Unfortunately, I came for a battery replacement but the manager on duty who looked lightskin and about 5'3 said they werent doing any installments at the moment since the manager and the young guy in a red shirt said they couldnt go outside. I couldnt get the managers name but I felt disrespected because he kept saying bad words under his breathe to me as the help was useless because not only did my car not start anymore but I almost had to get triple A to help me. Bad store management, if possible I would like this complaint to be heard.

I would first and for most like to write this review about the lack of customer service in this store, I waited for about 10-15 minutes without any help and the moment I got any they took another 20 minutes to find my part so I ended up going to the store in Fairview where I was assisted by a manager named Ravin. I would highly recommend going to the one in fairview as the service isnt just fast but its efficient.

Great experience at AutoZone Today. Jeremy was friendly, helpful, and made sure everything was taken care of. Despite being newly hired, he did a great job and made the process easy. Definitely appreciate the good service.

I had an amazing experience at this AutoZone today thanks to Isaiah and Tyshawn. Isaiah is the store manager and you can truly tell by the way he runs the store and supports his team. From the moment I walked in they were welcoming professional and extremely knowledgeable. They both went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I needed and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of rushing me out the door.
It is rare these days to find customer service that actually feels genuine but Isaiah and Tyshawn truly care about helping people and it shows in the way they work. Because of them this location stands out and I will definitely be coming back. I had an outstanding experience at AutoZone in North Bergen, thanks to Ronaldo. He was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and professional from start to finish. After another AutoZone location in Bergenfield refused to assist me with replacing my battery, Ronaldo stepped in and went above and beyond to help. He took the time to explain everything, made sure the correct battery was installed, and handled the replacement efficiently and with great care. This level of customer service truly made a difference, and it’s employees like Ronaldo who set AutoZone apart. Highly recommend recognizing him for his excellent service.

I had gone a couple weeks ago and with the help with the supervisor Victor, He chose to take his time with me to understand what I was buying for my car and even with the rush that was happening he made sure to secure all the things I needed and get me out as soon as possible! The experience was very different compared to other locations in a good way! I was out quicker than usual and gained knowledge about my car and what I would need in different scenarios! Amazing experience!

Perfect experience! I had went in for a few parts that I was not too sure on what to get and how to look for it and with the assistance of the supervisor, I believe his name was Víctor, he allowed the experience to be quick, easy and even helped me understand more about cars in general! Without the useful help, I would have been stuck on where to look for the parts and take a long time! 10/10!

My Mazda CX-5 battery died last night...after receiving a local jump I made my way to this Autozone on Tonnelle Avenue. I called the shop while en route and connected with Reinaldo; I shared my battery situation to Reinaldo and he was efficient in confirming that they had compatible batteries in store and that it can be installed by Autozone on site and immediately. Upon entering the store, Reinaldo was easy to find and ready to show me both batteries available to me. Following a quick transaction (Duralast Gold) Reinaldo took the lead in committing the battery replacement/swap himself without skipping a beat. What was first an unexpected Monday nightmare was FAST diffused by Reinaldo at Autozone - unbelievably impressive.

I had to go in the store because I did not really know what exact part was needed for my car but the store manager Isaiah was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable and maintained professionalism the entire way through. I haven’t always had the best experiences here in the past, just feeling brushed off and treated like another customer instead of an individual sometimes; however my most recent interaction with new manager Isaiah Granderson was completely the opposite for the better. He greeted me as he saw me in the store and could tell I needed assistance so he dropped what he was doing and walked me through exactly what I needed. I was truly grateful for the help he provided as I was a little lost with exactly what I needed, but he provided me more than enough information showing his expertise and genuine care for me as a customer and individual. I’ll definitely be coming back here as long as he continues to provide great service and influence this location for the better.

Yesterday, I went to this autozone, it was honestly amazing I got helped by two handsome gentlemen Eduardo and Reinaldo. They were always aware if I needed any help. I bought oil, oil filter and a cabin air filter. Reinaldo was amazing and Eduardo too. It’s a beautiful clean store I would love to go again and again. I love those two workers I need to know when they are there to go more often.

Store 1673 looks amazing, it’s very clean, organized, and welcoming. You can instantly tell this is a store run by a manager who truly cares. Isaiah has created an environment where his team is happy to do their jobs, and it shows in the way they take care of customers. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy being there. It makes a huge difference walking into a store like this.

I had an incredible experience at AutoZone thanks to Isaiah. I originally came in thinking I just needed a battery, but Isaiah took the time to really check everything out. He noticed right away that my battery terminals were old and rusty, which was the real cause of some of the issues I’d been dealing with. Instead of just leaving it at that, Isaiah went the extra mile and replaced both terminals for me so I wouldn’t continue to have problems down the road.
That kind of service is rare, he didn’t just sell me something, he made sure my car was actually fixed the right way. On top of that, the store looked clean and organized, and you could feel the positive energy from the team working there. I had one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at an auto parts store thanks to Isaiah at AutoZone. My car gave me trouble out of nowhere, and I walked in pretty stressed, not knowing exactly what I needed. Isaiah not only took the time to listen, but he also walked me through my options step by step. He didn’t rush me, didn’t make me feel dumb for asking questions, and even came outside to help check things out with me.

I had an outstanding experience with the manager, Stephany. My car died at the Home Depot across the street, and she went above and beyond by carrying the battery over and installing it in my vehicle. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be shopping at this location more often.
