Bought a headlight and hood was good when I checked it on the car. When I paid and was leaving I carried the hood and the older man carried the headlight, and put in my car. I get home and notice the headlight was broken. Bad business blames broken item on me and wouldn’t refund my item. DONT COME TO THIS JUNKYARD
Bad customer service, scheduled pick up from peddle. When I called to check up, said never had a time in their system. Peddles said 7-11 called at 10:15am. Definitely did not care at all about the previous agreement. Also spoke as if I was bothering him. Response was can't promise it will even be able to get picked up today maybe tomorrow. Called back lady put me on hold for 20 mins. Super thumbs down. Unprofessional and inconsiderate
Worst shop ever, made me drive 4 hours and changed price on me and told me to return. I would definitely stay away from this JUNKyard because you will be treated as JUNK
They're wise guys. They offer one price over the phone and then in person they make up some reason to take the car for $100 less than original offer due to 'after market catalytic converters' which was bologna. They probably saw a female so expected to get one over. No thanks, I declined his service. Beware of these game players.
Terrible service. Had a tow scheduled to scrap my car for a few days and when it came time for pickup, they never came. I called them, and they said a driver called out and they only had 1 driver, and they wouldnt be able to come out. Terrible service and unprofessional.
*SCRAPPERS BEWARE* THEY WILL RIP OFF, THEY PAID ME .10 Cents a lb for clean aluminum and i had 79lbs of it, plus 800lbs of light iron. They gave me $42! Save your scrap for Giordanos and Tri county core, they pay .55 cents per pound. Dishonest business, Never again!
I was able to walk in and find the cars part I needed quick and efficiently with the great support and help from the amazing workers that grind there! Much thanks my guys
Quick in & out experience. Nice guys that run the place. For side jobs this will probably be my go-to yard for dropping off scrap. Not the biggest yard but they got what it takes. Keep up the good work guys
Called them ahead of time and ask what time there open they tell us 5pm okay so we show up around 3:30pm and they WANAN say oh we're close this is a useless place if they wanna lie n not take customers I am unhappy n pissed off cuz I wasted my time n gas driving out here n made sure before I left that I would have plenty of time before closing
