Got 4 new tires and all that goes with them including an alignment at a reasonable cost and they were pleasant and didn’t k ep me waiting beyond my appointment time… and the car drives fantasticly too?
Staff at Mr. Tire went above and beyond to help me out. They went out of their way to patch my tire minutes before closing and didn't charge me a cent. Not only did they repair my tire, but they also repaired my faith in humanity, which is worth more than 5 stars.
Overcharged + spoken to like I was incompetent. The only reason I paid x3 the quoted price of other places in the area was because I needed to make it to work on time and they were the only shop open so early.
I was lied to about needing different repairs in hopes that I would just accept it and not question it (tires + brakes, both of which have been purchased from a separate locations prior) as well as told if something "were to happen to me" it was "absolutely not (their) problem" and he would have to put it in writing.
If you really wanted me to get extra services, you just had to treat me like a human being. Instead, you tried to take advantage of a female in a male dominated space.
The mangers and staff were great and did a fantastic job. However, trying to schedule an appointment through the call center was disastrous. The call center had no idea how busy the location actually was, quoted the wrong prices over the phone, and didn’t know how long the requested service should take. They were not familiar with basic car repair terminology and techniques. Speak with the location directly for the best overall experience.
The customer service was very good and the wait time was very reasonable. My only concern would be the pricing of the new tires that were installed. The oil change and additional services included with that was reasonably priced.
Amazing service. Just took my Dad's car in with a flat tire on a Sunday afternoon. In less than 15 mins, I was taken care of with a replaced tire and back on my way home. AMAZING customer service. Highly recommend!!!
A+ Customer Service!!!! If you need a tire, call and ask for Zach, he is AMAZING! I called to order a tire since I was driving on a spare, and the woman who answered said they could order it but that they would not have it until the following day. I decided to stop in on my way home and Zach was at the counter. I explained to him that I had just called and that I wanted to pay for the tire (in advance) in full. I received a phone call less than two hours later and they said my car was done. I thought they were confused, and that they had called the wrong person. But they told me that Zach actually sent one of the mechanics to go pick up the tire so that I didn't have to wait a full day. They literally had my tire picked up, changed, and called me to pick up my car within 2 hours! That is what I call SUPERIOR service! Honestly amazing that Zach asked the gentleman to go and pick it up. I was completely impressed!!! A+ Customer Service at it's finest.
Tire replacement service was fast and easy. Went to them for TireRack pre contracted pricing & guarantee. However I had to renegotiate and remind them of the pricing before they obliged.
I was an hour and a half away from home and all of a sudden I start hearing this horrible grinding sound from the front of my car. The gentleman at the front desk said he knew exactly what it was(dust shield) got my car in, fixed it and sent me on my way in 10 minutes. I can’t think these guys enough, talk about outstanding service!
Did not honor a 12 month warranty on a window regulator I had replaced last year. Something like this does not normally break within a year, some cars it never breaks. It says right on the receipt 12 month warranty. I bring it there and they tell me it's a 6 month warranty. I have a case open with the parent company now
They don't give you a receipt. They give you a list of the service you ordered. They didn't give me a read out data sheet of the alignment. They also did a great job mounting my tires but did not return my glow in the dark tire air caps. The wheel alignment seems to be sound. The service was great overall.
My daughter’s appointment was for 4pm and was not seen until after 5pm. I understand that hers was not an emergency but could they have least let her know? Sure she could have asked - also she came home and her low beam lights on one side were out. She saw that before she left. Mentioned it and no one offered to fix it
I dont know if its a franchise location but feel sorry for the operator here. First of all manager who takes calls from customers doesn’t want to take any car and keeps saying all callers that they are busy. Come tomorrow. Even though he is just sitting there. And mechanics have only 1 car to themselves.
I came here to do wheel balancing thinking of it to be convenient over the weekend. While doing wheel balancing, either mechanic has not mounted the wheel properly, or have not taken off older weights. Car has such a bad loud noise which it didn’t have before. Totally messed up everything.
