The employees have a bad attitude!
Spent $3600 towards a rebuilt- was told it would be 7 days to complete. They called after 10 days and told me they were no longer able to rebuild a transmission. Didn't try to outsource a new transmission, instead gave me an attitude!

I called on 8/26/24 and spoke to Anthony, inregards to me needing a Rim for my 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring that didn't come with a spare. Anthony gave me the cost with tax included. I informed Anthony that I will be there first thing in the morning at 8am. Anthony informed me he will be in later that morning on 8/27/24, but someone will be able to complete my order, when I came to the office. I meet with George and informed him, I spoke to Anthony concerning the Rim I needed. George said he can take care of it for me, so he took the information from me. And went and got the information off my tire, along with a photo to make sure I received the same exact Rim as what's on my vehicle. Awesome Customer Service and great team work to Anthony and George. I will definitely recommend this place to my family and friends, if they are in need of excellent used car parts. Job Well Done!

Update to response: maybe train your employees to not be rude and say things like, “don’t waste my time with a part” when literally that’s what you sell, PARTS. Fakest and most generic response. These people don’t care about the customers they only care when you have to spend a couple 100 dollars…

The man that’s speaks, Spanish, and English sold me a rim that didn’t match my others when I took it back he told me that he would’ve ordered the one that I wanted ,which he did not do at all, would not work with me. Would not refund my money after he knew he sold me the wrong one. DIRTY
Terrible,Terrible experience never again! Al is the worst salesman I ever had to deal with in my life. I rather buy new than to deal with the headache. There's many salvage yards in the area I recommend go there than deal with these guys

"AAA Allcar Junkyard "Parts and cars are in excellent condition and he warranties all his inventory.. would recommend him for all your parts and car needs..prices are lower than any junkyard around and his quality is pristine.. I give him a 12 out of a 10 that's how excellent his service,parts and condition of inventory.
This the worst ever junk yard you would ever go. Very unprofessional and never keep their promises if they have to get you any part of your car. Don't waste your time going here. If possible I would give them a zero rating. Don't waste your time or money here
I understand why some would give them no stars. The service was terrible. The store keeper (or owner) kept speaking on the phone and the other assistant was useless. BUT, I give them 4 stars because they were the only one who had a used (but intact) tail light for my car at quite a low price, and their information on the phone was accurate. They sell cheap, and they do the job. What do you expect from a store like this?
