On 10/18/25 I went in to their tire shop because it was the closest one at the time of my location. I went in to rotate my two front tires, I asked the guy what was the price and he said to me don’t worry about it he’ll take care of it for me. He rotated the tires in less than 5 minutes after he was finished I asked him again what is the price for his job and he told me to go pay inside he walked with me to the door and said something in Spanish to the owner then the owner told me I Spanish “the cost is $30 plus tax” I told him I didn’t do all four tires it was only the front and he said $15 for one tire. One of his worker was telling him I didn’t do all for tires and he told the worker it’s $15 for one. To me it seems like his worker knew he was overcharging me. I asked the owner again and his words to me was “this in not the Bronx this is New Jersey” I said okay and I left. Mine you I live in New Jersey. I hope you enjoy that $30 plus tax sir. Be careful people, please ask the price before they start the job….listen learnt!
so kind and helpful. called to see if they could check why my tire pressure was low and drove straight there. they looked at my car immediately and found a screw and patched it up. was in and out in less than 10 minutes. would go back again and again.

However, your response doesn’t address the actual issue: my car is still overheating, and the problem I paid you to fix was not resolved. Replacing the water pump may have been part of the issue, but the overheating continues — which means the full diagnosis was either incomplete or incorrect.
Saying the car didn’t overheat on a short drive does not rule out a larger issue with the cooling system, which I expected would have been properly investigated the first time — not just patched and passed off as “fixed.”
I paid for a repair to solve an overheating issue. If the problem is still happening, then the service I paid for did not resolve it. That’s the bottom line. Whether the part was defective or something was overlooked, I’m not interested in going back and forth. I expect accountability, not blame-shifting.
If this isn’t resolved promptly — either through a full re-diagnosis or a refund — I will be filing complaints with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs, disputing the payment with my bank, and leaving a detailed review outlining my experience. I trusted you with my vehicle, and I’m simply asking for the service I paid for.
They sell tires with nail i it being pricey as it is, but then they take out nail and patch it up then they put it at a hefty price at $70.00 per tire. It is used and then patch it where you can see them doing that...They are a rip off!!!
I come here whenever I have issues with my tires. New, used, patches, etc etc. You name it, I'm sat and seated. GREAT customer service. Great everything. If I didn't already have a mechanic, I would have them service my car too. You can't go wrong either way!
The best tire shop out there. He’s plug my tire 7x (work in construction; lot of nails) and I don’t go to no one but his shop.

If you’re looking for a skilled, honest shop that truly cares about their customers, this is the place to go. After losing control of my car in the snow, I found myself riding on a donut and getting quotes from other places that were asking for hundreds of dollars for a rim and tire. Today I opened the map to find a place to check my tires and repair them, and then I saw this store, which I thought was great. The clerk with glasses was very nice and the service was great throughout. The most important thing is that I think the price is very reasonable. I highly recommend it.
My one tire has been leaking and requiring air almost every two weeks. I went to another place who stated nothing was wrong, but if I wanted to I would have to change all four tires because they “do not make my tires anymore since you have an older car” . I went to Omar’s after reading his excellent reviews. He was extremely welcoming, and in no time fixed my tire and did an oil change I needed as well. My tire had a nail that the other place missed! The prices were also extremely reasonable. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Omar is an honest mechanic with fair prices who stands behind his work. I brought my car in for tires, brakes, and an alignment. He walked me through the different options for parts and was competitive with the online stores. After checking things out, he said that my car didn't need an alignment and didn't charge me for that when he easily could have. I also had a slight issue that I noticed a few days later, and he stood by his work and addressed it quickly and for free.
I can't recommend him highly enough and will be bringing my car back to Omar when it needs work.
We recently bought a used vehicle and knew it needed some work. We took the car into Omar’s in the morning and had it back by that evening. Excellent service from the team, highly communicative and transparent about pricing. Prices were reasonable and car sounds like it’s running like new again! We’ll be coming here for our regular service from now on.

New car and Omar is still my goto tire shop. Others tell you they can’t fix it, Omar’s crew gets it done in 15 mins and they stand behind the work. I’ve been a customer for almost 10 years, well worth it even now that I live further away.
Great service and selection of tires. The even have my run flats, and great used tire selection.
For years at the end of the lease of my German cars where tire wear is not covered, I would come to Omar and buy a nice set of used run flats and do my end of lease check up without any problems.
He took care of all my cars for tires and brakes and also for mechanical repairs when needed. Highly recommended.

I can't say enough good things about the people at Omar's. I had a flat this weekend and struggled to get the car home with a slow leak, and I waited until Monday for Omar's shop to be open. I called and asked if I could get there late. I was delayed, I had trouble removing the lug nuts that were torqued to spec last time I was at Omar's. I called asking for more time and tips on how to remove the lug nuts.
OMAR SENT SOMEONE TO HELP ME! At my home! (I live nearby). Never have I had this kind of customer service in my life. Omar you have a loyal customer for as long as you are in business.