Watch this place is gonna close down in a year if this keeps on happening
I was traveling back to Maine when my camper van engine began to make strange noises. As fate would have it, I went to Mr. Tire which was recommended by AutoZone. They took me in. They took care of me. They were very professional. They worked all day on the van and tried very hard to get all the parts needed. I can’t thank them enough. My trip back to Maine was uneventful, which was delightful. It means they fixed it right. The price charged was reasonable and they were courteous and focused on the problem. If I lived near there, I would take my car for service there. Many thanks to Antoine and Zach for their hard work on such a hot day.
DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!!! The manager Joe is a stone cold liar with the straightest of faces. I went for a wheel alignment, keep in mind im a certified automotive technician, and was told I needed a camber kit. I had used a groupon for the alignment and was told I needed to pay $100 more. I asked if I could just get the kit myself and was told no we don't use outside parts so I approved the repairs only to find out a few weeks later as I was replacing the front brakes and rotors there was no kit installed. So I called and asked for a refund on the additional fees since no kit was installed Liar Joe says let me look into it and Ill call you back in 20 mins. He does and then tells me he never told me that what he told me was the tire rod was frozen so we had to heat it up hence the extra labor. I said that's not true and why would using a torch be anymore labor when that's the job and what it calls for if it even calls for that. He then says whoa this is a recorded line I never said torch so I said well how did your tech heat it up??? He then says Ill just let corporate handle it. This is a scam company the type of place that will put a nail in your tires sidewall and say we cant patch it you need a new tire. Just stay away people this is another untrusted repairshop. I have to update my people, someone in corporate/customer service did call me and was extremely courteous and helpful. She apologized on behalf of the company and comisserated with me on why the manager would say what he said. She offered a refund on the extra labor charge and I accepted. I didn't catch her name but she made me feel seen and she needs to be acknowledged company wide on how to give great customer service.
This place is what great customer service looks like. I popped in on a busy Friday after work for a minor issue. The guy at the counter said they were pretty busy but they’ll take of me. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they resolved my issue before my road trip. I’ll definitely go there to get my next set of tires.
Absolutely horrible shop. Rude and arrogant “office manager” Zack was empathetic and tried to tell me $2,500 for a job that was $1738 and I had it in writing from THEM that it was $1700. The pic is 1 hour after I paid $1,675 for new water pump and 2 roters and brakes. 1 hour after I leave their shop I can’t drive my car!
Dehaven the District manager even worse! I drive my car there for a nail in my tire, no noises, no heavy leaks. I have been car-less for a week now! Had to pay 2 tow trucks in the midst of all this! This shop on rt 33 In Hamilton is absolutely ridiculous and not trustworthy.
Jerry is great and so helpful! Incredible service and so kind. Came in 7 minutes before closing w a busted tire and he had us out within that time! Highly recommend.

I was referred by Pirelli tires to Mr. Tire as I was looking for new tires for my Tesla X.
I was greeted by Jerry, who had a warm and welcoming smile and provided amazing customer service. He was very patient and answered all my questions thoroughly.
Jerry listened carefully to my needs and helped me find a tire that was even better suited for my vehicle than the one I had initially planned to purchase. He pointed out that the Pirelli website had recommended the wrong tire for my X.
He offered a very competitive price that was significantly lower than Tirerack, even after including installation, balancing, and alignment.
My father accompanied me, and Jerry made sure he felt welcome at the store as well.

We had a special (Tesla) tire replacement request, and the guys at Mr. Tire immediately ordered it for us, no deposit, and in one business day, everything was completed.
The service is quick. The prices are decent (we save about $150 compared to Tesla dealership's quote).
The waiting room is very spacious.
There is free Wi-Fi (the network and password info are displayed by the right side window, next to the coffee machine).
Awesome service and great timing!! Chad was a great help! Had a small nail in my tire and the repair was only about 35$ when other places were charging 60$+!! Definitely recommend will come back if god forbid anything else happens to my car.
