Branning did a bumper and rear light replacement on my Porsche Macan Turbo. Everything went amazing, from upfront consultation to dealing with insurance to communication throughout. They even met their initial estimate despite a major snowstorm. Eddie was great throughout, can't recommend them highly enough!
these guys are terrific. have fixed my car up several times, super communicative and friendly and do great work. i waited a little longer for an appointment at this location instead of going to their englewood location because i trust eddie and freddie to do a great job and they delivered once again. don't hesitate to use these guys, trustworthy and delightful to deal with. will hopefully never be back (no more accidents!), but we all know i will be.
Branning’s Union City Collision did an absolutely amazing job on my car. It had significant collision damage, and when I went to pick it up, I honestly didn’t recognize it, I thought it was someone else’s brand-new car. The work was that good.
I worked primarily with Eddie, who consistently called to keep me updated on the progress and walked me through everything from start to finish. Freddie was also great and stayed in touch throughout the process. The entire team was friendly, professional, and efficient.

Eddie and Fredi have been super helpful during the repairs of the door panel of my Range Rover. It looks and touches a new. They covered the driver's seat during repairs.Details matter. Fredi even helped me carry the baby car seat out in one evening. Good communication with rental car company as well. The rate is very reasonable.

I brought my car here for repairs after a small accident with the at-fault driver having GEICO insurance. My insurance is not GEICO. I could not have asked for a better and more seamless service. Fredi and Rich made sure I was informed from the beginning of repairs, costs and timetable. The adjuster on behalf of GEICO was fair and professional. Eddie made sure to provide me with updates as to the progress of the work. The work done from the paint shop, etc. was of excellent quality. Overall, based on my experience with Fredi, Eddie and Rich and the quality of the finished car I highly recommend Branning's Union City.
Unfortunately I had to go to brannings again because of a minor collision. Just like the first time they made my car look brand new again! Freddie and Eddie took care of me for the second time making sure I was taken care of from the moment I walked in to the moment I left. Many people saw my car the day after my collision and then saw it after brannings took care of it. Every one of them were impressed how the car still looked brand new as if nothing ever happend. Branning's Collision getting my car fixed after an accident super easy! They scheduled a rental for me and I was picked up at their shop and when it was time to pick up my car I was able to leave the rental with them and they handled the return. They also kindly fixed a small issue on the back fender of my car that was not part of the accident that lead me to getting my car fixed. 10/10! Great service and very communicative.

Exceptional service from the Union City location. Vehicle was repaired in the time frame given. Eddie and Freddy kept me apprised every step of the way. Even called enterprise to come and pick me up and drop me off. After they completed the job, Freddy went out of his way to ensure that everything was done to expectations. Brannings has been the first collision autobody I’ve ever been to, & I’ve been lucky to never having to go elsewhere since. They go above and beyond, they’re very clear, and don’t mind breaking down how pricing gets. They make the whole situation easy and simple, which is needed in stressful situations. Every drop off/pick-up they walk you through the damage and fix. Additionally the times I’ve been there to pick up my car, they’ve fixed minor issues without being told, with no extra charge. I never felt ripped off by them by being a woman either so major plus! They really care about their clientele and it’s very obvious from how busy they get. I haven’t been let down by them yet, & will continue giving them my business. I recommend them to family/friends!
Highly recommend this shop - the customer service focus was excellent along with their work. I had a minor scrap from a fender bender. They offered to work on it without turning it into a major costly job, and it looks great. It was refreshing to experience a body shop that was looking to protect my interests.
I brought my vehicle to Brannings not knowing what to expect, however Freddy was patient and informed me of the damages and the type of work that will be performed.
Through emails and telephone calls, Freddy kept me updated of the process and how long it will take. Upon receiving my vehicle (after a week), the work that was completed was more than what I anticipated. My vehicle looked amazing!!!!!. Additionally, upon picking up my vehicle from the shop, Freddy had the heat on which was a nice touch, particularly since it was a cold day. Branning did a great job and I recommend this shop without hesitation….five stars and two thumbs up!
The before and after are incredible, very friendly and polite people, the service was excellent, answered all the questions i needed and they do the best work i ever seen, thank you so much guys! Just picked up my car today after I got sideswiped by a taxi a little while ago and needed some repairs to the door and front panel— the car looks almost better than when it was brand new! The car was perfectly clean inside and out, and it’s like it was never damaged at all. Carolina and Fredy were very helpful and communicative throughout the entire process of the repair, from drop off to pickup. I highly recommend Branning’s if you need body work done on your car— you won’t be disappointed or feel tricked. Will definitely come back if I ever need collision repair again.
This was my very first time getting my car fixed anywhere, since it’s my first car, which made me nervous! However, Caroline & Fredy were amazing & made the experience so easy! They went above & beyond my expectations! The before and after pictures speak for themselves. They estimated it would take a week to fix & that was true! They also provided me with a rental car! Picking up my car was quick & easy as well! It’s hard to trust someone with your car but I will honestly forever trust them with any of my cars!
This is the first time I had to get my car fixed from my auto body and I drive a Lexus 350 and can I tell you I trust them with my baby he fixed it look like mu their patient that thorough and most of all the customer service is out of this world thank you Caroline and Freddie for being amazing!
