It's a pleasure dealing with honest people, who do great work. I'd recommend this Auto Repair shop to everyone, it's worth the money if you want the job done correctly the first time, you don't have to keep going back because it wasn't done right the first time.
They also will tell you what the vehicle may also need that you won't have even known about, there that honest extremely notable on all makes models of know matter what vehicle you're bringing in.
Rick Allen started his family business as well his staff knows so much about vehicles it's truly mid blowing. His shop is alway’s busy and people truly come from all over the state as well as other state's. I'll never forget saying Rick, you and your staff are none stop busy, yet from the entrance to each slot car's, trucks classic cars how the heck is it so spotless? Well after each vehicle is done each person as well as myself cleans it including the end of each day. That completely blew my mind. Right down to their uniforms.
I've been going to Rick Allen's Aunto for around 12 year's to date still in which almost is 2022. I recommend his shop staff to everyone I know including stranger's.
Than there's Mike who runs the front desk. Wow their's nothing the man doesn't know and he will recommend certain different types of material makers as well when you're car is done he'll go over everything with you including what you should have done or when you really shop have it done. Mike will even give you time frames and how long you can wait too do it or don't wait or you'll have big problems.
I'd recommend paying a tiny bit more for honesty and great work. Rick Allen Auto Repair is the best in the state. Enjoy tell them Gigi sent you I'm sure they'll say only Gigi and be happy too help you with anything possible, they'll even give you a heads up if you should get rid of the vehicle. There has working staff are all great, you honestly can't go wrong.
Let's start off with walking in the front door at the customer service lobby. I was greeted by Mike, who went thoroughly over everything that I needed to be done on my on my Ford F-150. Then explain to me after they complete the work that I need it done. They will be doing thorough inspection of my truck, just to give me a heads up if they see anything that needed to be looked at. I was very happy that they only used Ford parts from the factory. I was very impressed with how clean their shop was and how professional every technician was .

Been using Rick Allen for 25 years. They have always provided great service for my vehicles. I have 4 , so you can imagine how often I’m there.Mike is very knowledgeable concerning any vehicle. He has given me pointers many times to save me bringing in my car or SUV! Cannot say enough about RICK ALLEN AUTO!
I recently had my car in for brakes and To check on an occasionsl clunking I’m hearing when I hit a bump or even sit in it. They checked everything out and told me nothing was wrong! I don’t need brakes and the clunking is Not a safety issue.
If I brought this to someone who is dishonest, I could have been charged a heap for unnecessary work.
I also brought my work truck here in the past and always a pleasure.

What more could you ask for!
Our car broke down on the way to vacation, which resulted in a domino effect of things going wrong with our plans, essentially leaving me, my husband and our 4 year old son with no vehicle or way to get a rental. Mike (and his wife!) absolutely SAVED us by safely driving us to an after hours Enterprise so we could continue our journey up to the Poconos. He then proceeded to stay in contact with us throughout our trip while he made the necessary repairs, and quoted us an extremely fair price when it was all said and done.
I don’t know how we got so lucky to wind up at this repair shop, but I couldn’t be more grateful not only for the knowledge Mike provided, but the sheer kindness and goodness he showed us that day. We will NEVER forget that vacation, and we will always recommend them!
My cars breaks were not working and within 24 hours my car was fixed and working effectively. They also give you a full analysis of what is wrong with your vehicle at each service request. I highly recommend them.
Great mechanic! Honest and professional. Just got my brakes done in my truck, and this is the first time in 15 years that I wasn’t handed my truck back with new brakes and told “ the peddle has to adjust” when asking why my brakes peddle still soft… Rick did my brakes and the peddle is high and tight! They repaired same day and works great. Turns out it was a bad
compressor. Excellent customer service. Will definitely use them again.
Service Manager has more technical knowledge about cars & trucks than anyone I know. The service is professional. The work is done quickly & at reasonable rates. Never any attempt to have more work done than is necessary. My first choice for auto maintenance.
Being an owner of a classic car, (1968 Camaro) I don’t want just anyone working on it. Rick Allen’s shop came highly recommended. Appointment was set in a timely manor and Mike told me if I got there first thing, they would bring the car right in. Rick actually brought the car in and worked on it personally which I appreciated.

