Ordered a transmission from them for my 17 f-150 they had it shipped out the next day for me and it works great!

Chris Carde from Lentini Auto is awesome!! I had a problem with my order and he assisted me, replaced it and turnaround time was within it's time frame. I would recommend this company. Customer service is great is so good to speak to a REAL person.

We have been using Lentini auto salvage for over 10 years with great results. As of late we primarily work with salesman Mike D, he seems very calm, collected and never rushes us just to “make a sale”. They are the only salvage yard we will work with regarding recycled parts in the collision industry… products are typically as described and any issues have been resolved in a timely manor. I would recommended lentini and Mike to anyone looking for a reputable salvage yard.

I found Lentini Auto Salvage through car part .com. I was looking for a original radio for my daughter's Outlander. Called and spoke to Brandon, he was great and I could tell he actually cared about helping out the best he could. This is rare in this industry now a days. I will definitely call Brandon again when other things come up. Oh by the way, he shipped the parts 2 me packaged well and way quicker then I expected. Thank you Lentini auto parts and Brandon!!

Prepaid for supposed to be clean hood drove 2 hrs and it's hail demaged. They say it's not that bad and it passed their quality control, complete lack of customer service and professionalism.

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lentini Auto Salvage and I have luckily had David Bailote to help me. He was an amazing rep who not only made everything easy on my end but guided me on the right path to getting exactly what was needed. I can not wait to do business with Dave again!

Very rude,very hateful. Called in advance. Drove almost 2 hours one way. Waited 50 minutes just for useless counter guys to tell me it was damaged. No apologies. I have been buying parts for 25 years and this is the worst place I have ever encountered. I don't know who owns this place but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Reps are very friendly on the phone and are open to confirming parts with pictures by text. Not all salvage yards are like that. Have had a great experience this last year working with this company

Stay away from this company, I asking about 2-3 days sent me a return label, they refuse, i returned to store, about a week didn’t get refund

Called to confirm the part they had was correct, the guy confirmed. I called the next morning before driving the hours to go pick it up, that it was still available, and that it was correct, again I was told yes it's correct. When I arrived, the part was not correct, so because their 30 seconds of time to go check is more valuable than a customers hours of time, fuel, and tolls, im writing this 1 star review. All it would have taken to not get this, is 30 seconds to go look at a tag. Imagine if it was a less obvious difference, the lack of attention to detail is surprising, and not in a good way.

I wanted to say that the 1 star review were being dramatic or were just sour grapes, but I can confirm that they are indeed as bad as everyone says they are...even if they say they have a part, you can't get any information on confirming they actually do. Just get your part somewhere else, it's worth whatever the distance and/or additional time/cost.

We have sourced several engines from Lentini. All the engines were of great quality and had no issues whatsoever. Additionally, the service and delivery are professional and prompt.

Good people, fair prices. Friendly and willing to go the little extra to help. AND they always stand behind their product. Tyler and Casey are always there to help!

I ordered a new hood for my car and was told it would arrive on a Friday. Paid $400 upfront for what was supposed to be a brand new hood in perfect condition. Friday comes and I get a call saying my hood hasn’t even shipped yet — no one knows why. During the same conversation, I was informed that my hood would now arrive dented! For whatever reason (desperation), I continue to offer my business and wait for the hood to arrive on a modified delivery date of Monday. Of course Monday comes and again, the hood hasn’t even shipped yet. Still no explanation as to why. Starting to wonder if this place has any parts at all. Poor logistics and apathetic to the obvious needs of their customers.

Great service, Chris C is always a pleasure to deal with on the phone, quality products and always ready to help if theres a problem. Highly recommend them for any part needs!
