The staff stands behind the counter instead of taking turns at the door to greet and ask what can I help you with today . Talk to each other like you aren’t even there . Need a power booster they had two asked could I pay for it and pick up tomorrow . Was told no well two blocks away Auto zone went there purchased a Die hard booster box the fella checked battery new new one sold me a mid priced battle for a twenty year old truck . Sorry Auto Zone rules Advance auto parts stinks . Guess that why they are going out of business
This place is ghetto as hell, that little girl that is at the cash register is mad disrespectful and that untidy looking dude that wants to defend her and justify her bad behavior is just as nasty as her. I would never set foot in that junk yard again. Can’t even find parking with all the so called mechanics parked up fixing cars in the lot! I’ll stick to Auto Zone and other professional businesses!
If you ever need parts this is the place to go!!! My man Louis is always a great help and always takes great care of his customers! I repeat if you need parts this is the place to go!!
Lou is very good salesmen he will sale you what you need and very like able person and his partner is just as friendly. I’m telling everybody about advance auto on ferry street already told my son.
Refused taking a refund that was made at a different advance auto parts. I had the original receipt and item wasn’t even opened (brand new) and the guy said they don’t make any refunds from items that weren’t bought at that specific location. (Their policy says otherwise)

Easy to find items. Top quality rigid long lasting products and familiar brand names. Exceptional and friendly staff. Quick wait times also with orders on hold. Fast easy returns too. Store hours could be later though. Until 10:00pm instead of 8:00pm which is ridiculous.
I was looking for head and fog lights, Louis helped me find the right fit and brightness for my car. Louis is super nice and gave me an amazing break on the price!!!. Will definitely recommend and go back.
Advance ALWAYS have what I need! I'm only going to them now. The prices are amazingly reasonable on the parts I buy. Keep up the good work fellas! ONLY issue is calling, you'll definitely be put on hold forever. If they can fix this they are my go to store.

On this times of Amazon we're you never know if what you're getting is original or not it's good to have a place we're you still have certain level of peace of mind when you buy parts.

very bad treatment of the attendant lui I'm calling the claim center now, this is not done with a client, I'm glad we have better options like autozone i don't know the paint return policy unfortunately i bought the wrong paint and i didn't ask for money back i just wanted to exchange it for the right paint. in addition to being a rude and rude and impolite person... I am in contact with the company's central... they should better train their employees to be more polite
Good customer service. I needed to place an order for a hard to get specialty part. It took some time to look up but the service clerk spent the extra time to call another store to confirm that the item was correct before making the order. This store seems to be well stocked and had a good veriety of parts and services. Very clean and organized. This Advance Auto is located directly next to an AutoZone parts store. Between the two, you're sure to find what you are looking for.

LUIS was very nasty and rude. Stay away form this place if you can, you will regret it.
Unfortunately, UPS decided to drop off an important delivery to Advanced Auto, because it is a UPS Access location! I go there to pick up my delivery at 8:37pm but they locked the door and said they were closed (even though the signs and online says they close at 9pm).
So, they get to hold my delivery hostage because they want to leave early.
Even though I'm sure those guys could care less, I will not be shopping there again.
Stopped in this evening to pick up parts needed for my car. Mike D. Went above and beyond with answering my questions and assisting me. He was pleasant and not trying to push me to buy more expensive products.
Ispoke to the manager and got my issues resolved.
Went back to the store a second time. Was served by Kelly.
I would recommend this place. Parts are inexpensive and the service above average. I was impressed.
horrible and dishonest service. I went to buy a car battery and took the used one. on the store's website the product was $ 100.00 and at the time they charge me $ 149.00. Then he took the used battery and said he was going to give me a $ 22 discount if I left the used one. so I didn’t receive it, he put 149 + 22 and - 22 .... in short I paid 149 for a product that costs 100 and I didn’t have any discount.
The manager of the store is extremely friendly and involved with the store. I try to get all my auto parts from them because of the customer service given.
Bad Customer Service here, try AutoZone, they are cheaper and right next door. AutoZone is very attentive in satisfying customer’s needs and make sure that every process is smooth.
The attention to costumer service in the store is beyond incredible. They found me the parts that I need and give me a explanation to how replace them.
