Shady online business practices. They won't respond to the "note to seller" and then claim you never sent one until you show them proof then they refuse to acknowledge that beforehand. I had specifically asked to include a part or it would be useless to me. The manufacturer says it's one part and they did not state otherwise AND had it included in the pictures in the listing. Then they keep saying i filed a false reason for return and need to modify it and threatened my eBay account. The only problem here is that you can't modify a return reason on eBay. Once you close the return it's done. That's what they're betting on. I've dealt with it before. I had to delay a job and shell out an extra $100 to get it done due to the missing part which they have every chance of clarifying my concerns before sent. Negative eBay feedback is also coming.

I ordered a subframe 377.00for my car via ebay 02/31/2025 and listings says shipments included with items purchased, I then received an email requesting an additional 100.00 which I paid but as of today I still haven’t received no response for delivery, I requested a refund and no one has contacted me back as of now. This isn’t how I wanted to resolve this issue but I would like for a full refund..
Our airbag sensor wouldn't go off and the only fix was to change out the seat. Mitsubishi wanted 800.00 for the seat & 500.00 to install. We looked everywhere and couldn't find one. My husband found Lentini in NJ (We live upstate NY). Chris got back to us right away and we had the seat within days. My husband installed it and the airbag sensor is working again and the light is off. Lentini's certified used parts is ours and families go to.

Steve Santasiero is honest, reasonable, and provides excellent customer service! I deal with him regularly at my place of employment. Steve is very knowledgeable and extremely personable. I appreciate his attention to detail—he ensures we get the right part the first time whatever it takes—verifying OEM part numbers, providing us with VINs off his stock numbers or asking qualifying questions. He responds quickly to any of our inquiries.
Reps are very friendly on the phone and are open to confirming parts with pictures by text. Not all salvage yards are like that. Have had a great experience this last year working with this company
We have been using Lentini auto salvage for over 10 years with great results. As of late we primarily work with salesman Mike D, he seems very calm, collected and never rushes us just to “make a sale”. They are the only salvage yard we will work with regarding recycled parts in the collision industry… products are typically as described and any issues have been resolved in a timely manor. I would recommended lentini and Mike to anyone looking for a reputable salvage yard.
I wanted to say that the 1 star review were being dramatic or were just sour grapes, but I can confirm that they are indeed as bad as everyone says they are...even if they say they have a part, you can't get any information on confirming they actually do.
Just get your part somewhere else, it's worth whatever the distance and/or additional time/cost.
Very rude,very hateful. Called in advance. Drove almost 2 hours one way. Waited 50 minutes just for useless counter guys to tell me it was damaged. No apologies. I have been buying parts for 25 years and this is the worst place I have ever encountered. I don't know who owns this place but do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.
I found Lentini Auto Salvage through car part .com. I was looking for a original radio for my daughter's Outlander. Called and spoke to Brandon, he was great and I could tell he actually cared about helping out the best he could. This is rare in this industry now a days. I will definitely call Brandon again when other things come up. Oh by the way, he shipped the parts 2 me packaged well and way quicker then I expected. Thank you Lentini auto parts and Brandon!!

We have sourced several engines from Lentini. All the engines were of great quality and had no issues whatsoever. Additionally, the service and delivery are professional and prompt.
Called to confirm the part they had was correct, the guy confirmed.
I called the next morning before driving the hours to go pick it up, that it was still available, and that it was correct, again I was told yes it's correct.
When I arrived, the part was not correct, so because their 30 seconds of time to go check is more valuable than a customers hours of time, fuel, and tolls, im writing this 1 star review.
All it would have taken to not get this, is 30 seconds to go look at a tag.
Imagine if it was a less obvious difference, the lack of attention to detail is surprising, and not in a good way.
I ordered a new hood for my car and was told it would arrive on a Friday. Paid $400 upfront for what was supposed to be a brand new hood in perfect condition. Friday comes and I get a call saying my hood hasn’t even shipped yet — no one knows why. During the same conversation, I was informed that my hood would now arrive dented! For whatever reason (desperation), I continue to offer my business and wait for the hood to arrive on a modified delivery date of Monday. Of course Monday comes and again, the hood hasn’t even shipped yet. Still no explanation as to why. Starting to wonder if this place has any parts at all. Poor logistics and apathetic to the obvious needs of their customers.
Dave Bailote. The outright best parts salesman I’ve had since I started my business. Our relationship is so solid that I follow him everywhere he goes. Not a miracle he can’t make happen. Excellent service!
Lentini's has very high end salvage parts and are super reasonable in their price.
