I bought a 2015 Infinity Q50 from them. A month later car wouldn't start because of the shifter. Between towing and the cost of repair, a little over a thousand dollars. 2 months later post repair. The car wouldn't switch passed 2nd gear. The problem was the transmission this time. Had to get a transmission rebuild which cost me $5,600 at a transmission shop. At Infinity it would've cost over $7K. I was raised not to bad mouth people so this is not what this review is about. I wanted to share my story and the facts of my experience with a vehicle I purchased there, so that hopefully, the next person can learn from my mistake.

Do not be fooled by all the five star reviews he puts a lot of pressure on You to give him a five-star review before you even leave the car lot before you even get a chance to see if they sold you a POS , when I gave a four-star review on the spot when he was pushing me to do a review which makes no sense he was asking why etcetera so I'm pretty sure that's why these five star reviews are there he was very pushy to get you to do a five-star review before you even leave the lot They told me that they did the oil change and everything on a car I bought but three days later now lights are coming on saying oil changes due, I also made the car appear a lot nicer in pictures but when I got there it had scratches all over it and the car was practically on E when I bought it, I never bought a car that they didn't put some gas in especially considering I paid all my cash for the car and he knew I was driving 2 hours back to Philly

get me the best deal possible ; I drove there on a Friday late afternoon. they waited for me after hours , the car was ready for me to take ,they allowed my mechanic to put a scanner on the car and as i expected the car was good as i was told by Moore . After that Moore and Sherif made everything possible for me to get back on the road with my new car ASAP. I would recommend this guys to anyone .

About a month ago I visited this dealership to purchase a car. I saw that they had great google reviews and when I called they had the car that I wanted on their site in stock.

I went to this dealership after visiting other cars all day. As soon as I arrived, Moore and Ahmed welcomed me and were prepared by having the specific car I was interested in, running and ready for me to test drive. This was refreshing because all the other dealers I visited made me wait, weren't prepared with the car, and tried to sell me other more expensive cars. Moore explained everything about the car, any flaws, and was very upfront. I appreciated the honesty and directness. When it came time to talk numbers, I received a reasonable offer on my trade-in, and they were extremely flexible with payment options. There were no hidden fees, just the dealer fee which was reasonable and they disclosed this in advance. The price of the car they advertised was about what I ended up paying (plus the dealer fee). They were never pushing me to finance with their lender like other dealers were. I'm very happy with my car and the entire process! I think Moore genuinely cares about the customer's happiness, and would rather make sure the car is a fit, than push something for the sake of a sale. Thanks Moore!
