Most unprofessional hustlers out there. Do not use. Reporting to consumer affairs. Tom was incredibly nasty when I asked why I was paying $200 when it clearly states that the maximum price to be charged is $175 on the receipt he provided. He told me that’s the price and if I didn’t like it tough because he doesn’t want to be out there doing that job anyways. Called to complain and it seemed that this was the norm for the company. Zero professionalism, empathy or proper etiquette. I absolutely will be calling the department today of consumer affairs and requesting they have their contract with the state relinquished immediately. They are hustlers, dishonest and extremely rude. Unacceptable
Terrible place everyone is rude they take their sweet ol time to do things I spent 2 hrs there to get my car released i literally recorded the guy telling me to wait while he scrolled through Instagram for about 20 minutes I have the video I recorded the whole thing disgusting people ...
Shout out to Mike C. Had RV issue on NJ Turnpike. Mike was most caring and helpful. Easy to work with and solved our problem. He even called later that day to see how things turned out. Could have not asked for a better person. Wish there were more people in this world like him. If I could give more stars, I would! Thank you very much Mike, you turned a possible disaster into a pleasant experience. You are the best!
Must of took down their google page because of the negative reviews. All the negative reviews are 100% true. This company give other tow truck drivers a bad rep
If I could leave 0 stars I would. They made it an issue to get my personal belongings from my vehicle after totaling it.
While I was in the truck they assured me that I would be able to retrieve my belongings. When we got back to yard the driver unloaded it so quickly to put it behind their gated lot and then started making it an issue to retrieve my belongings. This is a person who gives all tow companies a bad name. Do not use this business stay far away. They cause more pain than the help they claim to provide
horrible service the lady at the front desk told me i couldnt take my belongings from my car stating they dont do “cleanouts” at this towing yard and also that i needed a police release form to take anything.. 2 days later i come back with it and they still turn me away stating i will have to pick up my belongings from where my car will be towed after by my insurance company… LONG STORY SHORT THEY STOLE COLOGNE AND EAR PEICES FROM MY CENTER CONSOLE IN MY CAR!!! HORRIBLE!!!
Pothole on NJ Turnpike broke my 2 right wheels, because the turnpike is a restricted towing highway I had to have the State Trooper call a tow because my insurance couldn't do it, I ask the driver where its getting towed to because I was going to leave with my sister, its a sunday and 4pm, all shops are closed so I couldn't tow the car to them until the next morning, the driver tells me 150 Harrison Ave in kearny NJ, I paid him $175 and proceed to leave with my family, we was going to the American Dream Mall to the water park, the next morning they cant find my car, then they tell me its at the Walmart parking lot, we have our insurance towing to get the car to take it to the shop, they cant find it, Moran then sends their driver to show us exactly where he left it, its not there, state Police says it was impounded by walmart, so I had to pay an additional $170 to get it out because Moran driver didn't tell me it was a walmart parking lot, ridiculous
Bunch of ripoff they charge me 455 to take my car out then after I pay they say it's not drivable cause it has a flat that if I drive it out and can spark a fire....really???? I have to hire another towing company to tow from a tow lol
Chrissy I believe her name was, was an angel and super sweet and attentive. She made the process super easy. Was giving over the title to my vehicle and it was seamless. About $200 since my car was in the lot for a while. So fair in pricing. Thank you Chrissy for being so nice!
They say 24 hours when you call yes they open but when you try to take your car out only till Monday horrible dirty place to make you over pay for the weekend
I was in and out to get my car that impounded by police. They charge per calendar day not by every 24 hours the vehicle is on their property but that’s fine. I paid $250 so not bad. Each time I called they answered were respectful and helpful. I asked the lady the amount due and it matched what the gentleman charged me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle.
Plz try to avoid this place at all cost, the most heartless and dishonest people… they just wait for victims, making number and prices from the sky just to satisfy their demands.. I hope and pray someone also takes their kids foods from the table …
Even with it being expensive .. They are very respectful and have excellent customer service .. Was in and out with picking my car up .. They charge an extra $20 everyday your car is inside ! Man helped me put my plates on my vehicle .. Would definitely recommend their towing services
I used this company a while back and had the worst experience. They wouldn't let me see my car. Even the insurance company was surprised at their lack of customer service and unfair treatment when I was on a three way call with them. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Do NOT use this company. They will be nice to you until they have your property. Then they will not let you have access at all. We are paid in full and still no access. Bunch D holes.
Horrible place! I got my car towed there from an accident and all my things were missing!! Personal items I'm my car, and the back of the trunk! I even have pictures to prove it. I called the rude dispacter and she acted like it wasn't their problem . Very rude people and they steal your things!!!
From start to finish, this has been the worst towing experience I have had to endure. The towman was rude when he arrived and explained the rules in a way that was curt and impolite. It was expensive to tow it a few miles and keep it over the weekend, which is frustrating when there is no discussion about that prior and it forces the hand of the driver.
In addition, now that I have seen my vehicle, I have found that the front bumper is broken and must be replaced. I will be filing a police report and contacting the management.
Thank you to Robert and the rest of the staff for taking care of our car after an unexpected break down on the turnpike. The process went so smooth that my 4 year old remained sleep while we were being helped. Great company... awesome staff.
I called them in a panic! The driver arrives within 10 minutes and is very nice and polite even when he pointed out to me that the car was not in park and that is why it would not start!
My car broke down, they towed it and fixed the issue without delay. The driver they sent was cordial and accommodating, and I had a very nice experience overall.
they are thiefs my husband had and accident and when we went to see the car they stole everything on my , mounth , camera , phone , chargers , cover seats alot more and they have the nerve to be rude ass hell. dont go there please do your self a favor from this comany
Horrible customer service on the phone i can only imagine what else will go wrong when we actually go to yard were my vehicle is. Not recommended at all
