Extremely upset, I placed an order online the night before and since the items were low instock I expected items to be made priority. Instead it was put on the back burner for it to be delivered at 10pm. They would nit allow me to change delivery time and only option was to cancel my order and wait 10 business days to get my money back. This is absolutely ridiculous. Walmart online services are horrible and should allow more alternatives to these situations . Now my kids have no valentines gifts.

Horrible Cashier and Manager.
First price of flower on checkout doesn’t match with price on counter!!!!
Second cashier puts water 2 times on check in which I bought only one!!!!!! Asks me go to customer service and waists my time!!!
Third manager named Gabriel comes and don’t say sorry and says not a my problem and go to customer support. Then starts kidding with me saying give me your card I will go and refund!!!! Then haha I can take your card!!!!

I need to be more efficient in the pickup department to pick up my order and I had to take more than an hour to get my order delivered I don't know that what the Associatedians may spend talking about and for that reason they have a terrible service.

This is related to the delivery experience ordering through the Wal Mart app, not the in-store experience. If you order delivery through the app, be prepared for some headaches due to the "shoppers" violating proper procedures at the expense of the customer. Good news is if you call the Walmart customer service line afterwards, they're very helpful with remedying any issues you experience. It would just be nice if I didn't have to call them in the first place.

I have been a customer of online delivery for the padt year . This is not worth the monthly payment fee.Missing items or many delays . Placed a order online on Monday , it had been delayed for two days now . Looking at a third day. Placed a order on Tuesday morning for items I forgot on Monday . These items came same day , but still waiting for Monday order. Tried calling store 5 times no one picks up the phone .

My favorite Walmart to shop is the one located at North Bergen. Everything I buy there, whether it's products from the Bakery, seafood, Goya products, dental hygiene products, pharmacy products, cleaning products, soft drinks, juices, eggs, cooking products - their prices are usually the lowest. Although BJs products are reasonably priced, you have to buy in bulk and meant for a large family. With Walmart, there's no membership fee and you can buy products in any size, not only in bulk packages. The only inconvenience is having to travel to NJ from NYC. It's about time that Walmart opened multiple stores in NYC.

I came to pick up my package today and waited almost an hour, and it still hasn't come out. The staff are all working very slowly inside, and the supervisor doesn't seem to care about the efficiency. It's terrible!

This my go to Walmart when ever I need to do some in store shopping. As you know certain items walmart does not ship them. I never have any issues with parking or finding a shopping cart. Even as busy as this location is they keep it well stocked so finding what I come in for is rarely an issue. So whenever im in the garden state stopping my is a must.

I have always loved Walmart as my one-stop shop. After fighting traffic coming from NYC, shopping there usually brings me a sense of peace—being able to get everything I need in one place. Unfortunately, this particular Walmart completely changed that experience for me.
During my visit, I repeatedly asked employees for assistance locating items and was met over and over with, “I don’t speak English.” Every employee I approached gave the same response. It became extremely frustrating to navigate a large store without basic customer assistance. It wasn’t until I had an emotional outburst that a group of managers approached me—none of whom were wearing name tags—and even then, the tone was unfriendly and dismissive.
At checkout, the situation continued. The cashier also did not speak English. When I requested a bag, instead of assisting or calling for help, I was left to walk around the store searching for one myself. That is not acceptable customer service.
Things escalated further when my sister noticed what appeared to be a cashier using his phone during our transaction, raising concerns about our account and rewards points. When I brought this concern to management, I also observed what appeared to be racial profiling of a group of Black men who were simply purchasing items—clearly preparing for a trip. Their treatment was noticeably different.
When I addressed this with a manager, his explanation was unclear and mumbled, and my concerns were brushed off with a statement that it would be “discussed in a team meeting.” That response was inadequate given the seriousness of the situation.
Between the lack of English-speaking staff available to assist customers, poor customer service, and what I perceived as racial profiling, this Walmart left me feeling disrespected, uncomfortable, and unheard. I am also deeply concerned because I see numerous reviews expressing similar issues, yet it appears Walmart has not taken meaningful steps to address them.
Walmart serves a diverse customer base and handles people’s money, benefits, and personal information. Customers deserve clear communication, respectful treatment, and a safe, professional shopping environment. This experience fell far below those expectations.Dec 23, 2025 -
Best customer service with returns (IMO). Guess I wasnt wearing my glasses so ordered many things that didn't fit. Very patient. 6ft bath towels, 15 nerf bullets for $1, last minute xmas shopping. STOP CHANGING AISLES PLEASE!!! Getting lost for no reason. Saw emergency services paired with students for xmas shopping and convo. ONCE AGAIN, why are these stores so crowded during work hours? Newly retired. Never knew so many might be unemployed. Wishing everyone peace of mind. Merry Christmas

