My experience at the Walmart in Secaucus, New Jersey, has been exceptional. As a Walmart+ member, the convenience of checkout is amazing, but what truly stands out is the service. I especially want to thank Walmart+ associate, Génesis Carolina, who has helped me every step of the way, clearly explaining everything and making my shopping fast and seamless. Highly recommended!
Now living in jersey, this is my go to shopping stop, has literally everything one needs for daily living. Grocery wise it’s the best option for the price (now that Amazon fresh is closed ) there are alway rollback deals and other deal that can be found to make your shopping experience enjoyable. The only thing steep is their Walmart+ subscription for free delivery
My order was delayed for three days and never delivered. The status kept saying “delayed,” and customer service gave the same generic response every time I called. I eventually had to cancel the order, and now I’m being told I have to wait 5–10 business days just to get my money back.
This order was for my children’s groceries for the school week, and because it was never delivered, I now have to spend extra money rebuying groceries at another store. This has happened more than once, and it’s completely unacceptable. Very disappointed with Walmart’s delivery service.
I don’t usually leave reviews but this was the worst experience I had at a walmart. I asked for help in the clothing department and no one spoke english and I don’t speak spanish so no one could help me. When I finally got to the front of line at the checkout the guy turned his light off and said “I am closed”. I only got 1 item and was very frustrated when I finally got to the front of line and was turned away. Worst experience I have ever had at a Walmart.
Came in to buy an iPhone. The "help" person did not speak enough English to point me to the correct section. Of the four or five salespeople at the phone counter no one offered to help. When I insisted on engaging, the salesman's knowledge was spotty. When I told them which phone I wanted they couldn't get the cage with the phones open and asked us to wait. After about 40 minutes they said they were unable to open the cage with the phones. Then they refused to contact nearby Walmarts to see if those had the phone i was looking for, their attitude during our interaction going from indifferent to rude. NEVER going there again.
The store itself is impressive—very clean, well-organized, and pleasant to shop in. However, I’ve had some difficulty during my visits because I couldn't find a staff member who spoke English. It seems the majority of the employees here speak Spanish, which made it hard to get assistance, the language barrier made the shopping experience a bit challenging.
People are thankfully not all the same. Some people, like the women I know, are "Target" people. They love it. Me, on the other side of the aisle, in a completely different world, are however, "Walmart" people... and I'm proud of that. They got it all, (well, everything that a lower income, frugal, minimalistically requiring person like me would need). Nice people work here... (mostly).
Went today for The Christmas clearance and it was supposed to be marked 90%. The cashmere had to wind up putting the clearance for the 90% manually but had to keep calling over a manager to over ride the price. The manager on wasn’t professional and seemed annoyed that he had to keep coming back to adjust the price. We were buying a lot of stuff and it was annoying to have to get him instead of him just helping with the rest. His name was Byron. Finally the cashier got someone else and he was a better help and had more patience and stated to help with the prices. Prices should’ve been automatically in the system. Olga the cashier was really nice and patient!
Very bad customer service I went yesterday to buy a tv and I find that open box tv and I take it home I find as the photo I return it back today I got a new one and I was just spoken with the customer service to get me a discount and when they call the manager, he give me the attitude and he said we’re going to found you your money you wanna buy the new one it’s OK if you don’t it’s up to you is it the kind of the customer service? What do you get it there and I take a picture of his badge to let everybody aware they try to scam me to put something on the shelf. It should be good as the description on the paper what is written on but when I take it home, it was a scam they try to selling you something you describe. It is a good condition, but it’s not it’s mean nobody check for the refund items.
Walmart manager..I came to the store few days ago in secaucus looking for a product. The website said A39 is the location. I could not find the location or item. I asked a employee but they did not speak english I asked another but they seemed bothered that I asked them and gave me kind of a rude response. I asked 3rd employee but once again english was a problem. All in all i asked 7 enployees. 5 no english . 2 spoke english but gave me wrong directions and 6 seemed bothered i asked them. WHATS GOING ON. the vest says " happy to help" but walmart manager you and I both know its not true.
Bring your own bags because they have none - not even for purchase. Of course if you’re from out of town, how would you know this? Also, be sure you don’t need anything that is locked up behind the plexiglass. There are two employees in the whole store who can let you in and neither one responds to the call for assistance.
Going to a Super Walmart is like going to the Superbowl.Everything is there.This store had stock shelves clean.Everything was so fresh.Customer service was excellent. Willl definitely return soon
I love shopping at this location. Prices and accessibility are key and keep me coming back. I love how big the store is which allows customers to shop free and not pressured.
The worst customer service ever. I called to re schedule a curbside pickup, they transferred my call 3 different times to "the correct department " after finally talking to someone, she puts me on hold for 10 minutes, i never received a response & I ended up hanging up the call. They don't think about their customers. My time is important too.
I had an excellent experience with customer service agent Emily Rodriguez ( i asked her about her last name to put that on my review ) at the Secaucus branch. She helped me with my returns in a very professional and friendly manner. Emily was patient, knowledgeable, and made the whole process quick and easy. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. I really appreciate her great service and would definitely recommend this branch because of employees like her. Thank you, Emily!
Once a month I take 2 trains and a bus from the Bronx, NY about an 1hr & 20 min trip. Lets just say its well worth it! The staff are friendly and very helpful and the prices along with the quality makes my trip well worth the effort!
I went here on my birthday and the associate, Jesus was really patient with us when theu didn't take apple pay and my bf was trying to figure out how to pay because he didn't bring his debit card. He ended up zelling me the money, but Jesus stood there and tried to get it to go through in the app and didn't put our stuff back quickly. It was around 10pm, too. Thinking of going back now to do my regular shopping because of his stellar patience and service. Thank you!

