I drove all the way from DC to New Jersey to pick up an auto part because I heard great things about their service. Unfortunately, I arrived late, but they still went out of their way to help me. The manager, a really kind and helpful woman, made sure I got my part even after hours. She was professional, understanding, and truly cared about customer satisfaction. The entire staff was friendly and provided excellent service. I really appreciate their kindness and dedication. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for quality auto parts and great customer service!

This place waste your time I called and place the order they say 30 minutes will be ready When I get there to pick guy say give couple minutes and take another 30 minutes After I make payment they send to second floor and take another 20 minutes After Just to buy 1 car bumper Crazy And there is like 20 people works there

If i could give 0 stars I would. Customer service sucks The parts don't work or fit. No management no direction of any kind. They send you to mangers then when people answer its never a manager and they speak to you in a no car attitude . Oh when the driver get there he gets there could takes weeks. Wht kind of service is this. Go to Astor or Bq wide

I have done business with this company for 20 years and they threw me to the curb over a bumper cover. We ordered a bumper and paid $300. We scuffed it for paint and took a blow gun and tack rag to get the dust off. Half the bumper immediately peeled. Manager wouldn’t even listen and told me it was my bumper even though they primed it and it had no adhesion. Bad business, never had a bumper peel, obvious mistake on their part.

Would highly highly highly suggest that any drivers you have in your cars with your logos are not drivers that are showing bad business with terrible driving. In the Lancaster/millersville area today one of your drivers cut several people off and almost caused a 3 car pile up. If you have cameras in the car this was around 10:30 this morning. Then proceeded to flip me off and scream at me out the car window because there was traffic in front of me that he couldn’t get around. Very disrespectful. Will never recommend your business to anyone if this is how your driver operate your company’s name on the roads.

Horrible experience. If you have street view on and see the little alleys and employee made me go head first into it no homo after I asked him like 5 times if he was sure I can turn around in there. Had to back out that tiny place barely any room and above average traffic. Just to go to the right side of the building( if youre looking straight at it) and back into that tight alley.

Service sucks,, they sold me a used part and accused me of stealing a mirror cover. Then refused to return my cash money paid told me to wait a week for a check. Then the supervisor called the police on me because I demanded my money back cash.

BEWARE: DONT BUY ANYTHING. I wish i could put a negative 10 to this company I would. This is not the first time I gave them for opportunities. I always placed the order online and even though the website says they have everything in stock. They never get the order to me until two or three days later. For example, today, I placed an order last night and I was told by three people today in customer service that my order would be delivered today. I called every two hours and then finally at 4:45 PM. I call again and spoke to a manager named Jeanette. This lady was so rude and disrespectful did not listen to any of my concerns and told me that it was not her problem that my order was not delivered. She told me that I would have to wait again another day. Meanwhile, the car is on the lifter. This is the last time I am calling this company. I do not recommend them. If you wanna buy good dependable auto parts, please go to Empire Auto Parts. And I am definitely escalating my issue to someone higher than that lady because all they do is hire liars and disrespectful people. DONT BUY FROM THEM

I’ve had a deeply frustrating experience with Continental Auto Parts that I feel compelled to share. As a mechanic who relies on auto parts stores daily, I expected a higher level of service from this company. Unfortunately, that’s not what I received. I purchased a part from Continental Auto Parts, and despite the significant cost, I’ve been trying to return it for quite some time. My attempts to arrange a pickup have been met with persistent obstacles. I was told by the manager that this was the first time she was hearing about the issue and admitted that they had dropped the ball. Despite this admission, my return was still denied. The manager's response was dismissive and unhelpful. She argued that our proximity to their store made the pickup "easy" and seemed to blame us for their lack of follow-through. This kind of attitude reflects poorly on their management and staff. It’s clear that the level of incompetency within their team is being unfairly transferred onto their customers. If you’re considering doing business with Continental Auto Parts, be prepared for poor customer service and management issues. Their inability to handle simple return processes and their lack of accountability are red flags. I would not recommend this store based on my experience.

This is the second time that I give this place the opportunity to do business wrongfully treated me like a third-class citizen insulted me after clarifying that for the fifth time (three times on the phone and twice in person) I requested a left hand headlight assembly. As soon as I walked in and I understand we're on the retail business the phones were ringing and they kept on answering the phone both sales people at the front desk without paying any mind to me present at their establishment he then proceeded to tell me that he has a left hand available on the vehicle it's going to take 10-15 minutes I waited there 35 minutes and I asked him is it going to be much longer and their response was let me write you up give you a receipt and then you can . Pull it out Have it ready for me I will come back I'm a businessman shop owner and I need it for a customer yet this people think it's all about the money get your money and disappear That's not a place that anyone should be doing business with not a single person I highly disregard this place and highly recommend everyone not to do business with this place The people are rude

Probably would give 0 stars if possible. Looks like they sent a junk re returned part from someone else's return in the past, and wouldn't return it. The manager sounds like she's there just reading off a pre written card regarding their return policy. At least there are other vendors out there with better policies, parts and business to business ethic.

Horrible customer service specially coming from the old lady , they send packages with tapes all over the parts and used it as an excuse to not return it ….. I try to show her proof of it and she didn’t even try to take a look at it. I really don’t recommend this place.