I felt my car shake every time I used my brakes. I took my car to get looked at by Mike at rick Allen's in Hampton. He told me that my front rotors were warped and just to wear them out. I had a friend look at my rotors and this is what he found. Thanks Mike for the $80 advice. I am never going back to this shop never again
Rick Allen’s was suggested by a friend of mine and I have now suggested it to many others. Each experience has been top notch and they get my car back on the road at a very reasonable price. Mike is always very helpful and kept me up to date on any issues during the process. Won’t go anywhere else!
I do my own repair work on my car when I can. I appreciate what the crew at Rick Allen does when they work on my car. They are professional and thorough. They look the car over and let you know what else may need to be addressed while they have the car. I had the car in recently for tires and no other items needed to be addressed, but on a previous visit (2019) for air conditioning work and tire rotation they noticed that he rear brakes were dragging. They gave me the option to have that work done, prolonged the life of my brakes to this past December.
I have had many positive experiences with Rick Allen's. This past Monday, for example, I needed my car repaired as soon as possible. I got there at opening time, and they got me right in, diagnosed the problem, repaired it, and had me out by 10 at a very reasonable price. I was able to salvage most of my work day, and I know it was fixed right. They stand behind their work and are proactive in advising of possible future problems without trying to sell anything if it's not yet needed. Good people, I'm happy to have them in my neighborhood.
Jack got my car in on my only day off and fixed what had been a very dangerous problem on my car quickly. I am extremely satisfied with the ease of service. And all while social distancing too! I was able to drop off my car with very little contact and was able to pay over the phone. Very professional and efficient with fair prices. If I could give him 10 stars I would.
I came in for a headlight change out which is something that jack normally doesn't do. I wasn't worried about the swap because I fully trusted jack with all the experience he has working with cars but I was worried that he wouldn't do it because again he normally does regular maintenance on these cars but he took the time out of his day to change them out and gained another customer. I highly recommend him for anything automotive related and don't be afraid to ask about what other services he provides
New to town and so glad I found this place. Rick and Mike were both very friendly, professional, and genuinely wanted to get to the root of a problem with my car. They were very honest and about what my car did and- most importantly- did not need. I never once felt pressured and they were very polite answering all of my questions. Rick even took my car for a ride to give me insight before I even scheduled with them! I was able to get a next day appointment. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Enterprise Car Rental works with Endress so they picked me up so I would have a vehicle (a nice one too). Jack got my truck working like new at a great price and in a timely manner and then car was returned without my being inconvenienced. Perfect from beginning to end! My 2008 Mazda has needed more repair this year. Jack seems to be very knowledgeable and does the needed repairs. Recommendations and cost are very reasonable. I feel more confident in bringing him my SUV to be repaired here. He advises on aspects that just aren't cost effective to repair. I have recommended him to my friends and neighbors.
Believe all the excellent reviews! Endress took great care of our Subaru and even fixed issues that another auto place (which was highly recommended to us) had botched. Competitive prices, quick turnaround, and honest. Absolutely give him a try!
Trust is an important component when dealing with auto repair. I felt comfortable with Endress. I received comprehensive estimates in a very timely manner. Anything I didn't understand was clearly explained. I brought my truck to Endress after a friend recommended it. I was very glad I did and the truck (17 years old) is driving great. Jack even recommended future repairs to keep an eye on but that were not vital right now. Highly recommend Endress. The cost was fair and he even threw in some work at no cost as I was having a lot done.

Excellent customer service! Jack stayed late so that I could drop my car off and had all repairs taken care of in less than 24 hours. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail and the prices are nowhere near to what I would have paid at a dealership. Highly recommended!
In May 2014 - I stopped in to Endress Automotive to get a cost estimate for engine repairs on our son's 2004 Chevy Impala SS.
Jack was very professional as he walked me thru the details required to replace the leaking intake gaskets, valve gaskets, as well as to drain the transmission fluid / install new transmission filter and gasket, then fill with new transmission fluid.
His price was fair so we moved forward with the repair work and we are very happy with the high level of work performed as well as Jack's professionalism.
I also needed to have Jack take a look at another repair and as I could not stop in on Saturday ... Jack made special arrangements to check the car out on Sunday morning ... Great service!!!

I had some problems with my '07 Ford Explorer. I brought it to the dealership in Flemington, they "fixed" the problem for a LOT of money, but the problems remained. Jack went out of his way to come to where I was keeping my vehicle, check it out, bring it to his shop, and fix it for a fraction of the cost. He was able to explain all of the problems and also recommended future repairs based on what he saw. Could not have been a better experience. Thanks Jack, highly recommended.
I have brought my vehicle to Endress Automotive a few times now and have been very happy with service. Prices are fair and the owner, Jack, is honest and does good work. Have had little jobs like tire rotation all the way up to tranny work and have always had a good experience. Highly recommend.
