Just came to print a few documents and was elated with the levels of customer service I just experienced. Professional - efficient - I was in and out in less than 5 mins. Will be using this UPS moving forward.

My husband and I went into UPS today to do a return and had the pleasure of being served by Justin and Gio. They were both so kind and went above and beyond to help us tape and label our package, which they didn’t have to! We truly appreciated this!

Visited the UPS Store in Harrison to get a color print, which normally costs around 70 cents. Unfortunately, the self-service computer was not accepting credit cards due to technical issues. One of the employees assisted with the printout, but I was charged an additional service fee—ending up paying over $3 for what should have been a 70-cent print. Another surprising thing I noticed was that another customer was charged an extra $1 just to use cello/clear tape on a package. Many customers might forget to put cello/clear tape on package. While I understand the store is not obligated to provide free services, this is the first time I’ve seen such a policy at any UPS Store location. Perhaps the higher charges are specific to the Harrison area. There is plenty of free parking, but unless it’s urgent, I don’t plan to use this outlet again.

Great service, they provided all the necessary information in a easily way to understand, Joseph was nice enough to suggest how the package should be sent to avoid any damage.

The short haired associate with glasses was one of the rudest UPS Store employees I’ve ever dealt with. I went to the store because my package showed as delayed in the app. When I asked if he could check the system, he bluntly told me, “We’re a franchise. We’re not UPS. Call UPS.” I went home, called UPS, and was told that the package had actually been delivered to the store 10 days ago. The associate didn’t even bother to do a quick check and honestly seemed like he didn’t want to be there at all. I returned to the store, and this time a different associate with long hair helped me. He checked right away and was able to locate and give me my package without any issues. Horrible service and terrible customer support from that first employee. Wasted my time for no reason.

I printed canvas prints for 3*4 ft and it was excellent. The experience was smooth and prints came awesome. The gentleman named Jorge helped me and worked like IT professional to convert A4 to large canvas prints. Completely loved the experience.

Got a drop anywhere close to Harrison make sure you make it to this store and you shall be taken care off. 5 stars for me.

Everyones positive comments are on point! This location is a blessing, making it easy to mail things and make copies. Service was wonderful, the young mam took care of me and did an amazing job handling me and other guests at the same time! The place smells brand new and I didn't see a speck of dust. I feel this will be the UPS hotspot! Definitely will be my default UPS. You won't be disappointed with the service!