This Walmart has been going down hill since Covid. They will hire anyone who doesn’t speak 1 word of English and to top it off doesn’t even understand English so when asked where an item is they smile and shrug like that’s suppose to help me and when you are waiting for an item in the windows after you press the button for service every one will pass u and say no help no me like whattttt? This Walmart needs a new management where they can fix this location to be better

I’ve been calling this store for almost two hours just to confirm that my pickup order was cancelled. I kept getting transferred from one department to another, and not a single person even asked for my order number to look it up. This should’ve been a simple, quick verification, but instead it turned into a frustrating waste of time.
Now I have to drive 45 minutes to the store in person—plus pay an $18 George Washington Bridge toll and gas—just to get an answer that could have been given over the phone in seconds. I had a very disappointing experience at Walmart Money Services. The receptionist was extremely arrogant and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance to check or refresh the name on my transaction, he refused to make any effort to help. His attitude was rude and dismissive, which made the situation even more frustrating.
Customer service should be about helping people, not making them feel unwelcome. I hope Walmart addresses this issue and ensures better training for their staff in handling customer concerns respectfully.Nov 09, 2025 -
Solid Walmart store with a wide selection of groceries, home essentials, and everyday items. Aisles are clean, staff is helpful, and shelves are well stocked. Prices are good and checkout is quick, especially with self-checkout. Very convenient location.

I don’t want to sound mean! But damn! Most walmart employee’s are either there just for a paycheck or are so under qualified. Every time i get my (blink gel tears eye drop),it’s always a dilemma to apply the $3 off coupon that the product brings. But today! 10/21/25(8:43pm)i had to deal with the most unprofessional and under qualified personnel. I wear glasses and been using blink eye drops for many years. But this employee was one of those that when they don’t know,or understand something,they just give you a long run around with stupid excuses. I told her many times that every time i buy this product,not every staff knows how to add
It into the register,that there are a couple of managers that do know how to do it. But it’s like they get offended when you tell them that for some reason,managers know how to sync it into the register. First she said! “That the coupon was expired,and i corrected her,then she said that the size is the wrong one,then i corrected her again. Later she said that they changed the system and that i need to call the blink drops company to give out a complaint. And i told her! That what’s the point of the coupon if you have to go through such a hassle. That it makes no sense at all,cause why bother to provide a coupon if it’s not gonna get accepted. And also! I’ve gotten the coupon accepted many times before. Then she said to go to another store to see if i can use the coupon! . Jesus christ! It’s like i was dealing with a child. Then! Another young girl said that the coupon it brings,it’s supposed to be used with the next purchase of the product. And i told her! “Young lady! The coupon that i’m giving you is from the last time i bought my eye drops like a month or so ago”. And then i proceeded to open the new box and show her the new coupon as well”. And told her that since i use glasses i’m always on top of the proper care of my eyes,and that those eye drops do me really good,and that obviously i know what i’m getting. I then showed her the old coupon and showed her the expiration date(12/13/27). But like i said! I know walmart has good competent employees that are good and are helpful. But jesus christ! The north bergen one has some employees that do the bare minimum,and instead of owning it up and say! “I don’t know how to do this,let me get a manager that does”,they just give you pathetic stories that don’t add up,and are so irrelevant. Today I know I passed my limits because I was tired that this store treat us like trash. We are wasting our money in your store. We are clients and we pay taxes so we deserve the best treatment. If your store and your customer service are not trained to give us respect and consideration you better close the store. This is United States where liberty and democracy are valuable. This is not the first time something like this happened. Believe me we are not going to visit this Walmart again and seriously cero percent we not recommend this place.

