  Yesterday, I went to this autozone, it was honestly amazing I got helped by two handsome gentlemen Eduardo and Reinaldo. They were always aware if I needed any help. I bought oil, oil filter and a cabin air filter. Reinaldo was amazing and Eduardo too. It’s a beautiful clean store I would love to go again and again. I love those two workers I need to know when they are there to go more often.

  I want to take a moment to thank and recognize Emilio at the north Bergen Autozone. This young man was able to install a battery and clean my terminals was overall an amazing experience. Employees like Emilio are why I will always come back to autozone.

  I came to Auto Zone in North Bergen because my battery died on me. Isaiah Granderson, help me to replace my battery and even helped me replace a broken terminal! He did such a great job! I didn’t have any cash on me to tip, but I’m leaving him a 5 start review because of his exceptional customer service and deeds! Somebody needs to promote him!   Earlier this week I went to this autozone, I got helped by Eduardo Perez. He got me high quality wipers and they are amazing he offered the wipes to clean the windshield and the wipers are working fantastically with 0 noise. 100% will payback a visit for other parts.

  I was at this auto zone yesterday, I had excellent help. I was helped by Eduardo Perez, he helped me with what I needed. He got me with a good battery and he offered to test it before just in case it wasn’t the battery. Compared to one month ago the customer service is 10/10 now. Thank you Eduardo

  I had an outstanding experience with the manager, Stephany. My car died at the Home Depot across the street, and she went above and beyond by carrying the battery over and installing it in my vehicle. The service was excellent from start to finish, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I’ll definitely be shopping at this location more often.

  I went in today to get my battery changed store manager Isaiah took his time and walked me through all the options he has. He even took the time to change it for me, he was very efficient and knowledgeable. He made it look so easy to change I recommend coming here and asking for him!

  It depends, can be a good day or a very bad day. Is all about who's the one assisting you in that moment, but they have some good variety of cars stuff related. I'll give 5 stars for the service I received the day I was there but the 3 Stars because is not like that all the time .