One of the most critical parts of shopping at this location I enjoyed was when we were shopping, and the staff passed us; they gave us a genuine smile as they passed us, making us feel comfortable being there. The shelves were stocked, the aisles were clear of clutter, and appeared safe for my elderly mother to navigate without the fear of tripping over items or spillage.
I recommend this location to those seeking to shop with peace of mind and comfort.
The only downside, which I will not deduct from Walmart, was the horrible customer service at the McDonald's at the front of the store. The male manager (who wore glasses and appeared to have a problem with one eye) was rude to us when we asked if someone was working the front register. We stood there for three minutes without being approached, and mind you, we were the only customers. The manager snapped at us and said someone would be there when they get the chance. Ouch, what a response. Needless to say, we changed our minds and did not order from them after that treatment.

The best Walmart in NJ! This Walmart has a large variety of products and is very accessible (has a bus stop on the 320). However, I must say the A.C. was quite high, and it was rather chilly, so do take a jumper with you!
There were more employees than customers and no one was able to offer help. The counters were very nasty. The bathroom was not clean and they was so dis. Organized, I would not recommend this Walmart. And honestly, the only reason why I go is because I'm disabled and it's the closest one to me.

Yesterday, I made a trip to Walmart to grab some chocolate chips and other goodies for home since we're heading back to India soon! I love how Walmart always offers the best prices and has everything you could possibly need. And the cherry on top? The stunning view of the USA’s high-rises from outside! Can't wait to enjoy these treats!
Heaven on earth!! (for tourists anyways) This place is amazing! I saw a review saying they have everything you could think of and they definitely are not wrong! They have so many different items i was truly shocked. Coming from england I wished we had half the stuff here. So many options and for decent prices as well. There is a mcdonald’s inside too but we didn’t visit. If you are staying nearby and want to take home snacks you HAVE to visit here!
Great prices and always a great selection. Of course they don’t have everything. I was looking for easy off and they didn’t have it. But everything else I was able to find at an affordable price. They even have house paint, and car wipers, baby clothes, frozen food, Toilet paper, paper towels.
