Do not do business with these guys. I bought a radio from them for my car and they sent me an Incomplete radio core with missing parts. I paid $105 and they refused to issue partial refund. And wanted me to pay my own shipping to return this garbage radio

I like the process and the prices. Its a a few miles away, but worth it for the convenience of finding used parts. Already recommending them to other diyers I know. Call them, dont use the online portal.
Received prompt service when I made the initial call, the caller knew exactly what I was speaking about, I had said Id be by later to pick it up and asked my name to reserve the part how professional.
When I arrived it is a very well organized organization that is extremely professional, experienced and helpful. I was immediately helping and my item was being retrieved and as this occured I decided to pay with the helpful staff.

Do not buy a sunroof. Bought a sunroof thats been sitting outside in the sun to bake ,probably for years. It was more broke than the one I have. Unfortunately I couldn't tell until I took it home and opened it up. Hours wasted of my time. All plastic was broken on the track.
This is as a response to the young lady by the name of Elizabeth Miller. I first would like to ask you to accept our apology for the way you feel you where treated. We do strive to provide the best customer service that we can. We did review somethings and found that this customer called for a part earlier that day which was still on the vehicle and our policy to wait for us to call to let you know that the part is ready. In this case, she did show up without being called and did have to wait for her part, but not an hour and half, but 39 minutes. When she came to the counter to pay, she was told the total included sales tax, but she only brought enough for the part. The lady at the counter was not rude but simply stated that there is sales tax and she responded I brought what I was told. The lady at the counter simply said OK.
Took 10 years to even get the part. I called them 3 hours in advanced to have the part ready I waited for and hour and half. Lady at the counter was just rude checking out
When I called they happen to have the part I asked about the distance was worth it but the part should have been tested. I wasted time getting it to find it didn't work also was told that the party can be interchanged with many other cars , that was a lie as well. They wasted my time and gas
With nothing to show for it not even a sorry about the long distance to find the part. Brought it back for my money back. Don't take thiet word they don't stick by it. I care when you say you have a part at least try it before you sell it. Obviously they don't take your needs into consideration . Aa salvage is about themselves and not for you.
If I can give 10 stars I would, customer service here was outstanding. I called and asked if I can come down and replace the seat of my car and they said yes they even handed me tools to do it and once I was done after an hour of working on replacing my front seat I realized I haven’t paid yet. Then walked in and they assisted me through out the whole process with a smile on the face. I’ll always come here for parts. highly recommend!!!
Man, that was my first experience there, this place rocks. Although they didn't have most of what I needed due to how new my car was , they managed to get me what no other places could. The staff was courteous and the guy named Ben, is a Gentleman. This will be my place to go now.
When I played my call initially with the young man named Rafael, he was courteous and understanding to my needs in minutes. After I arrived, I was shown around to the vehicle that Raphael and I discussed on the phone. AA is the worst place. Called to get a tail gait for pick up. Lady was very rude. why would you need to know the weight of a pick up truck to get a tailgate? It’s a standard tailgate that is interchangeable through the years. I’ve never had anyone ask me for the weight of my truck. Nor ask 1000 questions
This is the best run salvage parts business I have ever seen. Nice people ready to help you. I came to pick up a pre-purchased part and left with 3 more. Their prices are fair. I drove 2 hours one way to give them my business.
Saved me tons. Recently I was told my alternator was on its last leg. I called ĥugthe parts store and was quoted 425.00 for an alternator. I went to double AA and purchased a used alternator for 65 bucks. You heard that right 65 compaired to the 425 the parts store was charging.. my used alternator works perfectly
The staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. They are patient and answer all of your questions. The gentleman in the yard that show you the parts before you buy them are very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend Aaa auto salvage in Williamstown New Jersey.

To fix it because the issue was internal so I was referred to Tom to see if he would come and get it and just scrap it , Tom went out of his way to inform me to call Kia because this might be an issue related to a recall from Kia , he put me in contact with the gentleman at Kia and now I have to drop it off to them because the issue with my car might be recall related .. he was very passionate and kind and gave me information that no one else would have .. he wasn’t worried about money he was trying to help with my vehicle . Very nice gentleman !! Definitely recommend !! If you have any issues call Tom he’s the best !!

I have called Tim for 12 weeks in a row for a total of 8 parts. He's hasn't even started my order and has sold parts out from under me while I'm waiting.
I was told every phone call he was gonna get started on my order and call me back, but Tim never calls me back or has any parts ready when I call back at the end of the week.
Very unprofessional.

I've been buying parts from them for 25 years or more. I called recently with a special request...we have a young pregnant single mom who attends my Church. Last Saturday her car caught fire but was put out quickly. Our Church asked me to price out parts and if not too much....a few people would donate to get the parts. I was shocked that Tommy the owner donated everything we needed to fix the car. Also, I am on the advisory board for autobody in Salem County Vocational Technical School and I had asked Tommy several times for some body panels for the kids to work on and he brought a bunch to fix so the kids get experience working on modern stuff from repairing rubber bumpers and fixing dented panels and painting to prepare them to go to work after high school. Came to get an alternator for my malibu , staff was very helpful and nice. The energy was great and no issues. I’m writing this review 2 days after buying the alternator and it works great. I saved 360$ dollars with these guys . The alternator brand new was 400$ I found one for 65$ from these guys. Got it installed same night by a local mechanic and of course he didn’t charge me full price . So everything worked out.
I was told to urinate by a tree when I asked them if I can use a bathroom, I had bad stomach pains and there wasn’t a bathroom for miles. I even drove around looking for one. I was told they would have the bolts removed from the seat in car and I told them I’d be there for pick up in the morning. I didn’t know why it was so hard for me to get a part within 30 minutes of waiting. Also the guy who was removing parts had a list of items to pull before he gets to my seat, when I was already waiting 35 mins and not told how long I’d have to wait. Poor communication really rendered the company. They seemed friendly, but not helpful. I had to leave and still waiting on a refund.

I was greeted by Tim on the telephone and he immediately knew what I was looking for. I thought I had it. He confirmed it. They had it in stock. Their prices were great. Upon entering the facility I was shocked (not really) to find it was extremely clean, neat and organized. They have a huge inventory of great late model vehicles stacked 5 high for as far as you can see.
They deliver to businesses as far as Philly too. AA Auto Salvage will be my first call. Thanks again.
Absolutely wonderful experience! Both people I spoke with were friendly and very accommodating. Called them on a Monday asking for a part (which they had), they immediately sent me the email to pay for the part, shipped it right after, and I received the part by Wednesday! Very reasonably priced, very quick turn around time, and the part is in perfect condition!
