ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! My car was involved in an accident on 4/28/25. I went to get the belongings out of my car 5 days later and they couldn’t find my keys. Then I saw the state of my car. They literally have the cars piled on top of each other. Attached is a picture. They are in bed with Bloomfield police department so if you get into an accident in Bloomfield, you can tell the police officer you do not want your car taken to this lot. My lawyer informed me of this. UPDATE: I received a response from the owner stating that he's sorry that the cars were "slightly" touching one another. Well today (5/12) my car was towed to my auto body shop, the first is the picture of what the car looked like on the tow bed going to ECRB, the second is what my car looked like when it reached my auto body place today. The entire front bumper is gone and the air conditioner condenser is completely smashed. My insurance company has pictures and informed me that this is what the car looked like leaving the ECRB lot. The car has double the amount of damage than it had before it entered ECRB's lot! I went to the Bloomfield police station today to swear out a complaint. I will be suing them. I also stopped at ECRB towing today and guess what? I still can't get a hold of the owner or the manager! BIG SHOCK! I have called 5 times since my accident and they absolutely refuse to call back. These people are thieves pure and simple.
If we can give this place a below negative 0 we would. My dad had his car towed after an accident and they would not let him get any of his personal belongings from inside of it even AFTER him presenting his License & Title. They claimed its an insurance policy but when we called the insurance company they had no knowledge of this. They charged them extra days for absolutely no reason. Finally, when my dad was able to get his personal belongings, a lot of his items were missing. Horrible customer service & very hard to deal with. Would never recommend this place to anyone!

Shawn at the junk yard office helped us navigate through every step following a towing of our MDX. We had to clear out our vehicle after it was towed because of an accident. We needed to come a few times and each time Shawn was there for us, patient and kind. It was freezing cold outside and he waited for us until we were done. with my 1year old son and my mom in the car, I rushed my son to the ER, he was already running a 106 fever, after this accident he fell on the floor completely off his car seat …. I wasent moving my car we came to a complete stop and this hudge truck came and side swiped me he seemed like he was in a rush… He was behind me ‼….
I don’t understand how this man didn’t see my Honda . I been trying to communicate via text, via phone calls all I want is for the damages to be paid, only 1.5k or 2k in damages. Not very much, as long as me and my family are alive is okay. But these people just been ignoring me like nothing happened. Like kids weren’t in the car. . . I hired an attorney today Gregory Abramson to file a law suite against these people. Is ridiculous these people can not get away with hitting a mom and her kids and continue to live life like nothing is happening. I just wanted damages fix, not to sue for 10k per person or even 15k i don’t want to do that, I’m just not that type of person, but people just love taking advantage…. I have no money to pay for this car it’s feel bad for myself I’m still dealing with a sick child no vehicle to drive . I have the footage n is not my fault at all. But god don’t like ugly & that karma is definitely going to come.

Very thankful for Troy and ECRB towing today! We had an emergency situation when my car abruptly stopped driving when I was with my son. ECRB was dispatched from our local police and Troy quickly arrived to help. He was so kind and helpful and wanted to try the most efficient ways to get us home quickly. First he jumped the car and told me to drive around the block so he could feel comfortable that I could get all the way home safely. Well the car literally stopped and I am so grateful he asked me to test it because we would have to wait again!! He then towed the car to my home safely. Once there, he troubleshooted and jumped the car again to make sure we could close the windows and lock the car since it was on the street. He gave me great advice on how to contact the dealership tonight (which I didn’t know was an option and the dealership actually came and got the car within two hours for free). Now my car is at the dealership so I don’t have to worry about it overnight and tomorrow. Troy was so kind and empathetic to me having a young kid during this ordeal and was so patient and helpful. Highly recommend ECRB!
IF I COULD GIVE THIS TOW LESS THAN 1 STAR I WOULD, CALLED FOR A TOW AND SINCE HE HAS NEVER WORKED WITH MY COMPANY HE DIDNT WANT MY BUSINESS. I GUESS THEY HAVE ENOUGH BUSINESS AND DONT NEED NEW BUSINESS.
Got picked up by Troy but my family to our mechanic safe and sound. Gave some good insight and recommendations for how to get out of this situation and find a car quick.
I would give no stars if I could. My boyfriend genuinely made a mistake and parked in a handicap sign. His car was towed and they would not let him pick it up until Monday morning. He was charged $372 because they charged him $100 to keep the car there on top of towing fees, I don’t know how people live themselves
The worst experience ever with a tow company. Got into a car accident and went to collect my belongings. First, they were close when I call and spoke to the agent they told me they would open the next day at 9am. When I went the next day the facility was close and told me they were appointment only. After I try to get an appointment to collect my belongings from a junk car yard, my insurance needed to send them a letter stating that I have full coverage and will be responsible for all cost… they claim they have been in business since 1997 but to me it sounds like they don’t know what they are doing. Poorly handle and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do yourself a favor and use another company.

Car wouldn't go into transmission. I was stuck. I called them hoping for the best. And they were the best. Said they'd be there in 30 to 40 min and they were. Red was a very nice guy, hitched up the car and drove me home. I thought the cost was reasonable. I entered their number into my phone book so I can when I need them again. Thanks guys.
I lived in Bloomfield all my life, and tonight was the first time using this towing company. Absolutely the best service. The dispatcher was nice. The Tow driver absolutely made the night better. Will 100% recommend them anytime.
Highly recommend! I called for a battery when my car wouldn’t start this morning. When Steve arrived he was very personable and understanding. He explained everything very well and answered all my questions. You could tell he genuinely cares about the customer. Thank you, Steve!!!!
This is the worst towing business I have ever worked with. After adding on false charges, and giving us problems about removing the charges, we went to pick up our vehicle from the yard and they were not there during their work hours and just told us to wait. As a business who has a contract with the city they have an obligation to honor said contract, and taking advantage of a situation in an attempt to rack up a larger bill for the customer is not only morally wrong, but also cause for their municipal contract to be cancelled. It is no doubt in my mind that without this contract they would be out of business in a week.