Honest, and efficient. My guy went out of his way to confirm the price for my tire change and oil change. I love that. And the price was very reasonable. And there were no weird extra charges when I went to pay. That seems to happen at every other place. (Supplies, shop charge, etc.) I’ll definitely be coming back!
This use to be the spot that I would always take mine (or my family/friends cars) if I needed tire change, breaks work done, alignment, etc etc. They are quick & get the work done which is good but lately taking my car, getting it fix. Something else would happen same day after getting car back(Other problem which i didn’t have before) I spoke to owner after 2 minutes drive I coming back telling him car wasn’t like that. I’m 50/50 with this place on helping & fixing my car then working and messing up my car. After talking and telling me they had nothing do with it. I let it slide and got it fix myself first time problem. After 2 months from last time I was there. My car was perfect, fine and good, I was driving it every week to gym and places. I wanted to get alignment for my car (nothing wrong with it) but I was lately making more money & wanted it fix. Owner was going test ride it to see how alignment and car was. Before jumping in he told me that he wasn’t. Due because front tire look like it was going pop any minute or day. In which I check and look. It did indeed. I didn’t notice. So I told him I’ll pay him change the tire & do alignment as well. They Finish same day I went to pay and had told me that my brake pedal was loose, touching the floor. I was very confused due to fact that I was just driving car whole time that day and didn’t have that problem at all. They had my car park in the street in which I left it for next day to check it & test it. After driving it. It was unsafe & dangerous! in which breaks work tiny bit and didn’t at all, which pedal was touching to the floor! I went back to speak to owner. Talking to him. Again! He had said “He had nothing do with it” which is weird because if I was driving like that wouldn’t you as a person tell them, that also there something wrong with the breaks & to fix it with the tire and alignment that I ask them to do. Remember my car was fine and everything. I only came for just a alignment!!!. I have cameras in my car. In which I have proof that the car was driving fine before taking it there. I wanted show owner but he didn’t want see it. After having calm argument and talking it out. He didn’t fix it and wanted me pay for service to check the car which sounds alike like a mechanic scam. To this day a month after. I hadn’t driven my car since. I only move my car to avoid tickets from city cleaner. I use to appreciate this place a lot and it’s business work but Lately with all that happening. I stop taking my car there for business. Plus my family & friends use go there. Lost my respect since it was my local spot but no more. Plz if you take your car here make sure you know ur car 100% or they get you left and right. Act if they didn’t do anything. I hit a pothole in NJ turnpike and my BMW tire get flat and only this guys help me and change my tire and let me continue my road to CT , these guys are the best , fair price for a expensive Run Flat Tire 19” . Just save this shop if you have a trip to NJ or NY maybe you’ll need help as me . Thank you Guys , I can’t waited 3hr for my Insurance to send me a tow truck . Lifesaver!

I stupidly somehow managed to strip a lug bolt on my Audi and tried everything to get it off to no avail. No other tire shop in the area would help me. These guys didn’t even flinch. Had me back up and running in no time.

Omar goes above and beyond from A to Z from Start to Finish. Its a long story but very necessary to go into details so everyone could understand the Integrity, Honesty, Overall Well Being of Omar and His Staff.
A few months ago, i purchased a set of 4 Continental Tires for My Volkswagen GTI at Sears in Jersey City. My Right Front Tire suffered some sidewall damage after hitting multiple pot holes around town. I called Sears to ask if i had purchased road hazard protection for my tires and was told no, so then i asked if the manufacture provided some sort of coverage (being that the tires were recently purchased) and again i was told no. So me being the naive consumer many people can be, said oh well, i’ll just have to purchase a New Tire at Sears Again since they tend to be sell the tire at a lower price. Big Mistake and I could’ve avoided the headache with a bit more research. Also because they are a “Known Brand” and i was under the impression that they would back their customers. So i go and give them my old receipt and tell them that i just recently purchased the tire, and it clearly showed on the receipt, but without hesitation they sold me the tire. Thankfully i was told the wait time was 3 hours if not i would’ve thrown $150 down the drain. So i start to look for tire shops around the area (not too big, not to small) and land at Omars because of the great reviews.
I get to Omars and Explain the Situation to Omar. He then goes ahead and asks me if i was aware of Continentals Warranty that included Road Hazard from Date of Purchase Up to 12 Months and No Less than 2/32 thread. Obviously i said no and he then proceeded to take me to where he had the pamphlets and brochures. He went over the details and explained to me that sears should honor the warranty. Its not that he didn’t want my business he explained, but that if such warranty was in place, it would be worth the effort to go back and get Sears to Honor it. Worst Case i could come back and he would gladly honor it and just charge mount and balance.
In conclusion Sears Refused to Honor it, So I went Back to Omar, and Without any Hassle Whatsoever, i was back on the road with a new warrantied tire. Moral of the story, research is key, and nothing will compare to a small business like this fine gentleman’s establishment. Good Honest People like Omar and His Staff are Very Far in Between. I will always be grateful and forever a customer for my tire needs!
