I was a not called at all the first day and they reshecdiled for the next and and I still was sent called when they arrived. I did not receive any money they stole my car. They just took my car without paying me or takeing the key or title and now I have to drive an hour to get my money.
Made a call and spoke with Lucas who was very polite and professional as he guided my wife and I through the process of selling our vehicle. I obtained an estimate from a similar company and cash for cars offered us a higher value of about 100.00 so. It wasn't just a little bit. Every step was carefully thought out and easy to process with a vin number and 5 photos of the vehicle. They sent a flatbed the next business day who brought the check. The company did a great job! The ONLY problem was we I took the check to the bank they said there was no money in the account and I could try tomorrow. That is not what they told me when the deal was done. To find out the money was released after the got the car back to the lot. It would be nice if they told you when you made the deal.

My 10-year old Kia died, engine wouldn't start, it had 222,000 miles on it and I didn't want to spend money to repair it. I was satisfied with the offer I received. Car was picked up on the scheduled date. 4 of 5 stars bc of the following: info was provided to the first person I spoke with, then I was connected to a second person, who asked some of the same questions the first person asked, I was connected to a third person that was associated with the local company that would be picking up my car, who asked some of the same questions that were asked by the first two people. Info collected by the first contact needs to be passed on to / accessable to the subsequent contacts. Overall a good experience but the process needs streamlining.
Everything went smoothly on the front end. Very easy and my rep Irfan guided me through the process. The only little hiccup was the tow driver came later than I expected. Other than that, process was smooth.
The experience was quick and easy with no hassle. I called and gave all of the info needed. They gave me an offer and I accepted the offer. The appointment to pick up my vehicle was made the same day. On the day of pickup, the driver was there in time, I handed him the title and keys, he handed me my check, they took the car and that was it! I highly recommend Cash for Cars!

Started the online application for an offer and before I finished a representative, Kim, called me. She continued the process for me and provided me with an offer which was fair, scheduled the pick and explained the details of the process. Great response time and customer service!
The process was simple rondo online. I was contacted with an offer and next steps the sme day. From start to finish it took 2 days. Best of all they give you check t time of vehicle pick up.
They offered me a price online that I accepted, then when I called he said that offer isn't valid anymore and offered me $13 less than original price. Pick up date changed a few times. On Monday was messaged they were not picking up this day, then I received a text and call at 9:25 PM that day they were coming. A pick up that late at night made me uneasy (and I was just getting to bed at this time). The gentlemen picking up the car were friendly and said they were working since 7:30 AM. They were professional. I guess if I didn't receive the first text that they weren't coming I would have not been so suspicious.
The whole experience was easy and well explained. They were on time. The reps I dealt with on the phone were very professional and helpful. The tow truck driver was pleasant and communicated every step of the way. I recommend. I also received a fair price for my vehicle.
