DO NOT SHOP HERE!! COMPLETE WASTE OF PEOPLE’S TIME AND MONEY!! Horrible!!! I don’t recommend buying anything from this BestBuy! They cancelled my delivery minutes before it was supposedly arriving and put me in the back of the line again, said the next time they can come is in a week after I already waited for a week for their first appointment and took time off to wait for this delivery! Ridiculous! TWO WEEKS to get my order delivered from them!!! The manager is not there on the weekends, the rep is not sure what day they’ll be in next… so good luck catching them! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

As a customer I waited in line for days, and when I reached my time you told me to go back to the begging of the line and wait again because YOU had a problem, as if I didn’t just wait for my turn this whole time. I had to rearrange my schedule and my house for this delivery, unmount stuff etc. etc. NO BUSINESS DOES THIS! I contacted your reps and they told me two completely different elaborate stories about what happened to my delivery and my item, and I am certain both of them lied, neither one could make it even close to right. Incomplete Delivery + Approved Refund Reversed
I purchased a camera kit from Best Buy that was supposed to include both a camera body and a lens. I only received the lens.
I contacted Best Buy immediately. After reviewing the case, Best Buy acknowledged the incomplete delivery and initiated a refund on January 26 due to the missing camera body. I followed all instructions provided, including visiting a store and submitting photos to the investigation team.
However, this store refused to accept the item, stating that incomplete packages are classified as “damaged items” and cannot be returned. And there was no way for me to do the online return either.
Weeks later, I was informed that the refund was internally rejected by the backend team, and I was told that the return window had passed — even though the refund had already been approved earlier. I was also advised to contact the manufacturer for warranty service, despite the fact that I never received the camera body.
This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. The issue here is not only a return — it is a failure to deliver the purchased product and a failure to honor an approved refund.
I am leaving this review in hopes that someone from Best Buy’s corporate or executive customer relations team will review this case and resolve it properly.Feb 10, 2026 -
AVOID THIS STORE LOCATION, the estimate for a trade in was VERY LOW ($110), I went right after to another Best Buy location at American Dream and they gave me a $250.

Picked up a monitor brand new , the first one with damaged box and tear mark on packages apparently returned open box but they sell as new , have to exchange on-site with another true brand new one . Then trying to sell me extended warranty , I kindly refused because there's manufacturer limiter warrenty,he still tried a bit think he know how I'm going to use my monitor and cause accident outside manufacturer's warranty. Then trying to sell me membership credit card , I said I will consider in future and don't wanna have extra card now he's kind like why ? It's free cash , can already got 20% from this order . Appreciate their passion to sell service but using inaccurate "free cash" to let customer sign up a new credit card is stupid .

This was my first time shopping at this Best Buy, and unfortunately the service was very disappointing. Usually Best Buy has good customer service, but this time no one helped me at all.
I waited for assistance, and when I asked for help, I was told someone would come but no one ever did. The store wasn't even busy, so it was frustrating to feel ignored.

I purchased a TV and surround sound and Luke, Rey, and Marielis were absolutely phenomenal. They were extremely helpful and professional, understood what I wanted and perfectly answered all my questions. If you’re in the store, look for one of them and you’re guaranteed the best customer service. Thank you guys!!

Couple years ago I bought a camera for my Honda Civic in Secaucus. But it broke. I also bought a boom box radio with cd player and usb player in New York City. But it also broke. Stay away this store. I prefer PC Richard and son. This store sells very expensive and anything no good. My aunt complained about this store. She wants to purchase a refigerator.

I went to Best Buy to get my iPhone battery replaced since I have AppleCare. I was told it would take about an hour, but it ended up taking two. Then they informed me that they broke my camera during the repair and that I would have to wait 3–5 business days for the part to come in.
They kept saying it would be “free of charge,” as if they were doing me a favor, even though they are the ones who damaged my phone. Now I can’t even take pictures on Thanksgiving because of their mistake.
Terrible experience — the timing, the lack of accountability, and the extra inconvenience were extremely frustrating. I won’t be returning here for repairs again.Nov 25, 2025 -
Bought a laptop online. It stated it would be ready for pick up within an hour. I got there 2 hours later. It was not ready. That's ok. I waited. I thought I'd buy some gifts while I waited. Too many people standing around. You get pushed off to someone else. This is a big contrast in two years. A manager needs to take a look and reassess. I canceled my order and left.

They’re Selling Used Products as New !

Bestbuy tried to sell me a used Nikon ZR as New.
It took them 30min to bring me the product, that I found suspicious.
When the box finally arrived at the cashier, it seems it was a lot of finger print on the box, also box was pretty dirty.
While at the cashier, I told them 1min, and I proceeded to open the Nikon ZR box.
thing inside seem pretty disorganized, not how it supposed to be in a new product.
As I took the camera out of the plastic bag, I could see finger prints all over the camera, as both manager & cashier was assisting the scene, they rushed to tell me “ that’s how they comes “.
I answered : this is a used product & someone used it before, and I asked them to explain them finger print on the camera.
They declined to comment, & I told them I want a refund immediately.
They tried to charge me the “ 15% restocking fee “ because they claimed I opened the box,
& I argued the camera is used & box was already opened.
Later I realized when I purchased the camera I took the “ My Best Buy Plus Yearly Membership “
For $49.99, & after they refunded me my money they didn’t cancel that membership & refund me that amount.
It’s clear this was done maliciously and if I had left the stores with the product without checking it, this would have been a completely different story & outcome.
I had never encountered this level of dishonesty before, you can find the serial number of the camera in them pictures attached, please do not leave the store without checking what you bought.Nov 18, 2025 -
The automated AI answering system at Best Buy is extremely frustrating and ineffective. It repeatedly fails to understand simple requests, provides no helpful assistance, and wastes an unnecessary amount of time trying to navigate basic issues. It creates a poor customer experience and makes it very difficult to reach an actual representative when real support is needed

From jump... Walking in the door they were immediately helpful! I thought I knew exactly what I wanted they showed me what I needed! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Kind, courteous and professional. It's a rare thing... Keep it up Best Buy!

