Branning's Collision getting my car fixed after an accident super easy! They scheduled a rental for me and I was picked up at their shop and when it was time to pick up my car I was able to leave the rental with them and they handled the return. They also kindly fixed a small issue on the back fender of my car that was not part of the accident that lead me to getting my car fixed. 10/10! Great service and very communicative.

I had a great experience with Branning's Collision. This was the first time I've ever needed auto-body work and I'm so grateful that Rich and the team were able to help me and restore my SUV back to it's original condition. Rich walked me through the entire repair process and was knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They fixed a large dent in the hood of my car and you’d never know there was any damage. Exceptional service from the Union City location. Vehicle was repaired in the time frame given. Eddie and Freddy kept me apprised every step of the way. Even called enterprise to come and pick me up and drop me off. After they completed the job, Freddy went out of his way to ensure that everything was done to expectations. The entire team Freddy, Eddie and Rich were very accommodating and went above and beyond. Highly recommend this shop!
Brannings has been the first collision autobody I’ve ever been to, & I’ve been lucky to never having to go elsewhere since. They go above and beyond, they’re very clear, and don’t mind breaking down how pricing gets. They make the whole situation easy and simple, which is needed in stressful situations. Every drop off/pick-up they walk you through the damage and fix. Additionally the times I’ve been there to pick up my car, they’ve fixed minor issues without being told, with no extra charge. I never felt ripped off by them by being a woman either so major plus! They really care about their clientele and it’s very obvious from how busy they get. I haven’t been let down by them yet, & will continue giving them my business. I recommend them to family/friends!
They did an amazing job at making sure my car looked brand new after I collided with a deer. This was the shop my insurance company Geico recommended for body work and I see why. Freddie made sure the work and details on my car were as perfect as it could possibly be and Eddie made sure I could get my car in one peace during chatoic family emergencies I was having. Highly recommend this shop - the customer service focus was excellent along with their work. I had a minor scrap from a fender bender. They offered to work on it without turning it into a major costly job, and it looks great. It was refreshing to experience a body shop that was looking to protect my interests.
I brought my vehicle to Brannings not knowing what to expect, however Freddy was patient and informed me of the damages and the type of work that will be performed.
Through emails and telephone calls, Freddy kept me updated of the process and how long it will take. Upon receiving my vehicle (after a week), the work that was completed was more than what I anticipated. My vehicle looked amazing!!!!!. Additionally, upon picking up my vehicle from the shop, Freddy had the heat on which was a nice touch, particularly since it was a cold day. Branning did a great job and I recommend this shop without hesitation….five stars and two thumbs up!
The before and after are incredible, very friendly and polite people, the service was excellent, answered all the questions i needed and they do the best work i ever seen, thank you so much guys! I took my Mazda CX-30 to Branning's after my bumper was damaged by a hit and run. Once the part came in, the service was quicker than expected! Freddie was able to stay a little late so I was able to pick up my car, which was greatly appreciated!
Branning completed my repair quickly, even faster than the estimate. They worked with my insurance to set up a pick-up and drop-off for the rental that I needed while my car was being worked on, and were communicative throughout the repair process.
Just picked up my car today after I got sideswiped by a taxi a little while ago and needed some repairs to the door and front panel— the car looks almost better than when it was brand new! The car was perfectly clean inside and out, and it’s like it was never damaged at all. Carolina and Fredy were very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process of the repair, from drop off to pickup. Took my Nissan Altima here for repairs on my bumper after I was in a car accident. They did such a great job on physical repairs! Caro was very communicative, polite, and was great with keeping me updated on my car’s repairs. Fredi also assisted me in answering all my questions and on the repairs. Great customer service. This was my very first time getting my car fixed anywhere, since it’s my first car, which made me nervous! However, Caroline & Fredy were amazing & made the experience so easy! They went above & beyond my expectations! The before and after pictures speak for themselves. They estimated it would take a week to fix & that was true! They also provided me with a rental car! Picking up my car was quick & easy as well! It’s hard to trust someone with your car but I will honestly forever trust them with any of my cars!

This was the second vehicle which I took my car to Brannings for an unfortunate dent/scratching incident on the passenger side rear quarter panel on my Mercedes. The cost estimate provided was fair. The customer service provided by Carolina, Freddie and Richard was top notch. They did a fantastic job in removing the dent and scratch, making look new. They originally told me it would take 4 days for completion, but was done within 3 days. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.
I recently had my car repaired for two accident claims submitted through insurance. The entire process was so easy, smooth and quick. I have only good things to say about Branning's Union City, especially Carolina at the front desk who had great communication and customer service. My Mazda CX5 needed some work done and it looks brand new now. The service team was extremely insightful and got the work done in a timely manner. As someone who has had negative experiences with body shops this great to see, and if anything ever happens to my car agian, I'll be back.

My experience was great with Branning’s. Someone on a dirt bike hit my car and ran, leaving dents in my car. The check in process was fast, friendly, and smooth. The tech did a thorough check of my vehicle and took his time listening to my explanation of what needed to be fixed. The service was completed faster than the estimated great which was perfect, and my car looked brand new. They also took care of my rental car return. I would highly recommend their business to anyone who has auto needs!
Branning's had excellent customer service and when I picked up my car its was recently washed which was a pleasant surprise. They kept me in the loop on all repair work and my car was done when they said it would be done. The bumper came out looking great and looks brand new.

I brought my car to Branning's Collision again and again it was the same great service. My car was even ready a little earlier then was originally planned and the repair looked flawless. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get their car repaired at a reasonable price.
