Awesome parts store I call or email part I need. I get it next day. Pay is fast up front which I like. Parts are on dock for pick up within minutes after paying. They expect us to know what car we are looking for which is reasonable. Gus is cool and girl and guy work fast. Love it.

They need to have more people on the phone, because you spend 10 minutes and 15 minutes waiting and when they answer they speak badly, there is a Puerto Rican girl,who does not know how to answer and is always angry and wants to speak badly to us, we call to spend money,it is not free

Out of all the parts stores in Newark this place is actually decent and clean. The people there can comprehend and are very knowledgeable in the business. Being a business owner myself I did realize their customer base isn’t to easiest to deal with. Be aware of aggressive customer presence.
I find that their process is very simple pretty self explanatory. NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!
Great management and structure at facility
Definitely recommend this store to serious business owners that are looking to continue growing.

Very nice staff, helped me get exactly what I needed. Staff member Lucas helped me get a part for my Hyundai and he was very thorough and helped explain what brand would be best for my needs. Great experience.

Greatest store ever. Gus and Marcela always helpful to get me much needed parts. These other reviews are lies I have seen first hand how aggressive customers get. Try the place it’s so cheap and so cool.

The girl at the front was incredibly helpful. She helped me find a part I couldn’t find for a long time and for a good price. I couldn’t get it separate from the bumper so it was gonna cost $1000, but she got it for me without having to get the bumper and at a good price and fast. Their customer service on the phone is good too. I had recommended them to a friend who doesn’t live in the area and they were able to help my friend out no problem. Highly recommend. Personable, respectful, and they know what they talking bout.

I had a huge issue with my girls car. It crashed and she was gonna junk it. Marcela and Gus literally walked me thru the whole parts buying and advised on how to get it painted and repaired. Such good people and such good parts. I'm not sure why I never saw this place before but thank god for these guys.

I was there this afternoon to order. The lady asked me to sit down and I tried to tell her I can't sit and write on paper. She was ignoring what I was saying. The manager came like he want to fight. I was confused about what did I do wrong. Very bad experience with the manager and the lady at the counter. Please try to see how to approach the customers.

Do not shop at this location . Customer service is horrible and they give you the wrong parts. The manager is a very bad person and so as his workers. They talk to you any type of way. They have no respect for their customers what so ever. They just want your money. That’s it.

I don’t understand this store
When u get there to pick the parts and you ask simple question they say you are lazy
You have to call 1800 number and ask them
Ridiculous how they treat people
Price are ok
But customer service absolutely ridiculous
The employee need some education on the job and learn how to welcome the customers better

Gustavo is the best. Period he just saves my life with getting a bumper no one could find. Don't listen to these liars on here. They stay harassing the staff . Gus and his people are amazing.

Very bad service. When I wanted to pick up my order, there was a person in front of me. I was waiting and when it was my turn, the person in the computee was rude, saying that I had to wait seated and wait him to call me and that I interrupted. There are no chairs in the place to sit or a sign that says that you have to sit and wait to be called. The service was very rude by that person. It is a business where people go to buy something and pay their money. Better customer service should be provided.

Greatest part store ever. I call I pick up a day later and the prices are the lowest. Gus take so much time making sure I got the right stuff. I read some old comments these customers I’ve seen first hand harassing the girls or bullying for discounts. Don’t pay them any mind this place is great.

Such Great Customer Service from the Employees. Mafalda was more than helpful and was able to provide service with professionalism, enthusiasm, and very respectful. Pricing was also extremely great and fair. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be back in the future

Terrible customer service experience in the 491 Mulberry St, store in Newark, New Jersey 07114. Tall Female representative has no patience, with bad manners and starts treating you like you are a 5 year old. Another customer who was present confirm being treated the same way. If you don't follow her instructions immediately, like you can't walk you can't look at shelve product, you can't ask because is not your turn and you must sit, then she refuses to help you because you did not listen to her and you literally get thrown out of the store. She also refuse to talk to me when it was my turn just because I am not an actual mechanic evendough I was just picking up a prepaid part. No other customer service rep. Helped me and when I asked to speak to manager, I was thrown out of the store in a bad, unprofessional and disrespecful maner. I will never ever do business with APO business ever again. I have called main corporate office to complain and speak to upper manager or even the actual business owner. This is just no acceptable!!!

I always appreciate being greeted by their star, Crystal. She is well versed in this role and always has a bubbly attitude.
The prices here for body parts is outstanding!! I haven't waited more than a day for a part even on weekends because they're opened for a short time on Saturdays. What it most appreciating is when they have the parts in stock which 99% of the time they do for my 2006 Sienna

First , for me to have to come here and write a review you can imagine my experience. Gustavo the manager , amazing person *sarcasm* , very unprofessional does not know how to speak to peoplez. I noticed almost all of the bad reviews are because of him. it’s not a coincidence, this is not the first time this happens, I can imagine how many more are badly treated but don’t say anything. great place just bad manager, hopefully something can be done about this.

Greatest parts place in the north east. Gustavo is so patient and so smart with the parts. I’ll I do is call the 1800 come in and pay. My life is so much easier with such a good store and good guy. Don’t pay mine to these Bad reviews. I’ve seen how bad some customers try to treat the people that work at APO.

Maybe I have reviewed one other establishment. But, the help I received from whom I believe to be the manager here was exquisite. He requested all the info of my vehicle, very thorough, patient, and timely. Got in got out with the correct parts I needed to repair my vehicle. Which was hard to believe with the amount of customers waiting. Top notch. Also, warehouse staff attentive and prompt. Great experience. Shout out to this guy ! Definitely will return !