Nice best buy. Haven’t been in one in a while but they don’t change much. Associates helped us grab a tv from the back. Although, they did bring out the wrong one twice, they brought it to the register and even offered to bring it to the car which was kind (my cousin is jacked so we obviously refused politely).

Very rude staff. When we walked in, multiple employees were standing outside talking and didn’t say a word to us. We asked for help with appliances and one of those employees was brought in to assist — she was extremely rude, dismissive, and answered every question with an attitude. As we were leaving, we saw more employees right outside the door smoking. Overall, the service felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and showed zero respect for customers.

Best Buy has the worst customer service. I tried ordering 3 fire sticks for my home. When I tried to order them online I was told I could only order 2 which was fair enough. I had my mom order 2 on her account and I ordered 1 on my account. My order got canceled 3 times saying I exceeded the limit on how many fire sticks I could purchase even though the order was for 1. I tried going on customer support and chatted with an online associate and they basically just told me that they couldn’t do anything and to just go into the store and buy it. Shortly after my mom’s order of 2 fire sticks also got canceled for no reason. The reason I was considering Best Buy is because they were offering the best price, but it isn’t worth the hassle. Just going to use Amazon instead. I would not recommended this experience to anyone.

Genuinely horrifying experience I had here. Despite there being more employees than customers, I still recieved poor service. The employee, Mohammed, threatened to spit on me if I did not “hurry the frig up.” I will no longer be giving you guys my business.

I have never written a review before but my experience here today inspired me to.
I walk into the store to buy a graphics card - asked an associate for help to take it out of the locked case and he called someone to take it to the front desk. Another associate comes over to take it to the front, but pauses when he looks at it. Says to the first associate that I have to purchase it online then come into the store. Doesn't tell me why, just says that and they both walk away without addressing me.
I then go to my car and order the part for same-day pickup, wait 15 minutes and go back to the store and explain the situation to the cashier. She says to just wait for the confirmation to come through on my phone. I sit in the store and it takes the whole hour for them to get the part that is sitting behind a locked shelf. I get several other items, cashier rings them up for me and puts the receipt on my items and starts to walk away. I ask for a bag, and she just puts it on top of my stuff without bagging it.
I'd get it if the store was busy, but the store liberally had a total of 10 customers inside and 20 associates working. I really appreciated spending an hour and 20 minutes to purchase items of a shelf, thank you for reminding me why shopping on Amazon is better.Aug 20, 2025 -

Nice store but it’s either they assume I don’t have money or they’re just allergic to mine. It’s my first stop for audio and video equipment and I’ve spent thousands at the other Best Buy’s all from having a person either answer my question or just demoing what I’m there to look at. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times I go, I can never get help. I’ll wait in the magnolia room for 30 minutes as staff walk by.

Welcoming and great vibe! I have never been at a Best Buy where so many associates have asked me if I have needed help. And, been available. Wow. And, nice. Really appreciated that. Usually, I find myself scrambling to find people. Additionally, the person at the entrance used to say hi and welcome at all Best Buy stores when they started having this individual, but then it seemed to stop and no one would welcome you even though they were still present. My overall impression of this place was the associates loved working there, it is a friendly atmosphere, and I felt welcomed and wanted. Great job!

"Best Buy" one of my favorite places to be in: It was pretty crowded when I first got there, I liked how most of the employees were helping customers in purchasing laptops, they had some pretty good deals, I also like the gaming section as well, everything is organized and I just like the whole layout of the store in general, even the flooring is nice, I highly recommend it for all the tech nerds like me, cause you are always learning about something...

Very bad customer service from the employees. Since I walked in staff try to look busy to not help you if you have questions. After 20min walking in the store I asked to one of the employees about a warranty that I bought for my camera and without even consulting with someone else, he told me that he could do anything for me because “the warranty only cover físicas damage” in a sarcastic way while he laughed at me with another employee. So I lost the 780$ that I spend in the product and the “protection plan”.
If you want to buy something, just do it online because the staff attention is very poor and lack of kindness to the customers. Or just go to another store.
I highly recommend you don’t buy any “protection plan” for your electronics devices. Is a waste of money and time when you try to get some help for the coverage.Aug 30, 2024 -
I absolutely love shopping when the customer service is above and beyond; it just makes it that much of a better shopping experience. I walked into Best Buy to pickup and order and was greeted by friendly staff. Manager Ray was able to process my requests' with no problem. In less than 10 minutes I was able to pickup my order, get a quote for an old phone repair, and checkout with a brand new phone case. Highly recommended this location!

In short, if you know what you want and you see it available at this location and know your product very well Best Buy serves its purpose but that is about it.
This is just like any other Best Buy, very spacious, showrooms were not well organized or well kept, the Google Chromebook section was poorly displayed, Apple section seemed to be well attended to (this demonstrates preference of one brand over the other; staff not being knowledgeable or helpful of any one given brand or platform); not too many options on stock and staffing can be somewhat mediocre. If you're lucky enough to find one helpful staff member (at times you're able to depending on the location) it'll make the difference between a worthwhile visit or not. (I was fortunate enough to find that one very helpful staff person at the location.) Parkside pickup is usually crowded with vehicles parked while the customer shops inside.
Their insurance/Geek Squad options are not always beneficial either. I'd itemize in detail but that would be an incredibly long write-up.Mar 28, 2021
