I hit some debris on 78 on the way home from work, blew out two tires, and needed a tow late on a Sunday night. The girl who took my call was awesome and stayed in touch throughout the entire process with multiple calls to coordinate all the logistics. The driver was there when promised. He was polite, professional, and efficient. I had to ride with him to the tire shop, and his truck was clean and well-maintained. They couldn't have delivered better service. I would recommend them to anyone!

I cannot recommend Dave highly enough. My day was taking a turn for the worse after getting a flat tire on the roadside, but Dave was personable and made sure I was well taken care of. I also want to give a special mention to Pete at Goodyear Tire in Flemington, who eased my concerns when I arrived at the shop. If you ever find yourself with a flat tire or in need of emergency road service, I wholeheartedly recommend both of them.

I was stuck on 78 due to a flat tire. A triple AAA person contacted the company to assist me with tire change. Unfortunately i still had to go to an autoshop to change the tire. Ricky took his time and called multiple shops to make sure they were able to assist me. He was personable and i felt calm and assured that everything would be taken care of. Thank you so much Ricky!

I had David for my Towing! He goes by Big David! He is a great guy, i had never seen a guy like him. On our way home there was this other car that had problem and the owner had prosthetic leg. David pulled up on the side and ensured if he is ok! I did no expected that but he has a big heart and is always up to help anyone. His sense of humor is great, whatever the car situation is, he ensures that whoever is involved feels light in that moment. He tries his all to help in a way to get a better deal.

Sexist employee. I was waiting outside a dealership for car service while this towing company was dropping off a car. I was minding my business when the tow truck driver started heckling me, telling me to smile. I laughed in disbelief, which he mistook for a smile, which made me feel uncomfortable. Women have made it clear this kind of behavior and attention makes us uncomfortable and is unwelcome.
David from Superior Towing was amazing! I had been trying to boost my car several times with my own booster and it just wouldn’t work. He arrived quickly, was professional, and got it started in no time. Fast, reliable, and great service—I highly recommend Superior Towing!
We were 3 hours from home on Saturday, with a broken spare tire, and most tire shops were closed or didn’t have our size. The first AAA guy who came out was completely useless and had the vibes of a sad clown. Needless to say, he couldn’t resolve anything. Then Big Dave from showed up and that’s when everything turned around! Lol
Dave went above and beyond. He found us a shop 30 minutes away that actually had our tire, personally drove us there, and even made sure we got the tire at an incredible price. He literally saved us a couple hundred dollars and turned what could’ve been a really crappy night, into a smooth experience.

I called AAA for a flat tire at home - we had missed a medical appt. I was upset. Efron from Superior called me and was concerned I needed a key for my tires which I told him I never did before what did he mean. Then I stated "no I don't." I never used a key for a tire!! He was a little kurt when he arrived to change the tire. I offered him water it was hot on 7/22. It's what he did when he left that gets a ONE STAR. He left the tire on the ground at the front of my car. He knew I was taking it immediately to get replaced we talked about that. Never even put it in the trunk for me. I'm 68 but stronger than I know! Yes I made a complaint to AAA. But it's this company that left me having to roll and lift a tire. Way to help older generation Superior!! This is all documented so don't insult me with a "we can't find your name or service call". This made me sad, ppl don't care anymore.
Had the pleasure of collaborating on a project with Craig, Steven, & Lauren at Superior Towing who are apart of the day shift & night shift. I needed 14 units loaded up onto trailers for transport out of state and 9 of those units were non operational. Super Towing staff made it easy, they were personable people and most importantly, no hiccups, they communicated very well, arrived on time ready to roll and executed correctly. They were also super adjustable to schedules which in the world of supply chain/logistics is important. I appreciate the Superior Towing team and will definitely be using their services again in the near future on any of my projects in NJ!

The service and awesome personality of the tow truck driver was superb! Way above and beyond. He made a high stress situation actually a good time! I'm pretty sure his name was Dave.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this towing company. From the outset, communication was inconsistent and at times blatantly misleading. They initially expressed interest in purchasing a vehicle from a tragic family incident that local first responders used this company to tow a vehicle and hold, only for them to delay any concrete decision by claiming that the person responsible was on vacation. Despite repeated follow-ups on our part, no one ever got back us with a clear answer. Eventually, without notice, we were told the vehicle would be scrapped instead.
Throughout this process, we were met with evasiveness and, on multiple occasions, was actually hung up on when trying to get clarification. Meanwhile, fees continued to accumulate—charges that stemmed largely from the company’s own indecision and lack of communication, it felt like extortion with new info needed when we got through.
To be clear, this review does not reflect on the first responders or individuals who were initially involved, who acted professionally. Our concerns lie squarely with the towing company’s internal practices and handling. Their behavior raises serious concerns about transparency, professionalism, and fairness.
Anyone considering working with or contracting with this company should think twice—there is both financial and reputational risk in doing business with them from our personal experience.
Having your car die while driving on 78 West is nothing short of a surreal nightmare. Mile marker 21.8 Superior Towing was there in no time!! George C was polite , professional and even looked out for my son who had driven there to keep me safe.

Dave was exceptional. He remembered my husband had a serious brain operation the following day and was very kind and encouraging. As soon as he arrived today he asked to see my husband to see how he was. He is so positive and makes the day special. You are blessed to have this wonderful man as an employee!
We were traveling back to our homestate of Vermont when we hit debris in the road and broke a hole in our gas tank. Dave came to tow us to a different shop and ended up being more of a help then we could have ever imagined. He made us laugh at a time where we didn't know what to do and guided us to the best solutions to all the things we had going on. He was a hoot and we are grateful to have met him. He is the definition of a good ole boy.
I blew my tire out in Flemington and Big Dave was an angel who came to my rescue and took me to Good year but they didn’t have the right tire. So he called Champion and he took me there in Ringoes where they had the right tire and Big Dave helped me to get the tire today! Such a nice, friendly guy and funny too. Turned a bad situation where I was crying into a much better one and now I’m smiling. Thanks Big Dave!!
I love Dave from Superior Towing in Lebanon! Both my husband and I have used Dave. He comes quickly and is so great to deal with. He remembers us and asks after my family all while efficiently flat bedding my car. He makes a stressful situation much less stressful!
Dave did a great job. The gas station couldn't figure out the issue with the car. Dave assessed the situation and after careful analysis figured out the issued and got the car started. He was courteous and professional. I also appreciated his follow up to make sure everything was ok. In a day and age where people don't care, my experience was the opposite. We were sooooooo pleased with Superior Towing, and especially Big Dave, the driver! He came to where my son’s car was hit in about 5 min after we put our call in to get assistance. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and got the car to the body shop asap. We will definitely refer Superior and Big Dave to anyone who needs towing!
I had a very pleasant experience with these guys at superior towing. My McLaren broke down about 70 miles from the dealership and they were extremely fast to respond, picked up the car and got it safely to the destination. Very happy to have work with these folks. Highly recommend them and will be contacting them next time My McLaren goes wrong, which will probably be immediately after I pick it up lol

Big Dave is the best tow truck driver I’ve ever had! He knows how to drive!! He picked up my car in half the time AAA said he was going to be here and we got to my mechanic early! If you need a tow truck driver Big Dave is the only guy to go to!
First of all, God bless Dave! My car broke down in a very dangerous place to be stranded and I was very nervous and scared (I'm a woman so I get that way). When Dave arrived he was an angel in disguise. Aside from taking my car to a repair shop he was very kind and caring. Even talked to my daughter on the phone. Made me laugh more than once, and turned my scary experience into just a ripple in time. So if Dave comes to the rescue you are lucky indeed. What a wonderful soul he is.
