  I called them in the morning on 3/1/2024 at 8:47am by 9:27am the tow truck was at my house he waited patiently will i gather my belongings from the 02 Cadillac that was getting junk and then he check to make sure all original equipment was present on car top and bottom then count the cash in front of me and give it to me and then he yoke the car great business respect people thank you will use again for me or family when a car got to go.

  Rude on the phone, lowballed me extremely. Saw the response and couldn’t be more of a lie. First of all it’s disgusting and a huge red flag to leak someone’s phone number. I simply asked very kindly for a quote and said I just wanted to keep asking around, then the man on the phone proceeded to be extremely rude. Did end up getting a great quote from another place who was very kind and understanding about wanting to talk to other places before moving forward. I have all the documentation and information I need for my car and didn’t even consider selling it to this company. Proceed with caution
