Came to this dealership because my KW was having shifting issues. I was greeted by Tonya who checked me in and told me she will be out in a few to plug the machine up to my truck to get the codes. I was surprised that the tech here found the issue because this has been the 2nd dealer I been too in 2 weeks. Long story short Tonya is a great addition to this company. While I waited she gave me updates, she spoke to my dispatcher to get me a room for the night and then called to let me know when my truck was ready. She was very friendly, very understanding and most of all very professional. She does her job very well. Also thank you to the mechanics for finding the issue and fixing my truck to keep me running. I would give 5stars ⭐️ ! Happy Holidays!
Very honest clean job.Really lm first time l seen they take care all truck. Manager Very seriously and fixed my truck problem. They shows you all steps problem to fix your truck.
I was made to wait 8 hours for an oil change, they did not use the oil recommended by the truck manufacturer. Very simple air filter and dry filter are not in stock. Many products are out of stock. The ELD and usb inputs of my truck have not been working properly for 2 months, but they say they are intact, even after leaving the service, the malfunction continued. After the lubrication was done, it was all over the place. I spent hours cleaning it up. They said I had to wait 3 days to replace the differential drain plug. Driver lounge was very dirty. The seats and windows were very dirty. Don't come here and waste your time and money
Great service and good prices. They fit my driver in with very little wait time and had her up and running in under 2 hours. Makayla was very responsive and helpful with getting the updates to me as they were working on the truck.
Great place, Great service and very transparent through out the process, they got me back in service the same day! if I lived in the area would definitely be my primary truck service shop!!
Kenworth service dept staff is very rude they didn't even repair our truck and charged $642And here is a man named Duing, he doesn't know how to talk with customer,Whoever is the owner of the company should change his staff specially duing .
I had stop every 2 hours to replenish antifreeze in company tracktor trailer so I went to closet service T/A Bloomsbury NJ which is very small with practically a pay reserve parking scam truck stop, you not allowed to pull truck & trailer in garage and no place to put trailer. Gabrielli truck services is next door. So with there money hungry ways they cut the drivers throt ( left note on trailer ) with phone # ect.. didn't realize I parked in employee parking and they know situation next door at T/A . Recovery trailer $274 counterman said a tow truck would have been more but that probably would have cut his commission out . New Jersey?
Awesome group of people! They are honest and trustworthy. You can go elsewhere, but you’ll end up there bc they fix it right and stand behind their work 100%. They will fix your truck not just sell you unnecessary services. The true goal is to get you back on the road.

This Dealer is TOP NOTCH . They keep you updated and are great at what they do . Duane Quigley is exceptional . He keeps you updated good or bad news - always trying to find a solution . We own fleet of 25 Volvo's and have been doing this for over 20 years now . Highly recommend .

Took my day cab with a transmission problem it didn't shift (Automatic transmission ) they said they fixed after $1200 in repairs I drove off an hour later the problem came back on almost had to pay for a towing truck the same day remember $1200 I just paid I manage to drive it to transedge volvo Allentown Pa to pay more money Mechanics sucks every where you go is the same..They hire new guys right off of school and dont Jack shttt..
I took my Volvo truck in this Dealership because check engine sign was coming. They charge me $460 US dollar. When I left this place after 50 miles driving the check engine sign came again. I call them back and they said they are not responsible for this check engine light. They said they gona charge me $150 for hour again.
Wow their service is horrible. They took a week to get to our truck for repair and their hours are horrible. A consumer based ford dealer has better hours and Brown's is servicing business that make money from their trucks. I recommend you do not do business here. Have it down somewhere else.
