What a terrible terrible place. There is no one at counter but they ask you to scan bar code and wait outside for 15 mins to be called on. NO ONE IS HERE BUT ME!!! Unbelievable

5 YEAR AGO....I purchased a vehicle through this location as a dealer. After about a year...they finally mailed my title to this vehicle. I was rebuilding this rare car and it took time, so, I didn't really NEED the title immediately....BIG mistake! They lost the original title and made a duplicate. Then, mailed me a 3rd duplicate title which became void as a new title was already made and then LOST again!! This location is a SOLID JOKE with handling titles. I still don't have a marketable title and they simply refuse to help produce another one after several mistakes on their end. NOW.....they want to charge me more money to fix the error they made. Hard to call and talk to anyone and they seem clueless. Have to explain the scenario over and over to different reps every single time I call. Avoid this location at all costs!!!

If I could give this company 0 stars and still write a review I would. I had a claim with AAA and they had my car towed to Copart for inspection. When my vehicle was returned to me there were more damages then was present when it was sent to their yard. I've called them multiple times about it and instead of doing the right thing they give me the run around for the last 3 weeks. Their customer service is horrible. Imagine if you bought a car from their auction and when you received it it had damage that wasn't there when you purchased it....yikes!! Unless you like throwing money out of the window, don't spend your hard earned money with them.

Bad service. The people at the front counter showed racial hatred toward Latinos. I asked for help with an interpreter from my phone, but they refused to help or have any kind of communication.”

Poorly trained employees and bad management. Your accident just got worst if you have to deal with these people. They will tell you how to fill out paperwork the wrong way delaying your title and payments.

I had a deeply frustrating experience with Copart recently. For nearly two weeks, I was given the runaround about releasing my vehicle to my insurance company. I was repeatedly told incorrect information and was even threatened that the police would be called on me when I insisted on getting the correct details. Eventually, I had to have law enforcement escort me just to get basic information that should have been provided upfront.
The level of unprofessionalism and the lack of accurate communication was very disappointing. I hope they improve their customer service so others don’t have to deal with a similar situation.Aug 13, 2025 -
This copart has always waiting time no less than 30 minutes or more. Even there’s nobody on the line or 1-2 people. This is very slow. And also this copart has its own rules make us payment for less than 50 amount due on the account. Usually other locations release upto $50 without problem.

This was my first time visiting the Copart yard in this location. Before heading over, I took some time to read through the Google reviews, and honestly, I was a bit concerned. Many of the comments painted a negative picture, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. I went in assuming the experience might be frustrating or disorganized.
However, to my surprise, the visit turned out to be much better than anticipated. From the moment I walked into the main office, the staff were respectful, courteous, and professional. Everyone I interacted with was helpful and seemed genuinely interested in assisting customers efficiently.
I was there specifically to preview a vehicle I was considering for purchase, and I can confidently say the experience was on par with—if not better than—many other Copart yards I’ve visited in the past. The vehicle I came to inspect was exactly where it was supposed to be, and the staff provided clear instructions and support to help me locate it quickly and safely.
Overall, while every location can have its good and bad days, my personal experience at this yard was smooth and positive. I wouldn’t hesitate to return for future auctions or previews. Sometimes it’s best to see for yourself rather than relying entirely on online reviews.Jun 21, 2025 -
There is no negative star to give them unfortunately. It’s crazy that you spend thousands of thousands of dollars on a Copart and this customer service acting such an arrogant way. I don’t know how this people have jobs. No legitimate business can give them a job. That’s how terrible these people are inside the office.

