The Firestone Auto Care service center in Denville, NJ offers a wide variety of vehicle services. Stephan the store Manager is kind, courteous and knowledgable. There are many talented technicians at this location. I too understand the value of a good service team as I co-owned a service company for 35 years. There are members of Stephan's team that are new to the organization and or new to the industry. Stephan successfully manages all levels of talent at this location which can be difficult when you are providing service to the public as well as "teachable moments" to a staff member. I was there on a weekend; they were very busy yet were able to discuss opportunities (problems) with me as a customer and juggle the the time needed to instruct the newer staff members. This is something that is very difficult to do especially when phones are ringing, customers are waiting and team members are entering and exiting the counter area. New tires, new exhaust and front end work kept the crew busy and they handled it very well while keeping me informed of their progress. I recommend this location - conveniently located off of 2 major highways and walking distance to the great town of Denville.

Such a great experience at this Firestone. Stephan was amazing and the price was so so much better than the dealership for my tires and brakes!

Stephen and his crew are the best. I can’t recommend this place enough. It’s hard to find a shop you truly trust, but these guys earn it every time. They are incredibly thorough—they don’t just slap on a tire and send you off; they check the details that actually matter. The customer service is top-notch, professional, and transparent about pricing.

My kia has an engine warranty that requires the use of only Pennzoil motor oil and Firestone Complete Auto Care in Deville NJ is the only service provider I called that answered all of my questions properly before I made an appointment. Friendly and professional service along with fair competition pricing are all important to me. And since this location is 20 minutes farther than my usual service provider, I had to make sure it was worth the drive. It was a really good experience. They recommended this with photo proof of the reason. Nice going. Of course they would like me to purchase their tires, but they were willing to provide pricing for their tires as well as the ones I like that are on my vehicle. Nice going again. I definitely recommend this professional and Friendly location.

I scheduled the appointment for 2 nights in advance, and they were able to accommodate a day earlier and get me out in a reasonable time. I think I paid a fair price for a full set of Firestone touring tires + lifetime alignment, and I was kept in good company in the lobby while I waited. I will be returning if I encounter any more issues I can't fix on my daily driver.

I’ve been to this Firestone location a few times now and every visit has been a great experience. The staff treats me well, takes the time to explain everything clearly, and never makes me feel rushed or pressured. They’re very accommodating and always fair and reasonable with their recommendations and pricing. What really stands out is how they go above and beyond by offering helpful advice instead of just trying to sell repairs. It’s refreshing to deal with a shop that’s honest, patient, and customer-focused. Overall, a consistently great experience and a place I trust.

This one hundred percent a five star Service. the manager, Marianne, is a lovely hardworking person that will work with anyone and their particular needs. The service was fast, conveniently located in Dencille a short walk from the downtown. The staff is lovely. A HUGE SHOUT OUT to Liberty for her professionalism and excellent customer service. Best service ever!

Excellent customer service and technician work. Had a last minute flat tire and Stefon was able to squeeze me into the schedule. They took care of us and explained the damage and gave us instant pricing options along with other car concerns.

Was very pleased with the service that was provided and in and out within an hour to replace a bad tire that had split in the sidewall. Considering I arrived at 4:00 p.m. and they close at 6:00 it was amazing that Alex was able to get me in very much appreciative I will be back to change the other Tire soon

Great product. Very poor service. Knowing that this location is extremely busy and always takes very long to perform services, I made an appointment. One hour after my appointment time they had not even looked at my tire that had a nail in it. It then took another 45 minutes to fix the tire. No one communicated with me that there was a delay or that they could not meet my appointment time. Then they attempted to tell me they were working on it the entire time. So it takes 1hour and 45 minutes to fix a nail in a tire. Communication and honesty really helps. I'm not sure if all Firestone stores are like this, but I will have to find another one to go to.

These guys were great! I walked in needing new tires the day before I was set to travel so I was in a really tight spot. They did not have the tires in stock but the manager personally offered to pick them up from the shop so I could have them the same day. Very friendly staff and I will continue to use them moving forward!

Had an emergency with one of my tires and went into Firestone and Alex took great care of me. I had no appointment but he got me out ASAP. THANK YOU ALEX!!! Job well done !!!

Stephan is always incredibly helpful and great to work with. I’ve been bringing my car here for over four years and they always find a way to fit me in when I need it. I’ll definitely keep coming back.

I had picked up a screw in my rear tire late Sunday afternoon over 40 miles from home. This is my third set of Firestone tires with the complete care coverage. I called all the Firestone complete care centers near where I was only to have them all tell me it was too late to have the tire repaired despite the fact that I’d be able to get to there locations with at least a 1/2 hour before closing. I knew the screw had punctured right in the middle of the tread and was repairable. I finally called the Denville location and was told if it was repairable they’d take care of it despite not being able to get there until near closing time. Steve took a look and reaffirmed it was repairable and took care of it himself. He delivered the kind of complete care that goes well above expectation but was necessary under the circumstances. Now I could make the 40 mile drive home and be able to get to work Monday morning, 7 am.

I had such a great experience at this location! Jhon helped me set up my appointment and was super friendly. Over the couple of days it took to get everything scheduled, I also got to see Stephen Hickey, the store manager, in action. He treats every single person who walks in with the same level of patience, grace, and professionalism. You can tell he really cares about people and runs the place with heart — his emotional intelligence is what makes this location stand out. Stephan, you are seriously a great human! Big shoutout as well to the tech that worked on my car, Noel, for the quality work Overall, just an all-around excellent experience with a team that genuinely takes care of their customers.

I got a flat tire and I needed to get it repaired quickly to be able to drive home from work. They were so professional and their customer service is top notch. They were able to get my tire repaired and prioritized it so that I was able to get back home. I'm so grateful to them and I highly recommend them. I will be back to get all my tires replaced there.

I always come here for any issues with my tires. They are always friendly and I’m able to stop by right away for any urgent problems. The work is always top-notch. My tire light came on this morning. I was able to drop off my car and get a flat fixed. There was no need to buy a new tire. Thanks, everybody.

I found a nail in my rear tire right before leaving on a road trip. I called Firestone late on Saturday afternoon and they told me to bring the car right in. They were able to repair the tire and competed the job in under an hour. Excellent service!

We have taken our cars here for 3 years now. They have always been fast, professional, and I’ve never felt like we were taken advantage of. When the same problem was happening to our car within 3 months of them solving the issue, they got us in the same day we called and solved the issue free (under warranty). We had our car back in under 24 hours. I’d recommend them to everyone!

I went in with a tire balance problem, and Firestone Complete Auto Care in New Jersey fixed it perfectly for an unbelievably good price. I was shocked at how affordable it was compared to the steep prices in New York. The gentleman who helped me was very educated, professional, and extremely humble — a rare combination that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

I don't know who worked on my truck, but careful was not in their dictionary. I have oil and grease on the interior of my truck, exterior and in the engine bay. Looks like they spilled oil all over the engine as well, and based on the finger prints they touched every door and front quarter panel. They offered for me to come back tomorrow so they can clean it up. I can't trust them doing that with how they performed a simple oil change. My appointment was supposed to be from 1-2. I got there about 30 minutes early just in case, left a little before 3. Just an oil change, nothing more. Reception was friendly to be fair. I will not be returning here.
