My girlfriends son bought a part they sent it and it was the wrong color so he returned it and they wouldn’t pay the shipping, I was told by Jim that he could have physically drove there which would cost just as much in gas and tolls as the shipping fee would cost. I do not recommend this place and I will be contacting BBB about this issue. I wish I could give them negative stars
This has to be the most unprofessional auto wrecker I've ever delt with. Everytime you call they start speaking with you then throw you on hold. I called back 5 times and the same thing each time. Waste of time
Bought a damaged rackpinion and even though a few of the employees initially gave me a very hard time returning, the manager Joe took it back without even charging me restocking fee.

I brought a part that was supposed to have a warranty and the part turned out not to be good after my mechanic examined it. I brought it back and was charged a restocking fee for the bad part. I tried to show and explained where the part was not good to no avail. I do not agree that a part that was warrantied, if not good should I pay 35% restocking fee. I will not do business nor recommend them.
They told me online (Facebook) that they would give me a better price to drive down. I drove 40 mins the dude tell me no thats already a good price……… ??????? Don’t come here if you are coming from far they will waste your time .
Hilariously terrible customer service, gentlemen helping me on the phone told me to go f myself when I asked if he could send a photo of a panel I was interested in purchasing. Not sure how this place makes any money.
They just don't care about you, just don't buy anything from them please. Or give it a shot and call their number, maybe after 5-8 tries, sarcastic hang up from their side and unexplained holds for more than 10 minutes each, you will ask them if they have some part you want. But idk what you will end up with.
I was given the right mirror I asked for a grey door and he said he had it then I received a black door I paid $200 to be given the wrong door. And the guy at the front desk has a smart unprofessional mouth won’t buy ever again
Only been here a few times but each time was a pleasant experience..the guys in the office ANF in the yard are very helpful & polite. Would definitely recommend!
Bought a battery and never got to install due to busy summer. Finally needed to install and it was a marine battery. Called and stopped by, although past the warranty period, T & E compromised and made it happen for me. I stop by for my Honda Odyssey and Honda Accord tires and other parts. Front desk is cool...when stopping by a yard, I try to consider what the guys may have experienced before I arrived. One of the 4 Agreements "Don't take nothing Personal".

Hole-in-the-wall junkyard down a dirt road but they were friendly and they were the only ones around that had a Jeep axle I needed that was in good condition.
The manager has no respect for people... he talks to customers as if his speaking to an animal on top of that when you call they give you one price then when you go they change the price...(((stay away from this place )))
Don't know about the rest of staff, but Javier behind the counter is an absolute scumbag. Arrogant and disrespectful - treated customers like dirt and tried charging me $20 higher than what I was quoted over the phone. STAY AWAY ... There's a bunch of other yards in this area, they're not the only show in town
