Great customer service and they are so amazing and fast whenever I need help

BJ was very helpful as I tried to figure out what power steering fluid I needed. She was friendly and helpful!

Bought an air pump to replace the one I thought I had lost. Found it the next day. When I went to return the air pump I was told I couldn't return it because it was an "electronic item". You've lost my business for good.

The people are very helpful, never had a problem. They are always helpful.

The West Deptford store is located in the Forest Parkway industrial park, if they dont have it they will get it if its available. Never had a bad experience at this location!

Markup is crazy don’t bother buying parts from these stores just go on rock auto. I ordered Moog inner n outer tie rods for both sides off rock auto for $50 when advanced is trying to charge $60 for just the inner tie rod. that is absolutely ridiculous.

Went into the Gibbstown store to return an online set of brakes and the young lady, I think her name was Cassandra, but she was extremely helpful and took her time out, to call headquarters and find my online number. After several attempts, both the call center and they young lady found my order and issued me a refund. Very pleasant experience. I would like to thank them again

Advance Auto has common things in stock but the quality is sometimes missing so check the reviews before you purchase. Also, they no longer offer replacement services due to "you know".

Manager and co workers are very friendly. They answered all my questions that’s I had to ask.

The Gibbstown Advance is my home store. Very good bunch of peeps in this joint.

Asked for a low profile Jack and the guy was able to quickly help me on the phone. I showed up a few minutes later to purchase it and he helped me put it in my trunk too. I tried the new autozone first but the person on the phone was zero help at all.

I'm not sure what's going on with this store it might be the management. It's a Saturday one of the busiest days for car repairs and they have two 65+ cashier's working and one female manager that really looks like she doesn't want to be there. This use to be a great advance auto you could get in and out quick. Please fix it don't make me have to drive over to auto zone. Actually I heard there's a new part store going right where that sub shop use to be maybe that will get them moving a little faster.

Never had any issues here and today they really helped me out with replacing my dead battery wasnt having a good day and they looked out. Great customer service.

Sometimes helpful and sometimes not. Store manager is stand offish and not customer service oriented at all.

This is my local store. It's not huge and isn't extravagant but it always had the basic necessities and then some. Plus the staff is always friendly. I was in Woodbury getting my car inspected, so I stopped at pepboys. Pep boys is way more expensive for oil. They both have specials and pb was $15 more for the 15k synthetic and a filter. I'll continue going here.

the storage clean need the displays are full of items and the people that take care of you are polite and nice and very helpful

Always great service! Here’s a tip though, buy your parts on their website for pickup, and apply promo codes...usually already a discount code at top of page and save a lot of money! We’ve shaved 100s off our yearly maintenance of our vehicles by doing this! The store is clean, staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Been shopping here for years, never a problem!

They stay open late and thank god. After a long day on the road we found out our car battery had to be replaced. I seached google maps and called them about 830 at night. Jim explained everything so we dropped in, paid a reasonable rate and Jim installed our car battery immediately for us. We were back on the road thanking God for people like Jim, places like adv auto parts and goole maps for hanging us there safely. Gotta love america, lol
