Yanno, from friends and other businesses i’ve heard nothing but good things from NAPA, but it must be my bad luck that this place always screws me over. For it being a holiday, i could understand some shipping issues or something, but the online order i placed yesterday said that all the items were already in stock at the store and ready for me to pickup today (i have to get this car done, didn’t even want to, but i was going to work on it today of all days because i need to). The guy behind the desk was rude, absolutely no positive customer service, hardly any problem solving to help me out. He told me to drive an hour away to get my parts. The funny thing is, he has my parts in stock! There’s a version of the same rotors that are differently priced and he wouldnt even provide those in trade for the inconvience. Just tried to make it like it was my fault or the holiday’s fault. Absolutely terrible customer service. This is the reason i usually go to the other autoparts stores in the area. This guy just ruined my day
Said opened till 3 and I showed up at 2:15 in need of a part and it was closed early. Lame. Thats why you post times online, so people can depend on you.
Ordered a product said it would be there next day three days. Still waiting. Talk to customer service. They say they’ll call me the next morning. They never do piss poor operation but if you want some thing, go to the store and buy it because online is terrible.
Counter guys are very helpful and if they don't have the part they can usually get it in a day or 2. Also their shelves are fully stocked with bulbs, sprays, oils, tools, belts, silicone, threadlocker and other fluids.
I come here to recycle my used oil because it’s close to the house. Today as I was walking in with my used oil, they don’t take it anymore so that’s why I took a star off. Overall, great service when you need something.
Best auto parts store in Lower Township. The two men who work there are even better. They always have what I need in stock and if its not in the store it will certainly be there the next morning. I actually go here even if the parts or items I need cost more, simply because of the personal and friendly feel/vibe that I get there. Check them out, they are on Bayshore road in Villas/Norrh Cape May across from Dominos Pizza.
I went in 20 minutes before they closed looking for exhaust parts no one else in the area had in stock. After they checked the computer and didn’t show what I needed they made every effort to find another brand that might be compatible. The computer showed one of each part I needed but they couldn’t find them in the warehouse. All three employees searched the store for 15 minutes and found both parts right before they closed. Best customer service I’ve received in years. Thanks again guys.
Went in to ask question's about a Cross Country Drive and a very kind man Sean actually broke down the Milage, and Cost of Gas using the Make, Model, Year of my Vehicle. What a great guy.

Always have the parts I need, if not in stock they'll have it for you the next business day! Very kind and curtious! Yes they are a little more expensive than Advanced Auto or Auto Zone, but NAPA's parts are brandnew, not rebuilt and are of much higher quality!!!
I have been dealing with Villas Auto/Villas Napa since before Mike could look over the counter.
I have NEVER had a problem with customer service, including replacing defective parts at their cost.
That is irregardless of if I was looking for parts for my 1974 AMC or my 2015 Ford Escape or anywhere in between.
