The guys at counter in the front was very rude!! They act as if their doing you a favor for you to spend your money. I won't ever go here again. And I didn't buy anything either. Their lost.
I've never seen anything like this ... ive called 2 days in a row, looking for a part, they tell me that they will call me back... crickets! I call back, they tell me ill call you back in 10 min... crickets! I guess they are independently wealthy, cuz they don't need my business...

run well for years but expensive some areas like parking lights. Easier parts seem bit pricey like other comment below. OVER BY $25 or more on parking lights compared to online but got down road for $5 more then online which is fair....Txs anyway.....maybe next time.
Very very unprofessional and unreliable had me waiting almost a week, they never contacted me come to find out the parts wasn't order. Beware of these people.
Just called asking about a trans in Ford Explorer which are very difficult to find called about 10 different places and they say they have it when they double checked it was not the correct one. I asked the guy on the phone if he could double check and had an Attitude for no reason and said “yeah no im not doing that” and hung up
Needed Parts for my car, there I found some good deals, I wasn't expecting that and the customer service there is great, Angelo was kind , patient and helpful throughout my inquiries and sorted out some good deals. Better prices than other auto parts brand new or used they got you!
i dont like em at all. I went in with a list of parts I needed & what they should cost new. These guys wanted to argue with me about what goes with what when I already knew what goes with my car/vin. Fine they had to look up every detail. Finally the prices the quoted were 5x more than I could order a new part for online. They just kept saying well I must be ordering aftermarket parts. I explained who cares as theyre selling used parts off junk cars. I know some (cheap) aftermarket stuff fails soon but so does OEM junkyard parts. I feel they didnt want to pull any parts in the cold. I offered to pull my own. They still wanted dealership prices. Nuts.
I've come here for years. They always have what I need at reasonable prices. Forget about going to the Dealer for parts, come here for OME parts at a fraction of the cost. Pay a bit extra and they'll install it for you.
If you need good quality used parts go to Laceys. I've been there twice now first time for a bumper and they had exactly what I need in the exact color. This recent time once again they have exactly what i need. I recommend if you need something try them first. They seem to have an extensive network and used parts. They came through in the clutch again
Haven't been here in Years...The place is remodeled and looking so nice .. ordered my part and was content with the guys helping me cause I was a little lost but they got it right...😜😜😜😜
They had the part I need. They ran two credit cards that were denied and the spaced out and wouldn't run a 3rd cards. They also like to hang up on people.
The place is the best in tried state area hands down, ask for Joe excellent customer service! Not to mention the gorgeous secretary! !!!! THERE THE BEST!
Very good service great place to get parts for your car. I went to 6 different places to find the cargo cover for my Prius and know one had it. But I found here and the prices are super reasonable. I’m a Very happy customer

After making me wait for an hour to exchange a part that Lacey's sold me which was wrong ... eli gave me a mission tobho find it in his yard, even though I called 2 hours earlier and was told it would be waiting for me
After all of this he never even applied the money from the first part

Called, they told me they would have my items in two days later. they never came in. i called the day after and told me that only one part had arrived and that they would get back to me later that day and they never did so i called, they answered and they kept me on hold for just about 20 minutes. after it hit 21 minutes they redirected me to the voicemail and said they were now closed. they kept me on hold long enough until it was closing time. horrible service! making this now three days. i now have to call them again making this a day day thing now FOUR!
I deal with Roy and they always have the parts I need and it's a very quick process of pick up and go. There's a reason this place does well from its service to its inventory. Highly recommend and keep coming back.
The sales person Sousa was excellent. ..very helpful..polite ....and very knowledgeable on all aspect of the field....I went in to pick u a rim...when I left I bought a convertible top for my saab a compressor for my charger.and a mirror for my crysler sebring...lacys one stop shopping...check them out if you need auto parts
They gave me the best price in the area to paint my car door and did an amazing job. Since I was paying out of pocket this helped me out alot and the quality of the work done was top notch. Customer service was great as well. Only thing is I had to keep calling them to find out if my car was ready for pickup even after they told me they would call me back. Other than that I would def come back
This company has the worst customer service they are absolutely horrible. Nice and clean but who cares if the customer service is horrible. You will receive much better customer service from Downtown Auto parts which is right around the corner. Lacey's act like there doing you a favor, i was kept waiting for 15 minutes before someone acknowledge my presence. I will never go there again.
I have a vintage mercedes car that needs a lot of work and hard to find parts. The guys working at Lacy's were so good at finding exacly what I needed even though they are experts at newer vehicles. They shipped it to me and it comes with a warranty. Never go anywhere else.
this place is terrible you ask for one part they give you another. Came to return the part they didn't want to return my money and insisted on ordering the part. I let that slide let them order the part came back the day they said the part should be in and they told me im on my own and the part was not ordered. very unorganized and pricey FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE !!
Do not buy engines from this place. They charged me a small fortune for an engine that was sludged up and didn't run properly. Their customer service was terrible and I was never compensated for receiving a poor condition engine. Would never buy from again.
