They said that they had my tire size. When I drove 1.5 hours there, they showed me one that's 16" instead of 15". I called him a few times and even texted him the size i needed! Very poor communication. Wasted all my time traveling there.
Moved to Manhattan and planned to sell my car. I came to change the rims to “RIMS and tire services NJ” and have done a detailed washing in “RAMBO’s car detail” afterwards. Both was done in one afternoon and walk in, I walked around and had some pizza while the value of the car increased from 7000$ to 10000$ while spending total 785$ on the rims and 150$ for the detailed cleaning. Would recommend both to anyone moving here and selling their car.

RIMS tire place IS one of the best place for tires and the mechanics are great Ive been going their for 6 yrs never had a problem they are very friendly and prices are good
Came here to buy and install one used tire and end up buying all four because they gave me a great price on it. Can't tell about the tire quality, but it fits my needs.

Fantastic staff! I got a tire pressure warning while driving, and quickly found this place on Google Maps. They don’t have the jack for my car since it’s an EV, but they helped put air into the tire, and directed me to the near tire shop which could help me. Friendly all the way and helped me with the traffics to get me out.
If I could give this 0 stars I would. Terrible service! I went and asked if they were available and I was told yes but there was 3 cars a head of me and that the wait time was 30min. 1hour and 30min later the three cars leave and they let another 3 cars go before me. I asked why and didn’t respond and told me to wait my turn even though I was told there was only 3 cars in front of me

Alberto gave me a great price and great service on a set of used tires for my truck. All old tires unmounted and a 4 “new” tires mounted in under an hour and that was with other customers getting work done as well. I highly recommend them!

prices. I got a deal thru Facebook ad and made a deposit thru zelle to order my tires and the next day my tires were waiting for me as soon as I got there were installed and balanced within 25 minutes. I truly recommend this place of business

I can honestly say that they have a life time client from me! Treated me like i was the only person in the shop, took care of me right away very and let me know exactly what was going to be done and why, the prices are not bad either! Recommend them 120%
I went there for a small sensor repair. The cost for the repair was $125. it was a sensor. he "supposedly" fixed the repair. He said drive the car around and the light on the dashboard will go away. i drove it around and the light would not turn off. I went back after a week and showed him it had not turned off yet. He said, keep driving it. At the same time i explained he charged my credit card 4x of $125 each. He said bring me a bank statement. Anyway, i kept driving and brought the bank statement as proof a few days later. I went back and he tried telling me he was busy come in a few days. went back a few days later he tried telling me he was busy and I got upset and said i'm not leaving, i'm a customer. he took 5 minutes to talk while he continued to repair another car. no eye contact at all. I showed him the statement he asked for, and said he will refund 3 out of the 4 charges and said he is not responsible for his work. i ended up going to another shop and he put a dealership part instead of a generic part that they installed and the light turned off one day after going to the new shop. I DO NOT recommend this place At ALL! Save yourself a headache and don't go!
Absolute scam. I drove 45 minutes from New York to get tires that that were advertised. I even spoke to Alberto the apparent manager to make sure he had them before I left and took the trip. I get to the shop, wait 30 minutes to even be spoken to then wait another 10 for them to go get “my tires” from down the street. Alberto advertised Bridgestone run flats and tried to install some no name brand regular tires. He tried to these for run flats assuming since I am a female that I wouldn’t know the difference. When I asked him about it he kept trying to push these regular tires. My car does not have a spare and I can’t use regular tires and would be an extreme safety hazard to not have run flats (as any tire expert should know). Instead of admitting he was wrong and false advertised, he kept trying to lower the price on tires I CANNOT USE. Absolutely 100% bait and switch to make money, meanwhile sending people on long trips and putting them in danger to make a few dollars. Alberto is a really terrible person with no morals. There’s Alberto there in the blue shirt if you’re wondering.