This is the most poorly operated Auto Supplier I have ever dealt with. I have placed orders in person, online, & via the phone & never have been given an accurate or prompt order. There will always be an issue, whether it's the fact that they can't find it or perhaps they mislead you into believing they had it, the part is often not in stock. On the rare occasion that the part is actually in their Newark location, I have been told that it has been shipped (even though it was a pickup) only to go back and forth a half a dozen times to finally be told, yes, the part is there. The process is never quick, never accurate, & the employees never know what is going on. Invoice numbers will pull up data, but you will often be transferred elsewhere. If you dare click Pickup ASAP and feel brave enough to pay for it online for a quick pickup be prepared to be disappointed. Not only did I do all that, but I called in to make sure that the person picking it up had no issues. He was told that "they do not pull parts after 4:30pm". A rather interesting statement to make when their operating hours clearly show 5pm on weekdays. Regardless, they 'did us a favor' & went to get it. Nope, sorry not in stock. We'll deliver it tomorrow to you by 2pm. But wait. What if, by some chance something were to happen? What is the worst possible scenario, I asked? (I've played this game before) "It's guaranteed to be there by Friday if anything were to go wrong." Well, today I followed up. It's past 2pm. "Sorry it's on backorder." Meaning? "Meaning we don't have it at all." Cool. So pay up front. Go pick it up yourself. Ask for it to be delivered with no rush, doesn't matter. This company gets people yelling at them everyday. Just stop in their Newark location for a show. Truth is, the employees don't deserve the nasty attacks they get from irate customers. This is directly on management. They simply do not care. To big to fail in body parts. Trust me, go elsewhere.

95 percent of the parts we order from cap come damaged and take too long to get, avoid this vender, use keystone or empire, much better parts and customer service

This company and ALL the employees are horrible...liars and cheats. Returned defective parts on 5/4/18....it is now 6/18/18 still no refund! I have called at least 20 times....i get a different rude person every time. No one ever calls back. It seems like they are doing you the favor of refunding YOUR money. The quality of the 3rd world nation parts they sell is horrible. The fitment is a joke. The chrome bumpers are peeling in the shipping box/bag. DO NOT buy from this company. There is no one to speak to that has any authority at all. d not leave a message....no one will call you back. RUDE INCOMPETENT, DISRESPECTFUL and a complete joke of a company.

Horrible, slow service. My small 2 part order was supposed to be ready for pick-up when I arrived. It took over a half hour of waiting for me to get my parts after I arrived. So I post productive time and wasted a half hour of my workday due to their inefficiency. Not good.

I shop at 452 little falls, they cant even make small decision at local level, Paid for grille didnt get it, driver claims to leave with rob in basement i dont have basement and am not rob, then he changed his story now he left the grille outside on parking lot, , who would do that! Sent me 2nd grille wanted me to pay again, refused, they have no desire to make it right so i bought part elsewhere, i even informed them i would not buy from them again if they could not fix this, still nothing, only a response from high up the chain will change my mind now.

Horrible service end experience. Did business with Continental a few years back with good things to say, however it went way down the bottom now. Decided to order a radiator from them instead of a less expensive one of ebay, thinking i will have the piece of mind to call someone if needed, returns hassle free etc. WRONG. Could not get a radiator picked up for a return for close to a month, because it wasnt right now. And they made sure to fight teeth and nail so everything even the return was my fault. Noone ever calls back. They make sure to put all the blame and fault on you untill the last second. Dont bother asking for a manager, because all of them are managers and act like they have custumers lining up and do not care of you. Nobody ever picked up the radiator, so decided to drive an hour to return it physically. Said the refund willgo back on the business card we bought it with. WRONG. The retfund never got back or made it. Its been extremely long time, and nobody cares, drops phone calls and acts like they doing you a favor. I will file a complaint and just because of the principle, and since i have the resources will sue them for whatever my lawyer deems neccessary including stealing my money by not returning it. This way atleast ive done my part so HOPEFULLY(doubt it) it will not happen to one of you. If you want an extreme headache, no “customer” service, use them. A mom and pop shop has better service and appreciation for customers than they.

Called for a mirror and they said it was in stock and would deliver same day. Mirror never came, called next day and they said it was out of stock and needed to be ordered. Kicker is it was the same clerk I spoke to the day before. Now my retail customer gets delayed! Poor business practices. Spend a little more and go with Empire!!

Went there to try to get a side door handle. Waited about 20 minutes until a personal conversation was done until I got service. Explained that I needed the side door handle for a particular vehicle. Kept asking me with such sarcasm, "you must be talking about passenger side." Kept telling him it's the "side" door handle. Then, apparently must of thought I'm stupid or something and said, "you know there is a driver's side and passenger side," like I don't know the difference. Anyway, very unprofessional and definitely a lack of attention to detail. This place must take the business that they get for granted. Will never go there again. Very unpleasant vibe about this place.

Avoid!! .....A complete staff of inept and incompetent people .., I ordered a bumper insert 3 times and it was always the wrong one, at dispatch nobody know where the parts are and don't know nothing about cars.... came in to exchange the part and they tell me I have to wait 3 weeks to get my money back they told me I have to wait 3 weeks to obligate me to spend it with them....A complete disaster that cost me lost my working hour of a whole afternoon and no one seems to care....

I've been buying parts from this warehouse for over 15 years. I haven't yet received a bad part. To my knowledge they have access to all major parts at a very reasonable price.

One of the worst places you can do business in Newark. I guess it come with the territory, staff is horrible, unprofessional, lies and no considerations. Travel from orange, nj three days in a row trying to get a bumper cover. I called, someone said the part was here and when I get there, the part was not there. I hate this place with a passion. This place wouldn't survive anywhere else but Newark,NJ.
