Bad communication , Plus, the lady that answered the phone is rude just told me come and get you a deposit when they didn’t have the parts in the store waiting for three days for a answer
Glad others had a positive experience with this company. Mine was not as successful. Stopped by for a spare tire and rim. Was told it was available and leave a deposit. They would have it ready the next day. Called the following day and was told they would get back to me. No response. Stopped by a week later and requested my deposit back. Wasted time and money. Consider your options before dealing with them.
I had an amazing experience at this junkyard! The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. As a Spanish-owned business, they make you feel welcome and at home. They went above and beyond to assist me in finding the exact parts I needed and offered great prices.
Worst junkyard in south jersey. They want top dollar for parts that are broken or need a little elbow grease to get it right. When asking for a price they look up highest price on ebay and car-part. Epa should check the ground. Looks like alot of oil contamination there.
Terrible experience vehicle was received late the previous day. Listed on Facebook marketplace for parts.
Called and told it's available drove an hour to get parts they claim it was crushed they weren't even open 1/2 hour.
Waste of time dealing with the blind leading the blind.
Also while waiting one worker was on phone with customer complaining about the second engine he had to return apparently they sold him two bad engines. I will never return there or recommend this place to anyone.
Poor customer service and people do not know what going on in their own building on person say they have a shipping department and the girl said they did not an hung up in my face multiple time
Went here to get a used alternator and they gave us one that didn’t work. Went back, had to exchange it for another one, but this time they are going to test to see if it works. Why didn’t they test the first one we bought. They will not give us our money back. They will just keep exchanging it. Who knows if we will ever get one that actually works.

zero stars should be an option, terrible customer service, I do not recommend going here, I call for a part that was listed as available online. I call and they say they’ll get back to me and didn’t 2 days in a row! Then I go in person on the 3rd day to see if they actually have it or not and they say oh you were the one that called? to which I replied yes I came in cause of not getting a call back and their response was “oh we didn’t call back cause we don’t have it” ….. absolutely ridiculous and they wasted my time
Called in advance to see if they had a part I saw online & they did. They ask you to make a deposit on the part just so that they can hold it for you & already have it out for you by the time you get there. I drove an hour away from Trenton to get the part since no other junkyard around me had one in stock / pristine condition. Luigi was great help & friendly.
went to pick up a fender i prepaid for and upon arrival it was determined it was ran over by their fork lift and altho accidents happen the drive from Philadelphia to their location could have been saved . item was paid for in cash but return was paid for by check because thats their policy , so not only was my time wasted driving the 45 minutes to their location now my time will be wasted going to the bank for my refund . since i never recived the item there could have been a exception to the rules since it was their own negligence
If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Been communicting with my husband about parts, pricing, etc. for my son's first vehicle, a bronco, he is restoring with my husband. Then after 2 visits, pricing out, and numerous phone calls. He calls and says the owner wants to sell as a complete bronco and they have a buyer. Terribly frustrating and very bad business. Won't be returning or recommending.
Great service, the only yard with a GOOD price and not refurbished/new prices. Able to call im the AM and pickup later in the day, they pull it for you. So you may have to wait for that, but it's better no tools required pull up grab it and go.
I bought a alternator from them on 5/1/23 which it was a seized alternator. They gave me credit which is fine. I then need a fuel connector which cost only online $13 new. Since I need to go to work I can't wait for delivery I need it asap. I Spoke with Jaime Guerrero he wants to charge me $200. I explained to him I don't need the line that the connector is attached to I just need the connector. He tells me the OWNER will only sell the connector with the line which cost $200. How are they called a South State Auto Parts where customers suppose buy parts for what's needed for their vehicles but they tell me no without paying for a part that I don't need nor want so they can make more money. Do not go to them. They is are RIP OFF...
This has been my go to place for all kinds of parts for my car & cars I've had! They ALWAYS have what I'm looking for. Javier,Jamie & the young man at the front desk (sorry I didn't get his name) are ALWAYS pleasant,friendly &accommodating! I will say this, when it comes to what I need fast & at a great price on used auto parts , South State Auto Parts hands down is the place to go!! You won't be disappointed!!
Awful experience ! Parts listed with one price, price confirmed over the phone but when you came to pick up parts- price change in twice….Absolutely not honest owner and workers. Be careful to have any deals with them!

I went up there to buy a Toyota frame pay for frame and then when.
Went up there next day to pick up the frame and then the guy told me to be out in five minutes I had to wait over an hour then I finally went to the office and the guy told me they could not sell me the frame . They wanted more money for the frame but I will add already paid the price he told me . Just bad ways to do business Never going there again!!!
Very bad service ded not know there own inventory overpriced very bad overall. Besides the fact that thay had me jumping over cars being that I'm the customer should have all inventory in computer with photos. Good place to go to is A.A auto salvage that is 10 min away from the this domp. at A.A auto salvage I was treated like a customer, inventory in computer with photos and fair prices and good organization.

South State Auto Parts LLC came through big time for me I needed a Steering Knuckle for my 02 Durango that Dodge had discontinued and they had the part and they even let me send them over pictures to verify that is was the right part and everything. They pulled the part for me then called me when it was ready and they even went as far as putting brand new wheel studs in the hub for me. They treat there customers like they should be treated and for that I give them a 5 Star rating.
Out of all the auto salvages I’ve been to, without a doubt this is the best. I found parts for two different vehicles that no one else had in my area. The drive was worth it and so were the prices. I was 100% satisfied and I recommended it to everyone I know.
This place lied and gave me the run around for over a week! I called for parts on a Friday and was told I could pick them up on Tues. Tues I was told only one part came and the second would be in on Wed. Wed I was told they didn't have either part but they would call me Thursday. No call Thursday so I called on Friday and I was told they still didn't have the parts however the owner was going to get it overnight brand new and not charge me any more than the original quote. I asked how they are getting the part brand new when it's no longer manufactured and the women told me she means it's refurbished and will look New! I called Saturday before leaving to pick up my parts and a gentleman on the phone told me your parts were never ordered so he gave the owners direct number to call about this on going issue. Once I got the owner on the phone and explained everything he said he would call me back in 5 mins, 3 days later I'm still waiting for the call! So no parts and many different lies and stories!!!! Absolutely horrible, unprofessional and no reason for any of this!!!
Ordered over the phone and pickup a couple days later. Parts were there waiting for me, and they were even in plastic bags. Very professional and courteous. It’s my new go to place for me.
I called to see if they had a part, I asked if the guy I spoke to could go out in the yard and make sure they had it. He told me they did have it and that I could pick it up on Monday morning. I called Monday morning to make sure the part was pulled and they told me that they did not have the part, The part was damaged, They could not find the vehicle, And that I was saturday by the owner that they did not have the part. They were making excuses on why they didn't have the part. This place is the absolute worst and I will never go back
Hello Everyone this is the best auto recycle in South Jersey with a group of smart counter staff that will pull the part you need. I needed a late model 2009 Scion TC part and they pulled it with great low prices.
The people at counter were very professional and asked what I was looking for. I told them and they said they had it would take a hour to take it off of truck. The price was very reasonable. I asked if I could look at the truck and they bought the whole truck up front for me to look at. The people are great they treat you like family not a number. Going there for all my Parts now.
