I don't know if they are short staff today, but when you call be prepared to wait a long time to reach someone. They don't seem to answer their phones. Not a good first impression.

Buy wise is truly a place where you get great service and the right part all for low cost lots of respect to everyone that works there

Absolutely worst delivery, over 2hrs to go less than 4 miles away. The driver should be held accountable, I received a part the other day and the driver sat in my parking lot for over 20 minutes. I wonder if that is adding to the long delivery times. Great place for parts but I think I’ll have to cancel my account because of delivery issues.

The staff here were very helpful. The attendant help me find what I needed. He also helped me to my car because the items were really heavy.

I went to buy wise to purchase a gas cap for my Dodge Durango it was an in and out fast customer service this was my first time shopping at buy wise I highly recommend for anyone to shop here very courteous customer service they greet you as you come in can you get your parts and you're in and out fast.

Please do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place. I was driving on Springfield ave. and the parts guy for this place came out of the parking lot and caused an accident. He didn't just damage mine and his own car but he caused damage other parked cars as well. After the incident he got out of his car and demanded my information for insurance without even calling the police. He tried to put fear and intimidation as well as his co workers at Buy Wise came out and started to yell and threaten my life. When the police arrived I was told that the driver for Buy Wise was at fault. if they are trying to do insurance fraud what else is going on at this store.

I witnessed your car crash danky. it was crazy to see how they all jumped all over you. when the parts driver was at fault.... anyways buy wise has been bad for a long time now its not just the drivers the store its self is bad!!!! after today i will never buy anything from them or tell people too.. best of luck sir

I've been buying here for years. Best quality at the best prices. Lines are long sometimes but it's worth the wait if you want to get the right stuff at the best price.

Staff member could of been a lot more helpful with my purchase. Was very con fident that he had me purchase the correct part. But I was not the correct part.. had to purchase the truck somewhere else for a higher price. All I ask was for the clerk to look under the truck he would be able to determine if my truck was a four wheel drive or front wheel drive.

This is the best place to go when you have car issues and you need a part for your automobile quickly.. The prices are reasonable and you can rely on them when you are in a jam.. Go early tho cause they are always busy early as possible so you won't have to wait on that long line!!

The customer service, Charles is extremely polite. He went above and beyond to make me comfortable with what I'm buying. He has great customer service skills. He treated me with respect and made sure, I got what I wanted.

Lot of choices. Option to select high quality items. They have every parts of an automobile weather it is new model or old, I mean real old models. Good discounted prices. Staff are highly knowledgable and very helpful.

I gave them 2 stars because the parts guy on the phone was rude and impatient! I asked him for a price for a couple of items and he didn't give me a chance to write it down. He was too fast and sounded like he didn't want to be bothered! I've been to the location many times and they have it all but this guy need sensitivity training!!!!

I endured the MOST disappointing, aggravating, & frustrating experience.I had stood in line for about 20 minutes. The lines were long & the help was slow. Prior to my visit at the store, I called the establishment at least 45 minutes in advance. I told the clerk, the parts that I needed,in addition to the year make model cylinder of the vehicle. It was a RAW case of bait & switch. I was quoted one price verbally over the phone however, after I got there and told the all the same items and parts that were needed, I was given a different price.what I felt very angry needless to stay, because it turned out to be a TOTAL & COMPLETE waste of time, energy, gas,effort,& resources!!!! The clerks at the store was unsympathetic, unhelpful, & showed no empathy at all towards customer

Looks great for domestic car parts. Do not drive yourself crazy (pun intended) for any import auto parts like i unfortunately did. Also, best results may be had if you know with extreme specificity what it is you need. If you ask them anything, they'll likely shrug and say "i dunno...".

Parts wise:I had heard this place has some really good stuff. Customer wise: I had to wait almost an hour to speak to someone to open a account here, and then they didn't have the forms needed to fill out, then I had to wait another 30 minutes until someone printed more forms (the guy I was talking to asked me to wait on the side while he got a couple of customers) and then the freaking guy that I was talking to has the nerve to rush me while filling the forms in less than 2 minutes because "he's busy".

I've had the pleasure of receiving consistently great service from Buy-Wise Auto Parts for years. The staff has always been knowledgeable and friendly. I love the fact that their parts are not generic and there is a variety of the same parts to choose from. I recommend Buy-Wise.

Immediately when you enter the store, you get a number and wait in line to be called. So in that regard it was organized and efficient waiting to get the part I needed. Nobody was walking around the merchandise, which felt kind of strange, but I guess that's not really the point of this establishment.

This place is awesome when it comes to an emergency. I called about 2 autozone to find out if they had the ac compressor actually in stock in the store and I had to wait for shipping for the next following day. As for buywise they had the part in stock, and I even got money back from bringing in my old compressor. A bit up there for the price but they had it in stock and warranty covered over it.