This store was well stocked but never go on Sunday, it was packed. The location is perfect, lots of parking, fresh produce, meats and shelves were full. Check out was fast and all lines were open. Very convenient for people coming from NYC . There are 20 different restaurants to eat from near the store. Getting out the store was not convenient. That lost points for you. Also

This place is HUGE! A little hard to get to but once there, wow! First, off of a major road where there's businesses and homes so lors of regular traffic. There's also added cause of the área, plus warehouses and such adding even more. Then, finally, the shopping center itself which has lots of shops.
The store is clean, bright, and huge. I've shopped there a couple of times and they have so much. The prices are also really good. The people seem okay to deal with, so far, so can't complain. The layout is a little weird, but again, the store is massive so maybe it's just me. Only issue I had with the place was foot traffic as I'm deiving in / out and the traffic patterns. Huge Walmart, great for getting everything you could possibly need in one shop! Clothes section is large and cheap. Really fun to visit as non-Americans - we got a NJ Transit bus from Penn station and it took around 30 mins. One bus per hour so doable as a trip from NYC if you fancied it!

Walmart canceled my order, disrespected me, and refused to honor the price
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with my recent experience at the Walmart located at 2100 88th St, North Bergen, NJ 07047.
On April 5, I ordered a bicycle online for $108, and was told to pick it up after 11:00 AM on April 6. I traveled nearly two hours from New York to get there. But when I arrived, the staff told me that my order had been canceled without any notice.
What made it worse — the bike was actually in stock. But they refused to honor my online order price and told me I had to pay the in-store price of $178, even though the bike had a damaged kickstand (the part that lets it stand).
I said they should give me a discount based on the online price, especially since the bike was damaged and I had already placed an order at $108. But they refused. One staff member offered me a small discount, saying “I’ll take off about $40 because of the damage,” but still wouldn’t match the original online price I paid.
I politely asked them multiple times to speak with the store manager, but they never brought the real manager. Each time, they just sent random staff to talk to me and pretend they were in charge. I honestly felt like I was being disrespected and taken advantage of because my English isn’t perfect.
Even worse, when I went to customer service to explain my issue, one of the staff members became very rude and told me, “I’ve had enough of you”, and insisted that this store doesn’t handle online orders. They told me to “call support” and stop bothering them.
But the order was placed online for in-store pickup at THIS location. So this store is responsible for fulfilling it or helping with the issue — they can’t just push me away.
I spent over two hours at the store, from 11 AM to nearly 1:30 PM, and left with nothing but frustration and sadness. I have uploaded screenshots of my order, the pick-up notice, price changes, and photos of the bike.
I feel like Walmart deliberately canceled my order so they could raise the price, then refused to help when I showed up. I will never trust Walmart’s online pickup system again. This was an awful experience, and I hope other customers see this and are careful.Apr 06, 2025 -
The most stocked and varied Walmart in Bergen County. I love that there is a huge lot with ample parking, no matter how busy the store gets. It makes for a less stressful experience.
Relatively clean and organized. There is always someone working in the department I am in, stocking shelves or cleaning. The only drawback is that sometimes, especially the grocery aisles, have a shortage of products due to the high number of shoppers. But that can't be blamed on the workers or store, and I always walk out with 99% of the items I was looking for.Apr 29, 2023
