My family and I used this service to remove junk from a storage unit in April. The day of the junk removal, I received a call from the dispatcher to confirm the arrival time. I told him that we agreed to an arrival time of 11 AM when I booked the service. I was told that they would arrive on time. At 11:10 I called back to get an update... no answer. 11:20... no answer. Finally, around 11:50 AM I received a call back from a different representative after leaving messages for them since the driver had not arrived. He said he would call the driver for us. A few minutes later, I was told they would be there at 12:20 PM. They arrived at 12:30 PM. The guys who removed the junk were excellent. They explained that they were an hour away and there was no way they would have arrived for 11 AM. Before they could take our junk, we had to complete the payment (makes sense bc they don't want to have liability for the items). However, I asked to speak with a manager before we made the payment. The driver called and said no one is available to speak with me because the manager was getting, "chewed out". They made it the drivers problem and told him to handle it. So, I begrudgingly made the payment and asked for a manager to contact me ASAP. An hour later, I received a phone call and shared what happened. I did not speak with a manager though because they had apparently been, "sent home." I was told I would receive a call back from a manager on Monday and that call never came. I am writing this now because I thought my Google review made it here. I wrote one up back when I received an e-mail to provide a review. If a manager sees this, please know that you all handled your business in a very unfair way to a paying customer who was forced to wait over an hour due to poor logistical management and poor communication. I would absolutely love to speak with someone there regarding this incident and hope that you can do something to make this right. I will gladly update my review to reflect this if strides are made to do the right thing here. If anyone ran their business this way, it would seem likely they would not be in business much longer. As a customer, I expect far better service for the money that was paid. It's sad that your drivers are more informed and get put into positions to handle issues that are outside of the scope of their title. The poor guy was told he has to handle it without any support. Shame on you guys! For anyone who read this, I may be the outlier relative to other reviews. Take this as such, but please know that everything described here happened and it really messed up our day as we had to travel an hour from the location back home. That delay should have been better communicated in order for us to adjust other plans we had made for the afternoon. Do better Junk Rat!

A top notch company. The lady I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a price for my pool dismantling and removal which was very reasonable The two men who came to remove the pool were also friendly and professional. It only took a little over four hours to complete the job. Highly recommended
The whole process was painless. I had to clean out a two bed room apartment in Bayonne. I called on Thursday and requested a Monday appointment. It was scheduled and they showed up 10 minutes after the time I requested, which is on time looking for a parking space for a truck in Bayonne, The two guys were great and did the job professionally and when I helped they said "that's ok I dot it"

Great service, the two workers ( Junior & a woman...can't remember her name but she was lovely!!!)who came were so pleasant, friendly, & simply AMAZING! They ended up taking more than we originally booked for (we went from thinking we need 1/4 truck to using a full!) without a complaint ! Junior & Steve came out to my home after another company named AAA cleanup was scheduled to do my basement/garage. The company decided that my business wasn't good enough I guess, they never showed up or call to cancel. This job is a ASAP job since my water heater broke down. I called JUNK RAT and immediately the young lady started helping me she was GREAT! She squeezed me in & informed me that Junior would give me estimate (still no guarantee I would hire them). Junior treated me with professionalism & respect didn't matter that I'm a "female" he went thru everything with me. I decided on the spot they are perfect for the job. Junior & Steve started working with no hesitation explaining everything possible to me going above & beyond what was expected. They were GREAT!!! I look forward to passing on the word of GREAT SERVICE I received today with JUNK RAT. I also will have them out again for future work. These 3 people I dealt with today made my situation so much easier to deal with. Thank You, if anyone is looking for great service please don't hesitate in calling....
