Took my truck to New Palumbo's to have my new wheels and tires mounted/road force balanced. Andrew is the guy to talk to when bringing your car/truck in.. His team did an awesome job on my truck that other shop were not able to correct. I 💯 percent would recommend them...

Fabulous! My experience couldn't have been better. Andrew was attentive, kind, professional and honest. He is my new go-to for all things automotive, and I'm so relieved to have found him. I would give 6 stars if it were possible!

I have been taking my cars to Andrew and team for years. A family run business that is a staple in the neighborhood, run by experts in their craft and true car enthusiasts. Their goal is clear, get your car back on the road quickly, fixed correctly at a fair price.

I took my van in for them to fix a problem. My car was running fine with an occasional problem. The shop was very confident with their diagnosis and ordered the parts and installed it only to find out it didn't solve the problem. They said I had to take it elsewhere to fix it because they couldn't fix it there. Upon driving the car home, it completely broke down within 3-5 mins of driving blocking the busiest road in town. Andrew insisted my car was already like that when I dropped it off which is a complete lie. I have been driving the car and I know it wasn't like that. They did something to the drive which made it inoperable. I am not mad at the fact that they couldn't fix the problem but I am extremely mad that they lied and ruined the car. I have been going to New Palumbos ever since I moved to Millburn 15 years ago and is very disappointed how they handled this incident.

TRUSTED LOCAL AUTO SERVICE New Palumbo's is my go-to location for Auto Service for my new "used" Jeep Grand Cherokee. My car is still under warranty, but I much prefer to take her into NP for service and they've been great to ensure all the required maintenance points are covered to keep the warranty current. Fair pricing, great work, local small business I much prefer to support over the big Dealerships!

Went to Palumbo's today as my car's undercover was dragging on the street. When I picked it up they insisted it was an easy job and didn't accept any payment! The assistant and mechanic were so friendly and kind. I'm new to Millburn and delighted there's an honest mechanic in town!

We have been using New Palumbo's since 2023. They have taken excellent care of our SUV and hatchback. Chris (father) and Andrew (son) are knowledgeable, efficient and fair. Their pricing is much better than the German dealerships of our vehicles. They replaced the 21" tires in our SUV on a short notice, whereas the dealers used to take days to place a special order and replace. Our cars have put more than 35000 miles combined since we started working with New Palumbo's. We have been extremely happy with their service. We wholeheartedly recommend New Palumbo's without any qualification.

Great shop! Extremely knowledgeable, skilled and professional. Fixed an issue with my car that others couldn’t diagnose correctly. Additionally, this is the only shop I know of in the area with a road force balancing machine. My car is finally driving smooth again and I’ll definitely be returning the next time any of my cars need work.

Andrew and his staff are great, quick reliable service at a fair price. The staff was available to address and questions or concerns I had regarding the repairs. A++ service, would highly recommend.

Defiantly would recommend this place for all my maintenance and service needs. Went to other shops to balance tires but had to keep returning. Went to Andrew and his team and what a difference. Work was done right the first time and they have met all my expectations. Very friendly and knowledgeable and team listened to all my concerns and addressed everything. I can't thank the team at New Palumbo's enough! I pulled up just as they were about to close the shop, with my car's brakes making an awful squeaky sound right before a big road trip. One of the staff—who I believe is the owner, Chris—didn't hesitate to help. He took the time to check the brakes and quickly realized that both the rotors and brakes were badly worn out. Despite the short notice, he agreed to repair them the next day, ensuring our trip would be safe. Apologies if I've got the name wrong, but this is exactly why I love supporting local businesses—you can always count on them when you need help the most. Thanks, Chris (or whoever you are)!

Chris’s New Palumbo is the most honest & helpful place. I’ve been taking my cars for services over 10 years. Will never go anywhere else given I have someone who provides genuine advice and charges quite fairly compared to dealership costs and again proper advices all the time. Thank you!

As a local resident I am very happy to have New Palumbo’s in our neighborhood. They have done 2 repair jobs for me recently. Both I am very satisfied with. The first one is replacement of the windshield due to a major crack. Initially I thought it will be a $1000+ work but they did it around $500. The second repair happened today. My windshield wiper was somehow stuck and they fixed it without charge. They told me it is not a mechanical problem and just needs to be tightened. I am blown away by the honesty and professional work of this place. Will definitely visit again if I have future car problems.

I have been to a number of repair shops for years. This shop by far exceeds my expectations. They worked with my schedule in bringing the car by tow. And they had it ready the next day. I did not have to wait till after the holiday. They even helped me figure out how to change a setting in my car, and I asked at least two other shops. They were the only one that came through for me. Highly recommend. Wonderful work ethics and very professional.

Chris and the shop were kind enough to work with me through multiple delays as my car came from Southern NJ for a custom seat install in preparation for a track event. They were also very transparent on what issues they found on my vehicle (hole in rear axle boot) and were able to fix it, do a full fluid change and track alignment for me on a tight schedule. I really appreciate it and the car was phenomenal on the track and reliable to and from NJMP over and hour of hard driving. Thank you again guys and I look forward to working with you again in the near future getting the C5 ready for longer and more demanding sessions!

Twenty years ago before I had children or a car, it would ever occur to me to be grateful for a mechanic. Today I walked into my home and said to my husband “We have the best mechanics in the world.” They are polite, efficient and trustworthy. I have never had an issue there. The work is always completed the same day and my interactions with Chris and his colleagues has always been kind. They explain the work that needs to be done and also explain why other work (replacement / repair) isn’t necessary at that time. If it is necessary at a later date, I trust they will check the issue. I highly recommend them and am delighted to suppprt them. Thank you Palumbo for being a gem!!

There are so many great things I can say about New Palumbo's I don't know where to begin. The first accolade that comes to mind is TRUSTWORTHY. I've been to several mechanics, some good, some bad, but none have made me feel as trusting towards them as Chris and Bob. They genuinely want help you and do right by you. I'm a working mother whose in nursing school. I NEED my car to be reliable and in running condition. And that was not the case, until the universe guided me to the angels. I wish there was more I could say or do, for them to understand my gratitude in their assistance to help me succeed in my journey. This team KNOWS what they are doing in car repair. They are reliable, honest, VERY hard working. They work so hard for your satisfaction it's crazy! You can't ask for, or find, a better group of guys to repair your car, and neither can I. I love these guys. If you've never met them, once you do, I'm certain that you'll love them too. Believe it or not, I am a REAL person and this is a REAL review. 😆😆

Extremely highly recommended. Very knowledgeable, very polite and very friendly. Had the A/C break on my Honda Civic, dropped it off in the morning. They diagnosed and fixed the problem within a day! I'm always skeptical when I see a car repair place with high ratings, but this place absolutely deserves it.

My car is 62 years old and most mechanics are reluctant to touch it. Chris was enthusiastic about working on it. The repair was done in a timely manner. Everyone was nice and friendly........a good experience overall! I would not hesitate to recommend to others.

This is the third time I came to here because of a flat tire. They fixed it immediately without charging me. Unbelievable. Last two times, I went there for a state inspection and oil change. I got very good service. I also asked help to identify a problem of my remote key. So lucky we have such a good shop in our community.
