From jump... Walking in the door they were immediately helpful! I thought I knew exactly what I wanted they showed me what I needed! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Kind, courteous and professional. It's a rare thing... Keep it up Best Buy!

Nice best buy. Haven’t been in one in a while but they don’t change much. Associates helped us grab a tv from the back. Although, they did bring out the wrong one twice, they brought it to the register and even offered to bring it to the car which was kind (my cousin is jacked so we obviously refused politely). Would recommend if you need something.

Very rude staff. When we walked in, multiple employees were standing outside talking and didn’t say a word to us. We asked for help with appliances and one of those employees was brought in to assist — she was extremely rude, dismissive, and answered every question with an attitude. As we were leaving, we saw more employees right outside the door smoking. Overall, the service felt unprofessional, unwelcoming, and showed zero respect for customers.

Best Buy has the worst customer service. I tried ordering 3 fire sticks for my home. When I tried to order them online I was told I could only order 2 which was fair enough. I had my mom order 2 on her account and I ordered 1 on my account. My order got canceled 3 times saying I exceeded the limit on how many fire sticks I could purchase even though the order was for 1. I tried going on customer support and chatted with an online associate and they basically just told me that they couldn’t do anything and to just go into the store and buy it. Shortly after my mom’s order of 2 fire sticks also got canceled for no reason. The reason I was considering Best Buy is because they were offering the best price, but it isn’t worth the hassle. Just going to use Amazon instead. I would not recommended this experience to anyone.

I am the most indecisive individual ever. Today I happened to need a fridge and went to this location. I literally lasted over 2 hours indecisive regarding which one to pick but Mr. Howie Rosenblatt was so patient while I shopped and of so much assistance. I highly appreciate his service. He is amazinggg!!

Above and beyond quality service. Outstanding apprentice. Five stars to Jacob. Tysm. Excellent.8-16-25 returned to purchase a sound bar and wow. Also an extra remote in case I misplace my eyeglasses. Genuinely horrifying experience I had here. Despite there being more employees than customers, I still recieved poor service. The employee, Mohammed, threatened to spit on me if I did not “hurry the frig up.” I will no longer be giving you guys my business.

I have never written a review before but my experience here today inspired me to. I walk into the store to buy a graphics card - asked an associate for help to take it out of the locked case and he called someone to take it to the front desk. Another associate comes over to take it to the front, but pauses when he looks at it. Says to the first associate that I have to purchase it online then come into the store. Doesn't tell me why, just says that and they both walk away without addressing me. I then go to my car and order the part for same-day pickup, wait 15 minutes and go back to the store and explain the situation to the cashier. She says to just wait for the confirmation to come through on my phone. I sit in the store and it takes the whole hour for them to get the part that is sitting behind a locked shelf. I get several other items, cashier rings them up for me and puts the receipt on my items and starts to walk away. I ask for a bag, and she just puts it on top of my stuff without bagging it. I'd get it if the store was busy, but the store liberally had a total of 10 customers inside and 20 associates working. I really appreciated spending an hour and 20 minutes to purchase items of a shelf, thank you for reminding me why shopping on Amazon is better.

Nice store but it’s either they assume I don’t have money or they’re just allergic to mine. It’s my first stop for audio and video equipment and I’ve spent thousands at the other Best Buy’s all from having a person either answer my question or just demoing what I’m there to look at. Unfortunately 9 out of 10 times I go, I can never get help. I’ll wait in the magnolia room for 30 minutes as staff walk by.

the customer service here is horrible the kid they hire has no type of customer service at all he talk and walk like he high or something i had to ask him multiple times to give me the difference for a item that im returning and rebuying that is new in the laptop section .. short he is about 5’6 spanish guy curly hair never AGAIN!!! they just hire anyone …

First of all, this is a nice, clean store with polite workers, and I have ordered for pickup here on numerous occasions. On my most recent visit, the pickup item (a USB Drive) was wrong, and I had a very frustrating experience. The associate at the counter continued to insist it was the right item even though it was clearly marked as Type C instead of Type A. He sent me back to the computer section, where a busy associate told me he would call for backup. After 10 minutes, I realized he never did, so I walked around the store looking for someone. The person I found was not very helpful as she knew less than I did about hard drives. I ended up buying a drive that was priced $25 more than you can get it on Amazon or B+H. Best Buy is usually the first place I look for quick electronics due to the convenient locations and ease of pickup, but this experience reminded me that they do not have the most knowledgeable staff or the best prices.

