ever expected. Cannot express how grateful and pleased we are with the service and professionalism they provided us. Tow driver Adonny kept my wife safe and away from danger. Changed out her flat tire and got her back on her way. We take for granted how dangerous the job really is. We also have the unusual spare tire for the Audi. Adonny was extremely courteous, followed the proper steps and got her back on the road. A great tow company experience for an unfortunate (flat tire) scenario. Thanks again Adonny and B&L Towing. I've used B&L auto repair in the past and needed their help again when someone hit my car in July 2025. I worked with Julian in the auto repair area and he was great! He ensured my car was accurately estimated by the insurance company to make sure what needed to be replaced was and dealt with them directly. The service was quick and efficient and the car looks great. I would highly recommend Julian and his team for any auto repair work.
I recently wrote a review in January of how great these guys treated us. Now for a part 2. The truck they fixed had a malfunction of the new radiator they put in. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH B&L. It just so happened to fail a few miles away from their facility. They were once again great with us. We got the truck to their place. They fully warrantied everything. I recommend using these guys. They get the job done!!!

On Saturday 6/28/25, I was driving on the Garden State Parkway, on a trip from CT to DE. I pulled into a rest stop, and got a flat tire. I want to recognize Jose for his exceptional customer service. He arrived on scene within 20 minutes of my call, and he brought me to the garage I chose for the repair. I really appreciate how easy and painless he made a potentially difficult situation.

SUNSHINE TRANSPORTATION LLC...Ive owned 115 trucks over 30 years in business. Operated a 13,000 square foot shop of my own. As a truck driver, business owner and a mechanic. I found these guys fair, responsive and competent. Lost a radiator in one of my 2024 cascadias. As someone who was taught to build a truck before my father would let me drive one. This is not a big deal. Most shops and people try and tell you what a big job it is. It's just a matter of doing it. They never once said it was anything but a simple fix. I appreciate their honesty. And promptness of getting us going. Start to finish same day service. I will go back 100%
I get it. I got towed but when I come there with money there is actually no sense in helping the customer. It's like you don't exist. If not the manager would arrived. I would still be waiting for receiving my vehicle. Really unprofessional. They give you attitude in a nice way just by wasting your time. They do not respect other people's time They got to come off the high horse. Unprofessional really
The Driver who came to get me off the Garden State Parkway was amazing. Instead of just charging me full rate, he patiently helped me get the significant AAA Discount. He operated the truck with great skill, expertise and care for my truck!
These people are thieves and this place should be shut down due to highway robbery. It's appalling they are given permission to tow off the highways. They come up with any nonsense fee they can possibly think of. They are "authorized" to take your vehicle and don't allow it to be towed to your residence nor any other location but their yard. They do this and ask you to contact your insurance so they can charge absorbent fees and hold your vehicle as a way to get paid. They do this so that they can charge you whatever they want. You either pay or deal with these horrible people.
My tire blew out in a spot with a very small shoulder on the GSP so I was really nervous. Steven from B&L was polite, quick and thorough. I had never seen the unusual spare tire in an Audi, so he showed me how it had to be inflated with the air pump. I very much appreciated the time he took to explain.
My daughter's car needed her rear brakes replaced so I reached out to B&L towing that same day (Saturday) and Tracy, the lady who answered the phone, told me to bring it in and they would take care of it. The service they provided was quick and they didn't upsell me anything. The whole job was done within a couple of hours. The price was very reasonable too. Everyone was so nice especially Tracy. She was very courteous and polite. I will recommend them to all my friends and other family members. Thumbs up guys. Your the best!
I was involved in an accident and brought my car to B&L towing & Recovery and so glad I did. They took care of everything from start to finish. They dealth with the insurance company directly, offered to set me up with a rental via my insurance company and were there with updates every step of the way. The body work done to my car was fantastic. The detail and care they put into it was just wonderful AND the work was done so much faster then I thought!! The staff was so friendly and Patrick in the body/repair shop was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend them! I actually had a neighbor ask me where to go after they were hit and they were equally happy with the service and their car was hit by a box truck! Dont listen to the negative reviews, you must understand people only write reviews and have to deal with a towing or body shop on their very worst of days. Happy people dont tend to leave as many reviews because just that, they are happy! B&L is truly superior. Thank you for everything!
Our battery died on the parkway on Friday night and we had no choice but to use B&L towing. We were told by the tow truck driver it would be $250 for the tow plus an additional $43 per day since they were closed over the weekend. When we arrived to pick up our car we were charged $561.00. When we asked what the additional costs were, we were given no explanation and told to wait for the receipt. They of course have to charge your card to print a receipt and have signs everywhere stating once charges are paid absolutely no refunds so even with trying to dispute the cost we got no where. AAA would not come onto the protest to tow our car so we needed a jump to get the car started . We were charged an additional $65 which wasn’t the problem. The problem was the extremely ride lady at the window. She looked directly at as and said” hand me that pretty little card right now.” That was completely rude, uncalled for and unprofessional. Prices are outrageous and don’t match what you’re quoted. Customer service reps are unprofessional, rude and should be not be in the service industry if they don’t know how to speak to customers like people!
They VERY CLEARLY damaged my vehicle and are denying it. This is how they had my vehicle at the tow yard. Please NEVER LET THEM TOUCH YOUR VEHICLES IF YOU CAN HELP IT unfortunately the tow guy would not put my vehicle down after the cops called them to tow my car from an accident (hydroplane rear drivers side damage ONLY ) initially so I did not even get the chance to actually see what kind of business I was dealing with. I told the towing guy to put my car down so I could get GEICO to tow it and we were right off an exit and he would not let it down although he stoped at the nearest store from the exit which was a Dunkin Donut to let me off. Horrible. Lady upfront is also nasty with a very NASTY appearance to match. If you see these reviews and still keep them in business you are a FOOL.

Owner Shean Cody said he would not pay to repair damage and that his driver did not cause any damage to witch I have a surveillance video to prove it so now it’s turned into insurance company
