Linda, CJ, Don, Ty and everyone there were extremely helpful when my beautiful electric-blue Solara convertible was totaled in an accident on 3/29/24. They handled everything, including arranging a rental and even gave me advice about getting a similar replacement vehicle. I am very sad about losing my "baby," but they couldn't have been kinder. came here to get a quote for my car and wanted to pay for it out of pocket and they would not give me a quote. They only want you to go through insurance so they charge ridiculous prices like ( 8-9k they told me ball park) for the damage. I went down the street to a very reputable body shop that’s been around since 1940s that wrote up a quote in exact detail for $2100. It’s obvious they like to gas light so you go through insurance. Most of the times it doesnt cost as much as that say and that try to scare you to make you go through insurance and charge a boat load of money while also raising your insurance.
Was involved in an accident with a Tesla and found Elmers Auto Body (Mount Ephraim) as one of the few that provide services for Tesla. They were able to take in my vehicle same day as the accident so could tow straight there.
They were upfront with the repairs possibly taking a bit of time due to the parts needed for Tesla, but they kept me updated about the progress.
The repair job is excellent and its as if there were no repairs done at all. The car is like new, just needed to wipe down some footprints from the floor mats.
Special shout-out to CJ who I mainly talked with for updates, she was courteous, patient, and friendly with my questions and concerns. Thank you to everyone for getting my vehicle back to me!
Horrible experience!!! I will never take my car here again. It is so sad becuase they used to do good work. However, the service is horrible now!!!! I had them to fix my car becuase of an accident. I gave it to them on January 15, 2024 and did not get my car back until March 8, 2024. Almost two months!!! Every time I called, they gave me the run around. Also, when I got my car, the seats were dirty and they did not even vacuum my car or fix the light, which I informed them!!!! I will indeed be contacting the BBB becuase this is unacceptable!!!!!!
I got rear ended about three years ago. Elmers Auto Body did such a great job. I just have to say that at this point I’m still satisfied beyond belief. They did some extra work and added their own touches and the work was incredible. It’s still perfect to this day. It’s not the first time I used them and if I ever need Auto Body work again , They will be my first call and my only call. I was just looking in my truck and thinking about what a great job they did, and had to write this review
I hit the curb so my Tesla right side was a bit damaged and the bottom panel was bend. I missed telling the adjuster that the bumper scratches on the same side when she came. So Linda said they will work this with my insurance. Finally didn't get it work and I had to pay by my own pocket. They quoted 1400 which is extremely expensive to me, so I went to Bill's auto on 2519 Moore Street, Philly to be painted for $500 only. He was fast and did it top notch, cleaned inside and out. I didn't have the same service as the others in Elmer that the cars were detailed. The picture shows how great Bill's auto did in just 2 days!
Family owned and very respectful of property. Did a wonderful job with removing hail dents from my car. I would refer anyone to Elmer's!
I also used Elmer's for accident repairs. We had horrible back drivers side damage. The car looks beautiful and I couldn't be happier! Lynda and the Elmer's team really came through for us!
The only way I can describe this business is amazing. Someone hit my car and broke my drivers side mirror. I explained to Lynda how I was only going to be in NJ for 2 weeks and I needed the mirror fixed ASAP. She was able to give me an estimate the same day I initially called. They were able to order the parts needed on the second day and in the third day they were able to install it on my car and return it to me that same day. Absolutely amazing service from start to finish. I would highly recommend any vehicle owner to use Elmer’s for any body damage to your car or truck because they will get you taken care of and make sure it’s fixed right.
These guys are the best of the best! The epitome of why people trust local, family-owned businesses. We've been going to them for years but recently I brought my car in for repairs resulting from a tree branch falling on my car. They really helped me through the whole process and helped me navigate the complicated world of Insurance because Linda and the whole team are very experienced. Aside from the kindness and professionalism that Don, Linda and the team always show, they do amazing work. I have complicated Mazda paint (if you know, you know) and it turned out beautifully! It's like I have a new car! Always a great experience at Elmer's!
Elmers is a great place to get work done to your vehicle. I had my 2007 Ford Mustang gt in there hands recently. Lynda was a great person to do work with. she helped me with getting the money from the insurance company from the car that had rear ended me. To helping with the rental service. She also keep me updated on my car. Love Elmers will definitely be doing business with them in the Future if something else was to go wrong but hopefully I won’t have to. Thank you.
A+ My car looks GREAT! I was hit in a parking lot, whole front end was ripped to pieces. These guys really paid close attention to the details of getting my car back to new. Paint looks great, body panels mocked and fitted well, OEM Honda Parts used no cheap stuff. At pick up the outside of the car was cleaned and polished, really really nice job. Definitely exceeded my expectations. Great work guys, and thank you!
I had a great experience working with Elmer's auto body. My car was determined totalled by insurance company but I asked Elmer's to take a look at it and see if it was fixable. It turned out not to be worth the repairs but the mechanic took the time and gave me a thorough estimate.
My car was at the shop for about a week and the employees were very communicative and friendly.
I highly recommend their services.

Update: Took my car in to have the body evaluated before I turned in at the end of the lease. Dawn looked over the minor damage and went through the typical lease end process. Ultimately after inspection deciding that no repairs were needed. This would have been an easy time to oversell me on unneeded repairs, but they did not. They've earned a customer for life.
I was involved in an accident and my car was towed to Elmer‘s at my request. As soon as I walked in the front desk people asked me if I was all right, got me something to drink and put me in a chair by a phone so that I could report to my insurance company. They had the Insurance company and the rental car company all handled in no time. Everything was handled professionally and quickly.
I was kept up to date with the process of my car. My car looks great can’t tell it’s been in an accident. Would recommend Elmers to anyone who needed a body shop

I’ve been to Elmer’s Auto Body twice for repair on my car. The repair was great. Each time I picked up my car it looked brand new. They even detail the inside of my car which I greatly appreciate. The customer service did a wonderful job & dawn bailey, the claims adjuster, did a great job helping me figure out the insurance aspect of my repairs. I would definitely recommend everyone go to Elmer’s for their automotive needs.
