I purchased a used transmission from this seller on eBay, and after installation, it turned out to be defective. I attempted to resolve the issue directly with the seller, requesting either a replacement or a solution, but they refused to communicate or make things right.
Before purchasing, I strongly recommend checking their reviews on eBay. It appears this may be a recurring issue, and unfortunately, they do not stand behind the products they sell.

Bought an engine for my 2017 Infinity q50, was told it had 88k but when it came in, my mechanic checked the vin and it has 95k. As my mechanic was checking the engine he saw all sorts of problems, valve cover casket was leaking, intakes were broken, turbos were in horrible condition and there was a crack in the coolant hose, I asked my auto store and they told me they can’t do anything about it since the only thing that is under warranty is the cylinder block. I’ve never experienced something like this. I recommend anyone who is buying an engine from them to DONT BUY ONE FROM HERE. I am in the process of disputing this transaction with my bank, the engine might work but now I have to buy all these extra parts.
I have purchased a engine for my 2007 Chrysler 300 3.5L and doing the engine prep we started to change the valve cover gasket and oil pan and oil pan gasket and water outlet housing and themostat we notice that bank 2 valve train had very heavy dark varish and sludge on that valve train ,bank 1 valve train is super clean very big difference which the engine still sitting on shipping pallet and from my years of experience this come from poor oil change and excessive heat I don't feel right installing this engine in my customer whatsoever I have talk with several people at my auto store on 4/2/2025 and I feel like I am get the run around this not type of customer service I would magically thought of get for engine that cost me $1,214.00 if things can't pan out I will be look for lawyer and ask my credit card company to step.

Ordered a part from them. They called me back and said they needed to cancel the order because they found large, deep scratch on it. Went online to look after the cancellation and pictures of the door still look perfect, but they more than doubled the price. Felt really dishonest.
Do not buy from this store. Ordered a $1000 bmw headlight last month. Never showed up. Called and they said "oops we crushed the car and forgot to remove the headlight". Still haven't gotten a refund. Stay far away from this company.
Received a motor from here which I was told was tested. After receiving the engine the next day after payment motor was out and in on the following day. Which at that time found out it didn’t work. After contacting sales and warranty I basically had to do a checklist of things that didn’t resolve anything. Then after a week of run around with there insurance agent I found out they will give me a refund but won’t cover cost of labor and they don’t have another motor. If the part never worked how can you just cover parts. The motor was never tested as I was told by a salesman named RJ. Now it’s 3 weeks later and I gotta wait for the return department to do there checklist to receive my money back. Which will probably have a restock fee. Let’s wait and see.
Hi , this is first time I ever leave a review on the web but I am disappointed and upset . I ordered front fender with color code UJ on September 17th. After a couple weeks I heard nothing from Myautostore. I tried calling a few times but was transferred to another person who was Never there so phone would say goodbye and hang up. Around October 6 I was finally able to speak to a guy named Dominic who was extremely helpful . He told me they were shipping me a white fender to which I said I did not order a white fender but a grey one with color code UJ. He told me it was too late to stop the order and that now I have to send it back once it arrives. Well today is October 13 and a white damaged fender has finally arrived. I am writing this review to inform you that obviously my auto store is like a fast food restaurant and will not get the order right and will just send you whatever they want. I tried to avoid this and get my money back but unfortunately no one answers the phone for internet orders. I attached 4 photos , you can see the one I ordered with (grey) color UJ for XLT f150 but I received a white XL because someone decided that would work for me .
The My Auto Store seller sent the wrong product that I asked for, did not respond to my requests, the product has defects (crack), refuses to make compensation, it is better to save your time and money by not dealing with him!
Nightmare experience! $2,894.00 Loss!
I ordered a transmission and was sent the wrong one through a third party company called B-parts which was requested through My Auto Store. Even though the online listing showed a CVT transmission I was sent a regular automatic. I called and they supposedly had one that was in a car they had to pull out. Days later I am told that it was too damaged from an accident it was in and they had no replacement transmission available. It took two different shipping companies to get the wrong transmission sent back (not their fault as the first transport company showed up and left without loading, but still...) and I can't get an answer back yet as to when I will receive a refund (from B-parts and it's been days). I am now out $2,894.00 ($1544.00 for the transmission from them that has not been refunded yet, an extra $650 for a remanned transmission that I had to buy elsewhere, and $700.00 in rental costs for a vehicle I had to rent for my customer while he waited extra time to get his vehicle finished - shop owner here). This shouldn't be a weeks end issue and now I am backwards and ultimately this repair job cost money out of my pocket. We aren't a big corporation and are a local family garage, so this affects our livelihood. My Auto Store should completely drop third party online orders and also correctly check inventory.

Found a fender at MY AUTO STORE with a much better price than anywhere else, plus free shipping! Called and spoke with them to verify my paint code and they went above and beyond to make sure it was the correct color. I ordered and paid online, but I figured with free shipping, I'd be waiting a while for my part. Instead, it was delivered in about three business days, and I couldn't be happier. The fender was marked a grade A and in my opinion it could have been grade A++++. Overall, it was an easy process with great customer service, fast free shipping, and a top of the line product. Honestly, it was a fantastic experience purchasing from MY AUTO STORE and as a female who has not always had the easiest time trying to get used body parts for my 328xi, I'll be a customer for life.
Okay… so I visited 3 junkyards and called 2, looking for a simple order of a tan/driver’s side visor for Dodge Durango. Nada. Google showed me this website. … well maintained, secure order, great communication, and quick delivery. I was apprehensive and nervous. Took a chance and never looked back. Amazing customer service!! I purchased a front drivers glass for our Navigator. The first item sent to us was the back glass. I called spoke to a very nice gentleman and he advised me I would be sent the correct item and that he was deeply sorry for my inconvenience. From the time I first placed my order, being sent the wrong item and another sent in it's place it was only 2 1/2 weeks for the whole ordeal. Fastest I have ever gotten anything I ordered online. Most definitely wi check to see if they may have as by future item I may need!!!

I received the wrong part. When I called I did get to a live person quickly, he said he'd look into it and call me back, call back never happened. I called again about 3 days later, was told they didn't have the part I needed anymore and a refund would be sent. I did get a refund. Seems like they have the ability to have a good business, just lack an efficient process, or lack communication with each other?
