Nice job very professional as you can see by my trash and my neighbors trash cans they don't really care to do their job professionally I guess that's what you get when trash pick up is the cheapest around.
Whatever happened to GME trash doing Middle twp. Trash routes? Pineland Recyling is unprofessional and there trucks looks like there going to break down also looks like they keep skipping a few houses on our street in Rio Grande
a Pinelands Recycling truck hit our parked pick up truck absolutely destroying it, They never left a note nor made an attempt to contact us. My neighbor witnessed it and called me. Upon reviewing footage on our security camera , it is obvious it is their trash truck that hit our truck. Two weeks have gone by and our truck is still not repaired. They also skipped picking up trash at our home the week after they hit our truck. Probably their way of saying "FU" for reporting that they hit our truck.
Most unprofessional company I have dealt with. This business charges for trash pick up services even when they DO NOT pick up trash as scheduled and the customer service reps argue with customers - I have had to call to report the trash was not picked up every single time FOR OVER A YEAR . This business needs reform
This company is lousy - l do not recommend them. Office management is incompetent and the staff argue over the phone. There are other bad reviews and it’s clear to me now that this is how they run the business with all clients.
nobody ever answers the phone. we’ve been trying to get them to take the dumpster for two weeks straight and STILL haven’t heard anything. by FAR the most unprofessional company i have ever dealt with.
Worst decision by our town EVER. Pineland does a lousy job removing trash. Our street has been ignore three times since they took over. When they do come they toss the cans everywhere and throw the lids like frisbees. Same company does demos on the island and they have no regard for neighboring residents. Owned by bullies and run by bullies. This company stinks.
I just wanted to complain about the people who came to take our trash today. This is the second time the same worker has dumped our trash and then hurled our trash can high up into the air and up and over the fence crashing into my empty cans inside my fence then smacking onto my walkway. It was a new can and now it keeps getting damaged as it gets thrown forcefully across my yard. I have two videos of this happening on two separate occasions now.
We made the switch from Waste Management to Pineland Recycling. Since, Waste Management was so unreliable in picking up our trash (sometimes going an entire month without pick up), we were constantly calling their customer service to mediate the issue. After a year of dealing with this, we were looking for a company that would take away the stress of constantly having to contact their company to do their job and the services we were paying for. Our neighbor uses Pineland and we decided to give them a try. Since, making the switch, we have never looked back and couldn’t be happier with their services!!
Absolutely terrible service, one of their drivers struck my vehicle and fled the scene. Luckily a neighbor witnessed the crashes, chased the truck down and called police. The driver lied about this, but ultimately confessed to the police. This company should’ve never hired this driver due to previous incidents. Additionally, the company was non responsive to my phone calls and requests for relief in this matter. The owner of the company never returned my calls and the office staff was rude when I called into the office. I am forced to take this company to court.
Pineland recycling just started in North Wildwood and they are great. Your employee are the nicest men and I appreciate everything they do. I always try to catch them to give them cold water and they appreciate it.
Keep up the good work Pineland. You should be proud of your employees.