We followed all the procedures and called ahead to schedule our appointment.
-Your driver put the incorrect charge one the bill
-Your clerk was rude and gave attitude about removing the false charge
-Your driver was not at the yard during the appointment time
-None of that was due to covid or covid regulations, stop making excuses
Don't try to give me a response as if I did anything improper here, you are the ones who have trouble following your own policies. You are the ones who work at/own a business that you don't know how to run.
You were trying to avoid releasing our car on that day so you could charge us an extra day storage fee.
Every employee I dealt with is useless and your business would die without your crony municipal contracts.
Steve from ECRB came to replace my car battery and he was very sincere, courteous and a great guy, Very efficient service from him and i would recommend him for future service. He answered all my questions, without any hesitation and seemed to be a very nice individual personally.
Service was great, everyone was friendly, they picked the van up quickly, and I thought that the pricing was pretty reasonable considering they picked up a GMC 2500 work van from a few towns over and brought it back to Bloomfield. Can't think of any bad thing to say at all about the experience.
Barbara was very helpful with getting a tow set up for a vehicle purchase, where the car wasn't running. The flatbed driver, Michael, was very professional and helpful with the car to get it on the flat bed, all the way to when it was parked at the destination. You will obviously have to work with their scheduling for long distance tows (mine was about 30 miles away up Interstate 80), but I would highly recommend them for any local towing needs.

Such an aggravating experience! Driver was very unpleasant. Refused to tow my car through my AAA plan. Claimed his computer was showing up as a basic membership when I clearly had the card with me with the big words "PLUS" on it. I have never had trouble with towing through AAA until this company! Driver also claimed he would not be able to take it to the dealership since they are closed. I have had my car towed there without problem in the past after hours. There is a drop box for keys.
This company is clearly having fake reviews posted for all the bad ones they had. I had to move out of state a week after my car was damaged by them. So I never got the problem resolved before I left. Here I am a yr later finally getting this pump and reservoir fixed that is costing me $350 out of pocket and thats not including the bumper. As you all can see the owner has responded to all other reviews except for mine. Better believe if I hadn't moved this would've been taken care of. Now I know to record the driver anytime my car is being towed. The fact that this company is AAA approved doesn't surprise me. AAA will use anyone .
Usually I do not leave reviews like this. But it is definitely necessary in this case. I had my car towed 2 weeks ago through AAA Emergency Road Service by this company. My car had to flat tires in the front. The front driver tire was completely flat. The passenger tire was halfway flat. Driver shows up in a flatbed which was not needed. Because the car is always hooked up from the front. Now the driver drags the car up in the fb. As he is doing this the front bumper comes down and is now snagged on the flatbed. It's making a very loud noise and I asked him to stop. But he didn't until the car was completely secure on the flatbed. When he got out he looked at the front bumper. My bumper has a piece of the grill missing in the front. He asked if he caused that. Me being the HONEST person I am said no. But I told him he did cause a crack to the front bumper. I didn't want to get him in trouble and figured the crack wasn't huge so I could let it go. Well honesty goes nowhere these days. Neither does being nice. He pushed the bumper back in and told me he would put some wood under the car to prevent the same issue while towing it. That was fine with me. The guy at the tire shop my car went to tells me the windshield wiper fluid reservoir was broken. Seems it could have been damaged when being towed. I definitely believed it since that's right where the crack was that the driver caused. So I called AAA, and they advised me to call the tow company. I called the tow company and get a dispatcher who puts me on hold to speak to the driver. Of course this guy who I tried to give a break to claims the bumper was already mangled and he thinks the reservoir was already broken. That's funny because why not make me sign a "DAMGE WAIVOR" like a responsible company or driver does. So she tells me they would do an investigation by looking at the trucks camera. They would call me back the next day. Three days later; no call back. I call AAA back to tell them everything and they patch me through to the tow company same dispatcher. Who now says someone will come and look at my vehicle on Friday by 1pm. Does that mean they looked at the video and saw there could be damage he caused? Are they just giving me bs? Here we are on Friday and still nothing. I worked for AAA for five years as a dispatcher. So for that reason alone I tried to be very nice about the situation. This company is not doing good business. Yes, this long review was very necessary!
Awful people, they tried to have me arrested 2 years ago for taking my registration out of my own vehicle that was on their lot. The car was towed there that night by the Bloomfield police department for a snowstorm that never came. I was just trying to make it easy on myself the next day when I went to the police department to pay the ticket to get it out. The owner lied and said I broke in! anyways they never showed up in court (I wonder why???) and the case dropped. Avoid this place at all costs the owner is a liar and awful person.
The owner can say whatever he wants to respond to this but the fact is, is that this case was dropped becuse they had no evidence against me and never showed up in court. This company is comprised of untrustworthy people.. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Biggest rip off in the face of the planet they charged me $500 for 2 and a 1/2 days basically. ...They manipulate the system by charging you double for the same thing,they just use different Words !!!!!!they get one star cuz my car came out perfect with no problem .... Businesses like this need to understand That not All people could afford thing Especially in a pandemic it's ridiculous what they charged me