Didn’t have my item in stock despite the website saying it was in stock. Three employees were standing around chatting and didn’t want to help us. The young woman who ultimately “helped” us had a bad attitude and barely said 2 words to us. We ended up ordering the item we needed online. Save your time and don’t come to this Best Buy. Find other retailers.

I had a really disappointing experience with the staff at this location. They were unhelpful, dismissive, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting customers. When I asked a simple question, I was met with a rude attitude and no effort to provide support. The products are fine, but the customer service was terrible. I won’t be returning unless things improve. Very unfortunate experience.

I had a very frustrating experience at Best Buy. We were looking to purchase a laptop and were encouraged by the store staff to sign up for the My Best Buy Rewards program. We specifically asked whether we would still receive reward points if we financed the laptop through Best Buy credit, and we were told yes. Based on that assurance, we went ahead with the purchase. Later, we found out that this information was completely false — purchases made with Best Buy financing do not earn reward points. This was incredibly misleading and felt like a deliberate tactic to close the sale. As a result, we had to go through the hassle of returning the laptop and canceling the Best Buy credit account. It’s very disappointing to see a major retailer rely on misinformation to push sales. This experience has caused us to lose trust in Best Buy, and we will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Had the same experience as the person who had reviewed this place 3 weeks ago. Bought a laptop yesterday and was offered all these memberships and microsoft 365 with returns for 60days as part of signing up for the membership. I returned the computer today as it was not working. I asked to be refunded for everything but was told I need to call a) best buy to be refunded for the membership and to call b) microsoft to be refunded for the 365. The Manager, Luis was no help at all, couldn’t even give me a number for microsoft live customer support, only gave me AI support, and told me only microsoft can refund me the 365!!! I reached out to Microsoft and was told only best buy can refund me. So I called best buy customer service and finally got refunded. This place is just not great with customer service. No help at all from Luis.

DO NOT COME TO THIS BEST BUY FOR ANY PRODUCTS. I came here around a week ago. I was looking for a laptop best for educational use. We were assisted by an employee when we were looking at hp laptops. He was a Hispanic guy around his 20s or 30s. I said I was a freshman in high school, and he immediately mocked me, positing that I look like a senior. I was expecting proper formal assistance, not some personal derogatory comments completely irrelevant to the laptop I was trying to find. BUT THAT IS NOT THE END. Upon purchasing my laptop, he also introduced me to a 365 Microsoft membership, asserting that it was a virus protection and returns were available 14 days within the purchase. No other additional information was provided. When I came later, around a week later, to return my membership unused, the employees told us returns for memberships were not possible. This is outrageous. Not only did the employee from a week ago leave some unnecessarily rude comments, but he spread misinformation to me and my family. This Best Buy is just deficient and rubbish.

Great experience while shopping for a big screen TV. The sales associate who assisted us was Mario, and his knowledge of brands and the ability to explain the technology, the pros and cons of each model was very useful for us. We made a purchase and are enjoying our new TV.

Welcoming and great vibe! I have never been at a Best Buy where so many associates have asked me if I have needed help. And, been available. Wow. And, nice. Really appreciated that. Usually, I find myself scrambling to find people. Additionally, the person at the entrance used to say hi and welcome at all Best Buy stores when they started having this individual, but then it seemed to stop and no one would welcome you even though they were still present. My overall impression of this place was the associates loved working there, it is a friendly atmosphere, and I felt welcomed and wanted. Great job!

I absolutely love shopping when the customer service is above and beyond; it just makes it that much of a better shopping experience. I walked into Best Buy to pickup and order and was greeted by friendly staff. Manager Ray was able to process my requests' with no problem. In less than 10 minutes I was able to pickup my order, get a quote for an old phone repair, and checkout with a brand new phone case. Highly recommended this location!

Very neat and clean store. Plenty of parking outside. Each section clearly marked. Lots of products on demo, excellent inventory. I had an online order pick up. Was in and out within couple of minutes.

In short, if you know what you want and you see it available at this location and know your product very well Best Buy serves its purpose but that is about it. This is just like any other Best Buy, very spacious, showrooms were not well organized or well kept, the Google Chromebook section was poorly displayed, Apple section seemed to be well attended to (this demonstrates preference of one brand over the other; staff not being knowledgeable or helpful of any one given brand or platform); not too many options on stock and staffing can be somewhat mediocre. If you're lucky enough to find one helpful staff member (at times you're able to depending on the location) it'll make the difference between a worthwhile visit or not. (I was fortunate enough to find that one very helpful staff person at the location.) Parkside pickup is usually crowded with vehicles parked while the customer shops inside. Their insurance/Geek Squad options are not always beneficial either. I'd itemize in detail but that would be an incredibly long write-up.