Arranged a license plate pickup with a woman in the phone. When I showed up at 4:47 I was told the cutoff for license plate pickup was 4:45. I just drove 2 hours to get there. After telling Maurice at the front that the plate was already off the car and put in the office, he rolled his eyes and took 3 steps to grab my license plate. Like it was a burden to do the most minuscule task. Gimme a break.
Also the entire lot is riddled with potholes and broken gravel as if they want you to mess up your car even further. #soundslikeJerseyFeb 13, 2025 -
The tow truck driver that was scheduled to pick my car up & bring it here, ended up coming earlier without saying anything after I spoke with him & told him I was not ready for it to picked up & I still had the keys. I wasn’t able to get my stuff the same day which was friday so I had to wait until Monday since they were closed over the weekend. When I went to get my items from the car. My interior was completely cleared out. I looked in the trunk only a few items that were already in there were still there so I went in to say something to them about it & they told me everything that would’ve been in the interior of the car would have been moved to the trunk. I told them there were things in there that were not there & they told me to tell my insurance & they’ll reimburse me for the items missing (which they don’t do that), & eventually one of the representatives went to an office in the back & came out with an orange envelope that contained some of my items. so not only did someone tow my vehicle & the tow truck driver ignored my calls when he took it, they also broke into my car with my stuff in there & went threw my belongings. So anyone that deals with them, from my own experience, please make sure you get all your items out of the car waaay before they come even if it’s a day or 2 before they’re scheduled to come pick your vehicle up

They moved my car out of state. No one contacted me about doing that. Can't get my plates, Can't get personal belongings, and they don't own the car. I'm taking the car. Not signing the title to you copart. You've lost my trust and You've shown what type of company you truly are. Karma all the way.

I went to collect some personal items that were left behind in my car. The front desk personnel was courteous and explain the process to me when I arrived. I thought that the online checking and txt notification process was very efficient. It took about 30 minutes for the car to be brought outside but I can understand that because the place was busy. All my belonging were in the car (nothing was missing). Thank you Copart!

seems like they have only one goal and that is to make every single thing difficult for no reason
there is never no manager there, contacting via email is pointless
and if you run into a guy named MAURICE!! ohh boy you might as well move on or hang up!!!
i will be contacting the state supervisor because i have the time and the network, enough is enough trenton is BY FAR the worst yard to deal with

They picked up a vehicle I was selling yesterday. The tow driver was easy to communicate with and friendly! I didn't even have to take off work because he kept me apprised of how far he was etc so I did it on my lunch break. He had a complicated tow too but he did it fast and what looked like securely.

I wish that I could leave no star, but it isn’t an option.
This place robbed me. They stole as much as they could out of my car. They stole a perfume, all the coins in my vehicle, my EZ-Pass, my school books, white water rafting tubes, the oars I had for rafting, my mother’s prayer card, and the last dollar she gave me which was folded into a heart and tucked neatly into the vise above the driver’s seat.
The car was filthy and I was deducted on it from insurance because the pictures they sent were after their filthy employees ransacked my car for anything of value.
Also, when I showed up for my things, my license plates were in the car, but the frames I had around the license plates were not there. When I went back into the place to complain while I was still in the parking lot clearing out what was left of my personal items from my car, a few minutes passed, and then a girl comes to the front holding my license plate frames. why would they not return that to me? Because they’re thieves. Despicable.
They work with insurance companies after car crashes. I went there right at the end of my workday just before they closed and they had told me they were closed already. So, they closed early and kept my things. I think they did that because the workers were rummaging through it looking for what they would’ve liked to keep. Disgusting. These people do horrible business and should not be trusted. Make sure your car is cleaned out of anything you care about before it goes to this forsaken location.
My advice to you is to run—don’t walk—run away from this company.
Also, I know someone who personally worked there, and it is a known fact that everyone steals from the vehicles. My friend hated working with thieves. One man left the job and stole a Louis Vuitton bag from the storage room where they hold people’s items in purgatory. The people there have no integrity and no class. They also treat their employees terribly.

Fraudulent company. I despised everything about my customer experience with this company. Wish I never encountered them. They need to be shut down. "Low car prices" are total deceit. Any chance they can they apply scammy fees and they make it impossible for you to pick the car up yourself so you have to pay their extortionate storage fees and delivery charges. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company.

