The parts were great and fit as advertised. The only complaint I have is that part of my order was placed for pickup in Boston at an AutoZone there. But all in all the employee in Boston was very good and helpful in returning the amount back to my card and helped me to be able to get the parts at a store near me.

I bought a gasoline canister, it has a gas leak when I came to the store to return or exchange for another one because it has a leak, the sellers assured me that it does not leak when it flows, I had to throw it away
This place always been my favorite great service always willing to work on your car even in the parking lot so come out of the store take a look at your car and you know what's wrong with it will tell you exactly what you need and how to fix it or even fix it their self right there on the spot I believe AutoZone's one of the best car service places in the world just my opinion.

I came to this auto zone because it's near where my car stopped. I needed a new battery and I managed to take it out my car and put it in someone's truck to transport it to this auto zone to buy a new one and give them my old one as credit. I asked a sales rep to help me bring it inside so I can buy a new one. He said give me a sec and went to the register to help someone else and when I asked him if he was going to bring it inside he ignored me and continued to speak to the other customers. No type of solution or customer service. A simple answer would have been enough. I came to spend $250 on a battery and not to waste anyone's time. Thank God for Belleville's Auto Zone! They immediately assisted me.
Doris in the North Newark store is absolutely amazing and so helpful. She went out of her way to help me with everything I needed AND was extremely patient with me because I am a girl who needs much help in an auto store.
She explained everything with knowledgeable detail in both English and Spanish.

I just had the worst experience at this location with my brother who has one leg. We were in line behind 3 people the employee told us to wait that she’s coming and never did. They took everyone else but us. Then proceeded to get smart and disrespect my brother. When we attempted to ask why were we being last . The employee was flirting with customers instead. Yelling at them as they walked out “come again” very horrible . And I will be talking to a manager I have videos.
I had an amazing experience’s at 330 auto zone Broad Street Newark, New Jersey. Doris was the best attentive, cooperative explain to the tee for someone who don’t understand cars like me. I’ll definitely go back. Great experience check them out.
Gotta admit super helpful group of people. Since it's located at sixh a major junction it's usually pretty busy. But they work hard and it shows. To be honest, they seem like they have a close bond so it shows in the way they treat their customers. As long as there aren't any rude customers that go before you, your trip should a smooth one.
Know before you go... identify what you need and if possible the difference in quality for said items. It could be the difference between your car/truck's zoom zoom or gloom doom and boom. Drive safe my friends. Don't forget to check your fluids!
As a woman I dread going to places like this...but Jimmy made me feel super comfortable, he was very polite and patient, helped me get exactly what I was looking. If your looking for great customer service, and a knowledgeable staff member, ask for JIMMY!!!
I went to this location thursday the 10th and a worker by the name of Christopher helped me very well while everyone was kinda just there, he helped me by telling me what was better and helped me with my items super helpful! 100% recommend speaking to him if he’s available.
They provided me with Great customer service from every employee that I came in contact with. Fabiane the store manager made sure I received the proper parts that I needed for my car and more . I Went in with a issue with a battery I purchased from them a few months ago. They didn’t hesitate to help me right away and get it taken care of for me. Great customer service. Rafael the manager I believe was very helpful and assured that my expectations were met. Very grateful to have a parts store with great management who are willing to help and make the troubles of car issues a breeze.
I went to this autozone on Broadway, the customer service man named Jimmy P... He was excellent, he gave me great advice on which battery I should purchase and why (I was trying to be cheap lol)... It was freezing cold with snow flurries, and he took my old battery out and replaced it with the new battery... He made sure my car started up before he left to go back inside... Thank you Jimmy P
Helpful employees and a fully stocked selection. There's a weirdo who hangs out in the parking lot offering to help fix your car then he expects cash at the end. If it's worth it, pay him, but usually he just harasses you. He's a big guy but not in a tough way so you can easily just push him down and walk away..
