This company deserves 10 stars. BEST professional company with reasonable rates available. I desperately required service to remove several items within two hours. I provided pictures via text and received a quote within seconds. Not only did they accommodate me, but they arrived earlier than promised. The driver Norris, was extremely courteous, Kind and professional. He offered service with nice conversation and a smile. I actually saved their telephone number in my contacts, In order to utilize their services again, or refer them to someone else. Hands down, they have proven that good customer service still exist.

We used their junk removal service today to remove debris from our remodel project, and the experience was excellent. I called yesterday and they showed up right on time the next morning. The team of three worked very efficiently and finished everything in just about 15 minutes. The pricing was also reasonable. Overall, super smooth process — professional, punctual, and efficient. Would definitely recommend!

start to finish. He helped explain the process and they were very professional. My dad passed and they really helped us sort through and get rid of a lot of stuff that was not needed. So very thankful for their patience and hard work ethics. Amazing team - 5 Star job!!

Escape junk are amazing. We had an upright piano which was in first floor for junk removal. Such a meticulous planning of the crew without any scratch to the newly painted wall team pulled off. I was very astonished how well it was removed being such a heavy weight piano. In addition, removed beds and other heavy glass furniture. Unlike any other junk removal service the team was very reasonable with quote. I would strongly recommend their service to anyone and wish Escape junk all the best.

People: THESE ARE THE GUYS YOU SHOULD HIRE!! To begin with, I called three or four different junk removal businesses for estimates. The person I spoke with at Escape Junk was very clear and professional; there were no hidden fees and their trucks are bigger than most so you get extra cubic feet for the same price as other firms (very important when you have a garage filled with 25 years of accumulated stuff, like we did).
The two fellows who arrived on the appointed day, Akiel and Nicholas, couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, or hard-working. They patiently spent OVER THREE HOURS with me, helping me go through every carton and box, often pointing out mold or other damage that rendered many items unsafe to keep. When I expressed concern that my husband (who could not be there that day) might be upset at some of the things we had to discard, they said, "If he has any questions, tell him to call us. We'll explain why it had to go."
By the way, that phone call never happened because my husband was thrilled with what they did and our garage--plus another, small storage room on the basement level of our home which they also helped me with--are now clean and clear.
Couldn't bring myself to post a before photo ...too embarrassing. Suffice to say, one could barely walk in our garage before Akiel and Nicholas worked their magic. But I have posted an after photo, which is the more important one, anyway. Thank you to "Escape Junk!" I'd hire them again in a heartbeat and, after reading this, I hope you will, too. Absolutely came in clutch when our building notified us as we were moving out that we could no longer drop off furniture in the freight area. They not only made quick work of it all for us, but swept and tidied afterwards! Plus, they found a photo of my fiancee and her mom that we would've otherwise left behind! 100% recommend, no doubt about it!
