Everyone was easy to communicate with and in a timely manner! The process went smoothly and that’s appreciated; it was difficult to part with the car on an emotional level but Jason and Carlos helped to make it happen.
The service is simple and fast. Within 2 minutes I was able to get a quote and ETA for my broke down car. The customer service on the other hand is the only thing I had an issue with from one of the Tow drivers. He called as the dispatcher said he would, but he was rude in talking over me and trying to rush me with an answer about directions to the pickup location. I'm trying to get exactly where he is so I can guide him, but he continues to tell me I need to hurry up with directions after only being on the phone for less then 15 seconds. I call the company back to let dispatch know about the driver and all I got back was a laugh and an explanation of the drivers longevity with the company. I still asked to do business with another driver on a different day to not inconvenience anyone else already on a route but was declined. Fast service at the cost of bad customer service.

I called to have my 1999 mercury sable picked up yesterday. It didn’t run and was in my backyard which was not easily accessible for the tow truck to get to. The driver figured out a way with the wench to pull the car from its location without damaging my house to then hook it up. The tow truck drivers ingenuity was incredible, I’ve never seen such workmanship. Will definitely call them in the future whenever needed. Great customer service quick response time and extremely excellent workmanship.
This place is terrible as the last person posted a few months before mines. Which stated this place schedule you a time and dont come when they schedule you for. Then they dont pick up the phone when your trying to calm them back. This place is horrible and very unprofessional. Please dont waste your time. My apt was schdule for today at 6:45 and nothing...i tried to call them back and still nothing I called from a different number and my called got rejected 4 times before then being sent to voicemail immediately. Had a 2000 Buick century. They offered $200 for the vehicle and asked if the vehicle was complete. I said it runs and drives. Tow truck driver updated me the whole way on his location and told me how long it would be. Very nice guy. After driving the car to the tow truck, he hooked the car up and explained it was a free tow service. An aftermarket cat which I was completely unaware of and steel wheels which was totally understandable. This is very much an honest company hands down. I'm just bummed I didn't get anything for my Buick despite it being a run and drive.

Well it's hard to write a review because they refused to even come get the car, Apparently 'NJ' means only within a few miles of where they are. The girl on the phone pretty much laughed at me when I told her I lived an hour away from their offices because it's not even worth it for them to come down. ALTHOUGH she did say that they'd come tow it for free to get rid of it. Oh, so it's worth it to drive down and take it for free but not to pay a coupe hundred bucks to scrap? Seems legit. Definitely wont be suggesting this one to friends.