Just had the worst experience at this location! The self called manager named Jerryann was completely unfriendly and unhelpful. While we were trying to figure out how to get to the office (first time visiting) she treated us like we were trespassing just because we uber to get there and were walking around the premises. She was an authentic Karen, she made us feel very uncomfortable and targeted. The rest of the staff seemed just as uninterested in providing good service, it’s not like we were asking for free stuff or something. SMH

If I could do no stars I would This place is horrible there management team need to be replaced asap . There no reason I have a 12pm appointment and still here at 3pm waiting on a cars to come out. They want you to be on time for your appointments if you come a hour or more before they will cancel your appointment. But it’s ok for them to take 3 hours to bring out a car. Please fix this yard need to be like glassboro and Jobstown those copart workers work and make it stop much easier for the transporters

I I didn't like standing in the cold to be seen and they made a few mistakes and thought that I was dropping off keys and the title, not the car! So I was able to talk to a very helpful person that got me straightened out so I did get paid the next day. My sincere thanks to Brittney. You saved the day!!!

Most disrespectful, most unprofessional Copart location in the East. They made me forcefully buy a green safety vest due to my current one had orange stripes on it. (Vest color is forced only in this location) And they had a laugh about it. They treat their customers inhumanly. They will yell at you, scold you, laugh at you for asking questions. The moment you walk in the office they act offensively. No matter how much you smile, how much kindness you show them, they will find a reason withing themselves to be rude, and to make your day worse. This is not only the front office employees, their manager is the same. Even so, probably the main reason why they are allowed to act like this is the manager. I will be making a BBB complaint about them.

0 star. There is a reason you all dont have a single 5 star review from a real person! Very bad customer service. Just keep in mind if we all stop buying from this location. They all learn. Staff are very rude. Not sure who oversees their customer service operations. They dont have surveys . You know why? Because they know how horrible they are.I am a very polite person. Their treat their customers like criminals! Please stay away from this lot! The gate people are also very rude and disrespectful. Shaking their heads in front of you thinking they have an angel mind.

I don't understand why this place is so busy. They are selling totaled cars at high prices. The guy in the office was extremely rude. I came with a friend today to pick up a car and the man immediately balked at me that only one of us can be in the waiting area. Why is that? What's so secretive about him picking up a car with a scheduled appointment? What information could I have possibly gathered that would mess up your business? Furthermore, why be so rude about it? The employees here are clearly not trained in customer service. I guess it doesn't matter to the owners since the business was rather busy. All I could think of while waiting there was how businesses like this one are part of the reason why no one likes New Jersey. The low score and multiple negative reviews here make sense.

The customer service at this business is terrible. I called the location two times (hours before visiting)and also pressed an option to receive a call back and never received a call back. I wanted to make sure I had any document that they may need prepared. I picked up a rental car and drove 30 mins to this location at 4:50 PM and was denied service because they close at 5PM. This is exactly the situation I wanted to avoid by calling ahead of time and ensuring I am prepared. The front desk lady told me I should have planned better and that I can come back on Monday. I told her I would be out of town for next two weeks and she said she "wish" she can help me. They chose not to help despite my effort to to follow rules set by the business. Now I am not sure if I would be able to take personal belongings from my car due to poor customer service at this business. I'd highly caution anyone planning to use their service or do business.

1st time visiting business. Read previously posted reviews and expected the worst. However, I have to say the people in the office were pleasant and professional. I love the virtual waiting line technology. I waited a short 7 minutes in my car. Amanda helped me personally and was competent and wonderful. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Thank you!

Transporter beware !! Got there to Transport car to our Philadelphia shop - there is no car ! Car is in Williamstown NJ about 70 miles south - nobody put that in file !! So now i have to go back south 70 miles with the trailer and back north about 35 miles to north Philly, pay 30$ for the bridge, not even counting gas - nice 100 mile trip just to pay for the car where i could easily do it in glassboro - few miles from Williamstown lot
