This place is like an auto supply oasis in the middle of an auto parts desert. It's half the distance than anyplace similar, it seems to be well stocked and it's reasonably and competitively priced. And, they deliver! I'll be back frequently.
Terrible, 450 dollars on 2 batteries in 11 months. Would not warranty without receipt, they said we have no record of me buying the battery yet they had me in their system as a loyalty member. They have that in the system but not the parts I have bought there for the last 15 years. So this must mean that every repair shop and dealership they sell to has to save their receipts. Yeah right, never again.
February 18, 2021- roads were nasty- made it to this NAPA store at 3:15 only to find the manager Brian locking up- He said sorry- closing for the day due to the weather. I was upset to hear that as my headlight was out and I needed a replacement bulb. Without hesitation, he said come on in- unlocked the door for me, looked up my car VIN to find the right bulb, luckily it was in stock, rang up the purchase and then he walked me out. So thankful he was able to help me- no attitude for choosing to do this for me - nothing but fantastic customer service. He could have easily asked me to come back tomorrow. There are still good people in the world. Thank you!!! Highly recommend this little gem of an auto parts store, tucked away right off of Route 50!
I came in to Napa shocked none of the employees in the store was wearing!!! a mask do they not realize that They can get fined for that!! and also I witness the employees complaining about the customers calling them, While their eating their lunch 3:00 in the after noon.They should be lucky they have a job because we are in a pandemic right now, I normally don't write bad reviews but this was outrages that no one in the store was wearing a mask, They acted like I was bothering them The only plus was I got what I needed.
They always have everything I need to perform routine maintenance on my vehicles. Today I took advantage of some specials there having and saved some $$. Staff is always helpful.
The only part store around had my parts all other parts store said it would take 3 or 4 days to get my part but they had it I will buy from Napa from now on thanks for having my part also employees were very Knowledgeable
What happened to the days of customer service! When you would walk in a store an people behind the counter would stop there conversations and acknowledge that a CUSTOMER is standing there.... I hate when people behind a counter act like the customer is bothering them by having them do the customer service job they where hired for. With this said I will be taking my money elsewhere
(5 star so people can see) If you call and get a guy named earl you might as well hang up and try again and hope you get someone else because when you're looking for a part he talks to as if your wasting his time
